Severus snorted and ignored her.
"You are going to share all this information with eventually if I am to protect the you know what, the little darlings." Flan told him.
He may not like her almost as much as she didn’t like him but they had a mutual goal and it was the safety of the children.
The more she knew about Scarlet and her life, the easier it would be to slip into protector role.
"They are close." Severus responded gruffly. He shut his mouth imdiately after that, unwilling to divulge any information. She would have to pry it out of him so other way.
"Are there any complications in the relationship? Will I at so point have to talk to her about how to maintain a well balanced relationship for her sake and that of the children?" Flan asked him.
At so point, the human would surely notice that his children were special and had so unknown energy.
How he would react at the ti would be determined by how close the relationship between husband and wife was.
If it was good, all would be left alone but if it was bad, for the sake of the children, the human would have to be removed from the picture.
Severus gave Flan a side eye and sneered. What did she know about relationships? Wasn’t she the sa hound who said she was not ready for pups?
"They are good." He told her.
Flan’s ears twitched and she sighed as if exhaustion had set in her hound body or she was anticipating it anyway.
"Good!!" She exclaid. "Only good." She added and sighed. "I knew that this would be complicated.
If you had said best or excellent I would be confident but just good is not enough because as she progresses so will the complications.

Severus growled. "Don’t call that." He warned her.
Esong and Scarlet turned around to look at the hounds.
Both hounds pretended to be sothing else and Severus growled lightly at a robot butler which was passing by.
Scarlet and Esong turned their heads back to the shampoo.
"That research lab you invested in is paying off. I wonder whose idea this was, turning the fruits into soap." Esong muttered slowly.
The idea of investing in his own research lab crossed his mind. His wife would surely be wealthier than he was soon if she kept this up.
"It doesn’t look its flying off the counters quickly. I should co up with a great advertisent for it." Scarlet noticed that it was stocked to the brim.
Other shoppers were buying up the nice common fruit slling soaps and shampoos but not this one.
"As long as it slls nice, people will surely rush in for it. Just package it as sothing they simply must have.
Do you know how we sell gadgets invented in cha warrior labs? One, we use the best cha warriors in the ads and two we use the gadgets in areas where as many eyes can witness their awesoness.
After that, it’s word of mouth and we rake in the coin."
Scarlet reached up with her right hand and she tousled Esong’s hair.
"My husband, your mind is full of wonderful ideas." She told him.
Esong smiled widely and nodded.
"Now how many cha warriors can you spare for to use in an advertisent?" She added.
"Pft!, I knew you were conning ." He pinched her nose and then added a light kiss on her lips.
"If I don’t swindle my own husband then who will I swindle?" She asked him. "Anyway, I want Ian, Cedric, Folsom and even Casanova Jacks. He might not be able to close his zip but boy is he cute."
Esong pouted, irritation and discomfort seeping from his bones.
"What about ?" He asked her.
"What about you?" She asked him.
"Don’t you want ?" He asked, in a hurt voice.
He was the cha king for crying out loud. Who would sell more bottles of that shampoo more than him?
Scarlet tilted her head his way and she looked him in the eyes. She could not discern if he was being playful or serious about it.
Did he really need reassurances on all the ways she wanted him.
"Esong," she called his na in a calm and soft voice. "I can assure you that you are my number one pick in everything. But, I also don’t need other won ogling my husband. I don’t care if they ogle your friends, they don’t matter to ."
Ah, so that was the reasoning behind her choices, he thought. Suddenly he felt silly for how he had taken it.
"I believe you." He told her.
"Good." She answered, and she tousled his hair again. "Now let’s go buy you so fresh fruits."
He was about to say that he could make do with the canned worms when he saw Severus leaping on soone from the corner of his right eye.
"Severus." He barked loudly and took off running.
His wife loved the dog so much, she would be heartbroken if sothing happened to it. If it killed soone, it would have to be killed in return.
If it was killed, his wife would not be a very unhappy woman.
Scarlet turned around swiftly when Esong yelled Severus’s na, and she followed after him quickly.
Severus at the mont was standing over the body of a man, barking and growling, his teeth so close to the man’s neck.
The people who were close by were screaming in a panic and others were running away in different directions. A few of them thought the animal had simply gone crazy.
A siren was heard in the very large supermarket which was filled with shoppers.
"An uncategorized disturbance has detected in one of the sections of bed and bath. All those who are close by please find the nearest robot butlers or human employees for assistance.
Those who are in a hurry to exit please do so in an orderly manner."
Scarlet barely listened to the announcent as she was tagging Severus away from the man he had trapped beneath the steely grip of his paws.
"He slls funny. This human really slls." He told Scarlet.
"Then he should take a bath." She retorted. But she knew Severus well. He would not be reacting this way if there was nothing fishy about this individual.
"Esong, search him while I get Severus to calm down." She said.
Just like her, he too trusted Severus’s instinct.
"Don’t touch , I don’t consent to a search." The man shouted.
The mont Severus was pulled off his body, a different kind of panic had set in.
"I am a high ranking cha warrior and the governor of this planet. I don’t need consent to search a suspicious looking individual. If you find my actions offensive, lodge a complaint with the tribunal." Esomg responded.
The man, red faced with wide eyes looked around and then suddenly threw a punch at Esong.
Easily, Esong dodged it by moving his face to the side and then he brought his fist down.
A sound of crunching was heard and Scarlet knew that this man’s nose was likely to be broken.
