"Yes, thank you for this." Aviris thanked a woman in a hovel on the first floor of the dungeon. She was given a long gown. Apparently it was too worn for the woman to wish to repair it. At least it covered the lamia up enough.

"Lyra. Your na is Lyra." Veronica tried to teach the lamia, now nad Lyra, her own na.

"Lee... Lee-rah? Leerah... Wife!"

"Ugh... No, your na is Lyra, your role is that of a wife."

"I starting to wish you didn't keep her." Cassidy groaned, seeing how hopeless Lyra is.

With Lyra in the old gown, and trying to understand the point of clothing, the group finally left the dungeon.

The sun was bright, the heat was extre, and they had a decent walk ahead. And Lyra was already down.

"Right... I guess she's not used to the heat. Avi, can you help carry her?" Veronica asked, hoisting Lyra up and over her shoulders, similar to giving her a piggyback ride. Except there was a second person holding her lower half.

Needless to say, the walk wasn't very fun, but the girls got back without too many issues. Aside from people running into their houses, afraid of an unconscious, under control monster.

Thankfully, the house the girls were staying in was kept cool with old magic stones, which should probably be replaced soon.

"Is too hot..." Lyra complained, fumbling around while trying to remove her top.

"Lyra, you should keep it on."

"Why? Get in way. Movent more hard... covering unnecessary."

"Lyra, you're in civilized territory now. People have customs up here. One of which is that we have to cover up ourselves, but for protection and modesty."

"Modesty stupid. Hunt better naked." Lyra huffed as she begrudgingly kept the gown on.

In the anti, Aviris had gone to give the scepter to the right people. When she ca back, she had so news.

"And now, we have to wait for a hearing." Aviris sighed.

"A hearing?" Eleanora asked.

"Yes. Apparently, both my brothers will have to convince who should be the next Sultan. We'll hear their reasons, choose one, then leave. Eugh, I could use a proper bath." Aviris stated, collapsing onto the bed.

"Bath? Ho had big water spot! Great for cleaning!" Lyra added, causing the girls to laugh a bit.

"More civilized, dear. With hot water and soap."

"Soap? Is food?"

"No, but it is typically made from animals." Veronica inford.

"So, soap is food!"

"Soap isn't food. It's not good for you."

"But is made from food. If made from food, why bad?"

Lyra was definitely going to need so proper education when they get back. Not to ntion, there was the celebration, and Veronica did need to go back to the castle soon.

This was surely going to be a long, long week.
