Reincarnators, no matter how insane they appeared, were never foolish.

Able to learn to hide themselves and do things without alarming others, even the dullest among them would manage to hone their skills over decades.

Hu Ma understood that despite their antics here, where each seed crazy and erratic, when on their own turf, they were as dignified as could be.

Perhaps this was another trait of Reincarnators. No matter how upright an individual might be alone, once gathered, they had to stir up so trouble, as if it would be a waste not to misbehave.

Miss Red Wine had clearly figured this out, which was why she specially reminded him.

He intended to use the Yan family incident to gauge the strength of this group of Reincarnators, but weren't they also here to test his ttle?

The reason they were so motivated to get involved was perhaps because he had set a good example, using a mask to conceal his identity in this endeavor.

To a Reincarnator, being able to join in the fun without exposure was too good of an opportunity to pass up...

...not to ntion the Blood Food to be gained?

Thinking of the Blood Food, Hu Ma shivered inside, retracting the step he had just taken forward, and said, "Lady Han, you called so many people here suddenly. What about the Blood Food... Where is it?"

Miss Red Wine's eyes rolled beneath her mouse mask as she glanced at Hu Ma, saying, "You invited our familiar friends from Anzhou at the price of twenty pounds of Blood Food each, didn't you? The others I found through Burning Blade—of course, I can't let them work for nothing. I promised two Blood Food Pills each..."

"Of course, you'll have to cover these Blood Food Pills too. After all, you've made a na for yourself; you're a Great Hall Officer..."

"Two... two pills?" Hu Ma was startled. He had given Miss Red Wine twenty pounds per person, but she redistributed two pills each and still wanted reimbursent from him...

This trick door really knew how to exploit people; it was quite the trump card...

"Haha, now that we're all gathered here, who wouldn't want to seize the opportunity to learn more?" Miss Red Wine sneered. "Giving them two pills is generous enough. Next ti, I'll demand two pills from them before they participate."

Indeed, our experience dealing with Reincarnators was still lacking when compared to Miss Red Wine...

Hu Ma couldn't help but sigh. Without hesitation, he suddenly lunged forward with his blade.

Charging in, he reversed the Ghost Head Big Blade in his hand, blew a breath onto the black bone on its hilt, and in an instant, an overwhelming murderous aura swept across the scene.

In front of him, the "walking ghost small sword catchers," who were causing a ruckus, deliberately stepped aside, intending to watch Hu Ma's skills.

anwhile, the guests Master Yan had invited suffered several setbacks in just a few blinks of an eye. Panicked, they perceived the appearance of these walking ghost small sword catchers as exceedingly unreasonable and their skills too formidable. Suddenly facing this wave of murderous aura, they scread in terror and scrambled aside.

Gripping the Punishnt Officer's Great Saber, Hu Ma charged straight ahead, quickly reaching the main table.

Across the table, the White-clothed Scholar's face turned pale with fear; he trembled and his body twisted.

"Move aside!"

But suddenly, soone shouted sternly and flashed in front of Hu Ma, swinging a fist.

It was the Protector General under the command of the Iron Threshold King.

In such chaos, Shousui n appeared tougher than others. The Protector General had gained no advantage in the earlier fight with the walking ghost small hall officer and had even lost his iron whip. But while others were too oppressed to lift their heads, he still managed to rush forward to protect the White-clothed Scholar for Master Yan.

He used his bare fists to confront Hu Ma's blade.

"Hmph, seeking death!"

Hu Ma's eyes beneath the mask narrowed, and suddenly, he swung his blade with a fierce strike.

The Punishnt Officer's Great Saber vibrated, its ferocious energy surging forward, threatening to cleave the obstacle in two.

But the Protector General, facing this strike, remained fearless. Letting out a roar as he threw his punch, a soul light erged from his body, forming a towering, three-zhang high armored phantom.

It was his Dharma Form, consolidated from his many battles fighting alongside the Iron Threshold King. Now, this Dharma Form was powerfully condensed, full of awe and dominance.

He looked as if he had already pushed open the three mansion gates and, perhaps with the right dharma thod, would soon have the chance to ascend to Shangqiao.

When it ca to the Shousui Path's skills, this person currently outshone him.

But Hu Ma remained unafraid, especially unwilling to falter in front of so many Reincarnators. He let out a low shout, and soul light appeared on his body, forming the Great Mighty Sky General Seal Dharma Form. Over ti, serving as a Great Sword Catcher slaying evil spirits everywhere, he had accumulated a potent killing aura. Now, this Dharma Form was fiercely consolidated, appearing majestic.

Facing him alone felt like confronting an entire battle-seasoned army; one's very Divine Soul seed oppressed.

It could be said that for anyone whose techniques could be suppressed by an army's presence, their Magic would be ineffective against him.

Although, compared to soone who had pushed open the three mansion gates, his level was still slightly lacking, Hu Ma now had two advantages:

One, he held the Punishnt Officer's Great Saber in his hand, brimming with murderous aura, capable of slaying gods and splitting ghosts effortlessly.

