The company was nearly empty, but there were a few people pulling all-nighters. They were working hard and I couldn’t see myself returning to such a hard-working life after being pampered for so long by my masters.
Sorry, Little Min, I’m the lazy one here.
We got into the car and I fiddled with my hair, noticing it was already growing way past its usual length.
I would probably visit a salon soon and get a haircut. Or should I just let it grow out?
I an, no harm there. I’m not the one in charge of washing my hair, anyway. And I’m sure people have fun washing long hair more than short hair.
Just my own preference though. I would rather play with soone’s long hair than a short hair.
There were just so many styles you could tie long hair into, haha.
I think girls prefer long hair as well.
Would May, April, and the rest have fun playing with my hair? I hope they do.
They’ve loosened up a bit more than before, but not so much that they would keep secrets from or do things friends do for each other.
"Do you feel tired?" Seo-Jun asked and I turned my head from looking out the window towards him.
He had his legs crossed and a tab in his hand.
Even when leaving, it looked like he had a ton of work to do.
Then why has he been acting like he was a jobless house warr in the past month?
He probably shifted everything cause he couldn’t be bothered to urgently finish them and now they’ve caught up to him.
"No, I’m fine," I said. "But you look like you could collapse any mont from now. Shouldn’t you get so rest?" I asked but he paused.
Seeing that I was worried about him, he felt happy and laughed a little.
"I’ll be fine." He said. "This little won’t kill . But..." He leaned closer and placed his hand behind my head, pressing my forehead to his as he smiled widely. "But thank you for caring, Jo-Pil."
My heart skipped a beat and I blushed.
He didn’t need to co so close to say that, did he?
I rolled my eyes down and nodded with a small movent.
"If I don’t worry about you, who will?" I asked and wondered if that was a bit too much so I rolled my eyes back to him, to find him looking flushed.
What? I did not see that coming.
"Ah, you’re right." He said, letting go of my head and looking away, clearly trying to hide the expression on his face. "If you don’t worry about , who will?"
Was he actually blushing? Because of what I said?
This guy... He was more gullible than I thought.
"If you’re tired, you don’t have to push yourself too hard," I said and reached my hand towards him, being the one to press his forehead to mine this ti. "You should also rest, hm?"
He looked into my eyes and for the first ti in a while, he forgot what he wanted to say. So, instead of that, he pressed his lips on mine.
If his lips wouldn’t speak, at least they could convey his emotions and thoughts with this simple action.
"Thank you," he said and then dropped his head on my lap.
"Oh?"
"I’m just going to relax a little since you told to." He said. "I’ll be under your care, Jo-Pil."
So, now he was just going to do whatever he wanted, huh? I let out a little sigh and then brushed his cheeks softly.
His eyelashes were pretty, but not as pretty as mine, huhu.
Wait, I think Seo-Jun has rubbed his narcissism on .
(Are you sure? Lol)
I already finished the snacks he got a while ago but I still felt hungry. Even then, I comforted my belly by saying we would get ho soon and have dinner so it wasn’t the end of the world yet.
With my hand softly brushing against his face, Seo-Jun found comfort and before he knew it, he had fallen asleep.
We were still headed for the destination he wanted to take to and though it was a long drive, I did not complain.
Whatever it was, I was sure it would be worthwhile if it were Seo-Jun’s idea.
He didn’t think up wasteful stuff when it ca to things like this, anyway. He was intuitive enough to know what his partner wanted and how to make their heart flutter.
But... Is it just ?
I think Seo-Jun is hotter than normal. And no, this isn’t just thinking he got super hot in appearance, I an his temperature.
When he kissed earlier, his lips were hot. Don’t misunderstand.
I wonder if it’s because it’s so cold outside.
I rested my head back and kept looking outside.
And then, the car finally stopped.
"Sir, we’ve arrived." Secretary Min-Jae announced but Seo-Jun was fast asleep with his head on my lap.
"Can we just... Stay like this for a while longer?" I asked Min-Jae.
Even if the best course of action would be to hurry up here and get to the mansion and let him sleep comfortably on his bed, I wanted to remain like that for a while longer.
I was being greedy, I know. But I just wanted him to rely on more like this.
"Understood," Min-Jae said and stayed silent.
I would have to wake Seo-Jun up eventually so after another ten minutes of Seo-Jun sleeping peacefully, I whispered softly in his ear.
"Seo-Jun, we’re here."
That soft whisper seed to do the trick compared to the loud announcent coming from Min-Jae that we had arrived.
Seo-Jun slappy fluttered his lashes open and saw my face. As soon as he did, he pulled my head down and my lips t his.
It was a surprise but I guess he just wanted to do that after waking up.
Then, he sat up, leaving with my racing heart to battle for serenity.
"We’re here already?" He asked.
Actually, we arrived over 15 minutes ago, but let’s not tell him that.
"What is it you wanted to show ?" I asked.
"You won’t be able to see it from here so let’s get down." He said and opened the door, stretching his hand towards so I could co down from the sa path he took.
I did, and just as I was stepping out of the car, he pulled to himself, burying his face on my neck and sniffing in deeply.
"S-Seo-Jun," I called, my eyes darting towards the driver’s seat. "What are you doing?"
