She looked at Tao Zhiyao with disdain, “You have the cheapest blue cat, how will you understand doll cats? Do you know how much one doll cat costs? The cheapest being over ten thousand!”

The cat store was located in a compound. The assistant ca to the compound gates, and the person who called himself the owner of the cat store ca to pick him up in person.
The owner was talking to him the entire ti, introducing his store as the most legal breeding cat store in the entire capital city. He had a good attitude and was asking a lot of questions enthusiastically. He asked the assistant what breed he wanted to buy and what his budget was.

With every kitten being so cute, the assistant had a hard ti deciding which one to buy. He took a picture of every litter and sent them to Tao Zhiwei so his boss could make the decision himself. In the end, Tao Zhiwei chose a litter of blue cats and even circled the exact kitten he wanted with colorful lines — Pear.
At that ti, the owner told the assistant that blue cats usually cost a lot. The kitten they wanted was the prettiest and would cost 5000 RMB; however, because he drove from a far place at such a late ti in the evening just to buy a kitten, he must’ve really wanted it. The owner said he would cut the price by 1000 RMB.
So, in the end, the assistant bought Pear for 4000 RMB.
The two n had no experience with buying cats and didn’t do their research beforehand. They got fooled. Getting scamd wasn’t sothing they cared about; however, they bought a sick cat. The shop owner was harming lives!
The assistant, seeing that Tao Zhiwei’s expression didn’t seem right, did not know what to do.