Secondly, the Great Mighty Sky General Seal possessed its own inherent majesty, immune to suppression. While the Protector General's Dharma Form was indeed impressive, the Great Mighty Sky General was adept at commanding ghostly gods, holding such displays in utter disdain.

SLASH!

The two figures, having condensed their Dharma Forms, spared no effort. The sheer force of their clash montarily shook the surrounding roof tiles, sending them clattering down.

The Protector General unleashed a punch, intending to drive Hu Ma back. He imagined Hu Ma would be forced back three or four zhang, his Dharma Form suppressed and unable to reconsolidate. But unexpectedly, Hu Ma ignored his battlefield killing aura and swung his blade instead. The blade seed to hum with a chilling, mocking laughter as it sliced directly onto his arm.

SLASH!

His arm, along with the Divine Soul's Dharma Form, was severed directly, thudding to the ground.

He stared in disbelief at Hu Ma. The divine light of Hu Ma's Dharma Form was not as solid as his own, yet it radiated an incredibly arrogant, high-handed aura. A cold snort escaped Hu Ma's nose as a Half-step Sneezing breath shot out. Taking advantage of the Protector General's shock and unstable Divine Soul, it significantly dispersed his Dharma Form.

Before he could get up, Hu Ma charged forward again with a Mountain Opening strike. The Punishnt Officer's Great Saber struck true, gutting the Protector General. Intestines and innards spilled onto the floor, and even his Dharma Form completely shattered.

Without a second glance, Hu Ma kicked him aside and advanced to the table.

At this mont, the only ones left to stop Hu Ma were Master Yan and his concubine.

Master Yan was not a practitioner of the Path. Though he usually despised those who practiced such heretical Magic, now, facing Hu Ma's overwhelming murderous aura at close range, the volus of saintly books he had studied could not bolster his courage. He was stupefied and trembling.

Unexpectedly, his delicate third concubine's eyes suddenly glinted coldly. She leaped from his side, three silver needles held between her fingers. Like a red streak, she instantly reached Hu Ma, plunging them toward him.

Silver Needle Acupuncture!

This third concubine, inconspicuous in the Yan Mansion, would normally kowtow in greeting to the Elder Grandmother.

But she was a genuine Siming Path mber, and her skills were not weak.

The Siming Path did not have many killing thods, but no one could underestimate them. Although a Shousui man's Dharma Form, once cultivated, was formidable, she possessed the skill of Silver Needle Acupuncture. By driving silver needles into a Shousui man's three major soul gates, she could seal their Dharma Form.

When it ca to harmful thods, they had plenty!

Of course, if anyone were to ask, all Siming Path mbers would wave their hands dismissively, "Killing? We wouldn't know how. We only know how to save people."

Yet, facing the approaching red streak, Hu Ma neither dodged nor evaded, allowing the silver needles to pierce his acupoints. He then looked down at her with a grim smile. The concubine, seeing the needles hit their mark, felt a surge of joy. But as she looked up, she t the eerie smile on Hu Ma's mask. Startled and with no ti to escape, Hu Ma grabbed her, and slamd her headfirst into the ground.

SMACK!

Her brains splattered across the ground, so even splashing onto Master Yan's face.

The Great Mighty Sky General Seal, with the Broken Armor from the old tree in Shima Town protecting his body, was impervious to this Silver Needle Acupuncture.

Having slamd the concubine to her death, Hu Ma didn't pause. He instantly stepped forward, crushing the table underfoot. In the next mont, he had cornered the White-clothed Scholar. The Punishnt Officer's Great Saber in his hand swung rcilessly, half-drawn and radiating a chilling murderous intent.

"Don't kill ..." The White-clothed Scholar dared not resist, shouting loudly, "Please report to the Master of Zhensui Mansion! I voluntarily return to the altar..."

"I... I have urgent matters to report! It was not my will to defy the mansion order; the Yan Family forced to perform Alchemy..."

...

"The altar summoned you, yet you didn't co. Only now, at this late hour, do you plead injustice?" Raising the Punishnt Officer's Great Saber, Hu Ma shouted grimly at him, "Your chance has passed! It's too late!"

"On your way!"

...

As he spoke, the Punishnt Officer's Great Saber fell, swiftly severing the White-clothed Scholar's head.

A cry erupted as blood spurted everywhere.

It was a demon body; ordinary weapons couldn't kill it. But the Punishnt Officer's Great Saber struck true every ti. Its head rolled onto the ground, mouth agape, eyes wide with resentnt.

The human form on the ground faded, leaving only a white, fleshy, headless snake body, still twitching and writhing.

"Ah?!" The jianghu Path mbers invited by Master Yan were utterly horrified by this scene. "Dead?"

Just then, the sound of the night watchman's clappers echoed from outside, and a voice bellowed, "Midnight has arrived! The earth god has perished! By Zhensui Mansion Order, ghostly gods shall not defy!"

As this voice sounded, more and louder shouts spread throughout the entire city: "Midnight has arrived! The earth god has perished..."

"By Zhensui Mansion Order, ghostly gods shall not defy!"
