“Special Assistant Liu!” Fang Liguo approached with a friendly smile. “You’ve misunderstood. I have no intention of entering. I just want to wait for President Wu to co out so that I can speak with him.”
Special Assistant Liu: “President Wu has no interest in conversing with you.” Fang Liguo wore a constant smile on his face. “That can’t be true! We’ve had such a wonderful working relationship!”
Special Assistant Liu couldn’t help but snicker. “Ha! If it weren’t for President Fang, who would even consider partnering with your lackluster company? Our collaborations have never been pleasant.”
“Special Assistant Liu, would you mind sharing so details? Who is the person dining with President Wu in there?” Fang Liguo inquired with a flattering smile.
But Special Assistant Liu responded curtly, “I can’t disclose that.”
“Special Assistant Liu…” Fang Liguo still attempted to say sothing, but Special Assistant Liu cut him off. “President Wu won’t et with you. President Fang, you should leave.”
Remaining composed, Fang Liguo stood by the door. After a while, a waiter entered the room to serve the dishes. Fang Liguo leaned in to gain so insight into the situation. Despite Special Assistant Liu’s efforts to prevent him, the sharp-eyed Fang Liguo managed to catch a glimpse of a familiar figure inside the private room.
