Qin Ye was briefly stunned, then he understood what she ant.
Imdiately, his eyes and brows lit up with a smile.
"I know."
Rong Yan didn’t say much more, but his cheerful deanor still infected her, softening her expression.
Qin Ye had originally planned to stay overnight here, but after the disturbance by the Liu family, he felt it wasn’t necessary anymore.
So, he directly said to Rong Yan,
"Wife, why don’t we head back tonight? It’s stuffy here at night, not as cool as our apartnt in the city."
Once Qin Ye suggested this, Rong Yan nodded in agreent, "Alright."
After all, having a car made it very convenient to go back whenever they wanted.
And she had already sorted out all her belongings from her original ho.
"I’ll pack up the things we need to take, and then we can head back. We won’t cook dinner here; we’ll eat when we get back."
Rong Yan had no objections; they had brought so pastries with them, so if they were hungry, they could snack on those.
With the plan set, Qin Ye began to bustle about.
There wasn’t much in the house to begin with, and so things didn’t need to be taken. Besides, it wasn’t like they wouldn’t be coming back.
He rely needed to organize what they’d leave at ho.
Things like the blankets were put away in the closet...
In about an hour, Qin Ye had everything sorted.
The few things they needed to take were already packed in the car.
"Wife, we can go now."
Rong Yan nodded, "Okay."
She walked out first with Qin Ye following close behind. Once they stepped out of the front door, he locked it straight away.
The couple got into the car without greeting anyone else and drove off...
By the ti they got back to the city, it was quite late, and it had already grown dark.
"Wife, what would you like to eat? I’ll make it for you."
"Anything is fine," she replied, but then sothing ca to her mind, and she quickly added, "Just noodles!"
"Sure," said Qin Ye as he headed to the kitchen.
Ten minutes later, he brought out two bowls of noodles.
Then he called out to the living room, "Wife, co and eat."
Rong Yan stood up and went to the dining room, seeing two eggs in her bowl, she promptly transferred one to Qin Ye’s bowl.
"One is enough for —I can’t eat more."
Qin Ye was quite pleased to hear this, interpreting it as her being considerate toward him!
After finishing the noodles, Qin Ye wouldn’t let Rong Yan wash the dishes. "Don’t move, I’ll do it. It’s just two bowls, I’ll be quick. Besides, you are tired today, you should wash up and rest early."
Rong Yan found his expression a bit odd.
If anyone should be tired today, it would definitely be him.
After all, she hadn’t done anything.
But since Qin Ye was already washing the dishes, she didn’t bother to argue over it.
So, she simply went upstairs...
During the several days at ho, Rong Yan had quite a relaxing ti.
However, finding a night school for herself was actually genuine.
After registering, she thought about Qin Ye, so when she got ho, she told him about her enrollnt.
Qin Ye was very happy, "That’s great, and the school is also quite close. In the evenings, I can co pick you up."
Rong Yan looked at him, "Qin Ye, why don’t you join in night school?"
Hearing this, Qin Ye was montarily taken aback. ", go to night school too? That... might not be necessary."
He was content with his wife going; he didn’t see a need to attend night school himself.
"Let’s do it together! Since you’re already saying you’ll pick up at night, wouldn’t it be nice for us to study together?"
