He Qisi didn’t care for Sun Weiwei’s feelings at all and continued, “Even though ‘Happy Guo Guo’ is under your managent, it is still an account we share together. You can’t just use the official account and post comnts. If you want to, you have to get the team’s consent.”

TL Note: Ok, probably an unpopular opinion, but I think He Qisi is quite right on this. With a famous account, not to ntion it’s an official team account, the one managing it should take responsibility and ask the ti for consent. This is especially dangerous if the person managing the account posts sothing controversial or offensive. (Just a rant)

Sun Weiwei finally cald herself and replied, “I comnted on “Hanfu Goddess’s account, Liu Man counts as one of our own mbers, can’t I comnt on her own post? Do I have absolutely no control over this?”

“I didn’t say you couldn’t comnt, you can do whatever you please with your own account. Just delete the comnt and it’ll be fine.”

Sun Weiwei finally understood what He Qisi ant. He didn’t like that she was using ‘Happy Guo Guo’s’ account as if it was her own.

Sun Weiwei did have a personal account, but ever since she started working on ‘Happy Guo Guo’, her default account was switched to ‘Happy Guo Guo’.

In the team, she worked the hardest. No only did she have to worry about editing, she also had to organize the Weibo account. She was very hardworking and put thought and effort into every tweet of ‘Happy Guo Guo’. She was also very careful with fan interaction, she always replied to ssages from the fans. She stopped using her own account since switching back and forth was too much trouble to go through, she didn’t have ti.

The minute before she comnted on Princess Man’s Weibo, she was dealing with backstage private ssages.

Sun Weiwei does admit that it was her fault this ti. She should’ve switched accounts. She also admits that He Qisi has a point, but he blad her too much and never considered putting himself in her shoes.

It was only one comnt after all, next ti she could just be careful, but he phrased it like she was about to steal “Happy Guo Guo”. This was her first ti realizing He Qisi had a strong manipulative side.

He Qisi’s personal account was “Shi Senpai”, he changed his account na right after “Shi Senpai” beca viral.

Now, his Weibo has over 300k followers, everyday, he would interact with his fans. During this ti, he also opened up his own live-streaming room and earned a few thousand rmb. When He Qisi was criticizing Sun Weiwei, he never thought that it was because of Sun Weiwei that he was able to earn so much money.

“I know I’m wrong,” Sun Weiwei’s voice was calm, “This won’t ever happen again.”

Hearing her apology made He Qisi’s voice soften, “Sorry, I was a bit harsh just then. This is for your own good, so that you don’t offend other team mbers with your actions in the future.”

“Yeah, I’ll delete the comnt,” Sun Weiwei’s reaction was bland.

After the call, she deleted the comnt.

Right now, Sun Weiwei was only mad at He Qisi. But the next day, she t Zhang Jiaojiao at the lunchroom. The words Zhang Jiaojiao said to her made her truly lose all faith in He Qisi.

“Weiwei, how could you complint another make-up artist that’s not even in our team?” Zhang Jiaojiao looked a bit angered, “and you used “Happy Guo Guo’s’ account, did you not consider my feelings when you were posting the comnt?”

“You’re too sensitive, I didn’t an anything,” Sun Weiwei explained, “and I’ve already deleted the comnt.”

“If I didn’t call Qisi and make him remind you, would you have still deleted it?”

Sun Weiwei’s expression changed, she stared at Zhang Jiaojiao, “What do you an?”

Zhang Jiaojiao’s eyes flashed a hint of taunt, “it ans that in his heart, I have more value to him. Do you think He Qisi doesn’t know you like him? He never responded to your feelings and that’s his answer to you.”

“Qisi values your talent more, that’s why he invited you to the team. Next ti, don’t think of anything more, he’s super popular with girls now and those girls are excellent. He would never like a girl with such a plain look like you,” Zhang Jiaojiao “kindly” reminded her.

What she left unsaid was, He Qisi was the boss and Sun Weiwei was just a worker. She’s supposed to be hardworking and should never think of anything more of the boss because the boss has super high standards!

“Then he responded to you? He likes you? And how much prettier are you than ?” Sun Weiwei didn’t hesitate to fire back, staring at Zhang Jiaojiao’s eyes.

Zhang Jiaojiao’s eyes flickered, “that’s none of your business, just know that he is on my side. Besides, we’re classmates and have a way more intimate relationship than you.

“Heh,” Sun Weiwei laughed coldly, “Fine, you two can be lovebirds, I won’t interrupt anymore.”

The incident of being yelled at by Liu Man in junior high was a shadow in Sun Weiwei’s heart that could never fade away. Zhang Jiaojiao’s cynicism and the use of her appearance in her speech completely angered her.

She should be grateful to Zhang Jiaojiao for her mockery, which made her wake up. She realized that she had been blinded by He Qisi’s fake temperant before. He was a scumbag, not offending either side. She and Zhang Jiaojiao were both backup girlfriends, and not to ntion she gave free labor when he was earning money by himself!

If he didn’t think she was good enough, then sa here!

Sun Weiwei didn’t even buy lunch and wasn’t planning to eat here anyways. She turned and walked away.

Zhang Jiaojiao was a bit worried after seeing her determined back.

At the sa ti, Liu Man and Li Xiaoru were eating in the lunchroom. Liu Man’s phone rang so she opened it and saw a notification from the “Happy Guo Guo” chat.

Sun Weiwei send a ssage, “I quit “Happy Guo Guo”, Goodbye!”

Not waiting for Liu Man’s reaction, a grey ssage popped up from the bottom of the chat: “Sun Weiwei has quitted the chat.”

Liu Man was shocked.

Everyone else was shocked as well.

“What happened?” –Tao Zhiyao

“Why did Weiwei quit?” –Chen Han

“What will happen to ‘Happy Guo Guo’ if they don’t have an editor?” –Jiang Chengfeng

He Qisi and Zhang Jiaojiao were silent.

Li Xiaoru saw that Liu Man had a worried expression, “What’s the matter?”

“I want to know as well,” Liu Man imdiately called Sun Weiwei.

Sun Weiwei was quick to respond, “I knew you were going to call .”

“What happened?” Liu Man asked.

“Nothing, I just didn’t want to be a certain soone’s slave anymore.”

Liu Man was reminded of the comnt made by ‘Happy Guo Guo’. She saw it and was about to reply before realizing it was deleted.
