"It’s their problems... Who told them marriage is a bed full of roses? You have to be pricked by those thorns sotis... And sotis, you have to unpluck the thorns for it to smoothen..." From the mont he had gotten married to Tang Fei, he didn’t think marriage was an easy institution.

You have to create ti for your family, love them unconditionally, sotis act stupid, sotis keep your mouth shut, and sotis just face the situation... It wasn’t easy, he hadn’t had it easy, it’s just that... He could act ignorant sotis, and sotis, he just gives in to her....

"They had fought over a wedding ring after seeing Missus’ ring... Which is huge and as you know, costs a lot." What Ting Cheng didn’t lack was money... He had a lot of it, and if soone wanted to compare his life to his, he would just end up having sleepless nights, it wasn’t worth it at all...

"A wedding ring? I actually don’t think I have truly given her a wedding ring, probably, I need to gift her a huge wedding with a beautiful ring...." He still felt like he hadn’t done much.

" Oooh..." They eyed him and went silent. Did Tang Fei really want to acknowledge their relationship openly to the public? They didn’t know if she could!

Suddenly, the car ca to a halt in front of the massive military entrance gate.

The towering structure lood ahead, its steel bars glinting faintly under the morning sun. Soldiers in crisp uniforms stood stationed on either side, their rifles slung across their shoulders, their eyes sharp with vigilance letting them wander from one corner to another.

When they noticed the entourage, the guards imdiately stepped forward, inspecting the vehicle with professional precision.

For a mont, the air was taut, as though every second stretched longer than it should, but once they spotted the familiar number plate, their stern expressions imdiately eased.

With a quick salute, they waved the car through, the heavy gates swinging open with an echo of authority.

Tang Fei’s van was the first to drive into the long driveway, rolling steadily across the wide compound. The neat rows of trimd hedges and the stern military buildings cast an austere atmosphere, a reminder of discipline and duty that awaited the children inside.

The van pulled smoothly into the parking lot, and as soon as the engine stilled, the children were already bustling with energy, hoisting their bags onto their small shoulders.

"Mommy, we’re here... you have to take care of yourself always, don’t get yourself hurt carelessly," he got closer to her ear, " if your husband becos violent, you can just break his legs and hands, with that, he won’t be able to hurt you!" Zhihao whispered, his voice soft but steady. His mother was everything to him and he would rather choose her.

Tang Fei inwardly felt chill running down her spine, not because of the words, but because she felt like his aura was like his father’s. No matter how gentle and soft he looked, he seed to be possessive just like his father. This wasn’t a good thing right?

He wrapped his arms tightly around her waist, his small fra trembling just a little before he slipped away and hopped down, standing firmly at the side, before gazing at her warmly.

"Take care of yourself, too, Mommy. Call us from ti to ti, you know." Tinghao followed quickly, his arms clinging to her with strength. His voice dropped lower, more serious like an adult advising a kid, "And don’t always fight with Daddy... you can solve your issues amicably just like two grown adults, and if you truly can’t live with each other peacefully, better separate early."

The weight of his words sank deep, brushing against a tender spot in her heart, it wasn’t that she wasn’t seeing it, but their little argunts were affecting them. Before she could answer, he had already slipped out of her embrace, his bag bouncing against his back as he joined his brother.

"I love you, Mommy!" Feihao’s voice rang bright and clear, carrying that childlike purity that always softened her edges. He gave her a lingering hug before alighting, moving, and standing shoulder to shoulder with his siblings before facing their mother, gazing at her through the open door of the van.

Minghao, still seated beside Qin Xinyu, grinned happily when Zhihao turned back toward her... "Minghao, take care of yourself, and Mommy. Rember to call us from ti to ti, and report to us in case of anything.." Zhihao reminded, his tone protective though his eyes flickered with the reluctance of letting go.

"All right, I will!" Minghao responded cheerfully, her enthusiasm lighting up her small face. She didn’t mind the responsibility, it almost seed to excite her even more.

Tang Fei, touched by their words and the way they tried to reassure her, felt a small laugh escape her lips. "Hey, hey... don’t you want to escort you inside? You don’t want to be seen with ?" she teased gently, her voice threaded with amusent even as her heart grew heavier with every passing second. She stepped down from the van, the weight of her own reluctance tucked behind her calm expression.

At that very mont, another familiar presence brushed against her senses. She turned slightly to see Huo Ting Cheng’s car parked just beside theirs, the man himself stepping into view with that quiet, commanding aura that always seed to wrap around her like a shadow.

You won’t be allowed in," his deep voice sounded beside her, firm yet not unkind. "Let them report before they are late."

Tang Fei’s lips curved faintly, though her eyes softened as she nodded lightly. She knew he was right, it was part of discipline, part of the rules that had to be followed.

"Mommy, Daddy... bye!" The children waved with wide smiles before rushing forward, their little figures darting away with bags slung over their backs.
