Cai Wei looked around the shop and saw that it was decorated in an ancient and quaint style.

Small boxes containing different colors of rouge were arranged neatly on the counters, emitting an enchanting fragrance even from afar.
She turned her gaze back and laughed, “Thank you, sister, but I need to see your boss.
Would you mind letting him know?”
The woman took another look at Cai Wei.
Today, Cai Wei was wearing a turquoise beizi with subtle patterns of ruyi and embroidered roses, and beneath it, a moon-white skirt with rose-pink lan edges.
The lan edges of the skirt were embroidered with delicate, colorful butterflies that seed to flutter and co to life with her movents.
On her head, she simply wore a crescent moon bun, slantedly pinned with a green jade plum blossom hairpin with flowing tassel fringes, embellished with a few scattered sapphire bead flowers.
This dress was both simple and elegant but did not display a sense of nobility.
After appraising Cai Wei, the woman still did not move but maintained her enthusiastic smile and said, “I dare to ask why the Miss wishes to see our boss?”
Clearly judging Cai Wei by her appearance and considering her less aristocratic dress, she assud Cai Wei was from a lesser household and dared to question her purpose on behalf of the boss.
Cai Wei didn’t want to argue with a shopkeeper, so she gently lifted the lid of the basket on her arm and said, “I have many Manjing seeds and would like to ask your boss if he would like to purchase them.
If not, I may ask elsewhere?”
Upon seeing the basket full of Manjing seeds, the woman’s eyes widened, and her attitude took a complete U-turn.
She respectfully escorted Cai Wei to the inner room to serve tea while she herself hurriedly went upstairs to inform the boss about the matter.

Cai Wei nodded and pointed to the basket on the table, “I have many more flowers just like these.”
