Thanks to Cassidy's diocre training, Veronica got the hang of magic. Though, it always felt a bit odd to use it, an unsettling feeling from deep inside.
"Veronica, I'd suggest keeping magic like that at a minimum. Just for now." Lilith advised. Of course, that didn't help Veronica understand that unsettling feeling.
And, after a few days of easy guild quests, the girls had decided they wanted to go down into the dungeon again. So—while Kazue was out and buying all the supplies they'd need, the rest prepared their rucksacks. Spare clothes, preferred snacks, maybe a bit of entertainnt for waiting or camping.
The girls were unsure on whether or not Eleanora should co with, due to her constant sickness. Though, she was only sick in the mornings, and was fine shortly after. Maybe they'll brainstorm a reasoning for her being sick in the mornings.
Armor, check. Weapons, check. Food, clothes and water, check. But it felt like there was sothing that was missing, what was it? It seed like they had everything...
Veronica couldn't figure it out, but a short visit with her children shouldn't hurt. And a nice little goodbye kiss before she left. Hopefully that feeling go away, as they have everything.
Actually, maybe so potions wouldn't hurt. A quick stop at the local alchemist to purchase so potions. Basic healing potions, magic regeneration, so resistance potions...
Though, an interesting potion caught Veronica's eye.
"Excuse , what's this one?"
"Ah, that one is great for couples. If a man drinks it, he'll last longer, grows a bit longer, though that depends from person to person, and he'll have a bigger load. If a woman drinks it, she'll be more sensitive yet keep her clarity, and she would also be able to last for a longer ti."
"So... a sex potion."
"Just a hobby."
"And how long do these last?"
"That also varies from person to person, but the longest it lasted was an entire month, and the shortest so far was a few days."
"... I'll take five."
So extra potions for fun wouldn't hurt. Right?
Before fully leaving for the dungeon, Veronica hid these potions away in a safe spot. After all, it was a bit embarrassing. It would be nice to test them out soon, though.
Then, the girls left. Chatting up a storm as walked to the dungeon, almost carefree. And since the dungeon was still getting a very small amount of adventurers, that also ant more loot.
And so, they stood in front of the gaping maw of this dungeon. It hasn't been too bad so far, but considering everything that happened the last few tis they were here... Well, Veronica was ready and the girls were willing...
