"Don't say yes, please. Even you aren't that flucking stupid!" Juliana exclaid right before she kneed him in the balls instinctively. Between the sudden embrace of a boy she definitely had no feelings for and the sudden unexpected offer of a quest she had no intention of partaking in, she was extrely on edge.

Nick didn't even have ti to process this new quest as his mind flared with a sharp pain that resonated across the entire multiverse. No matter what they were doing—whether it was taking a dump, playing in a state championship, or popping a cherry—every man felt this disturbance in the force.

There were an infinite number of groans that sympathized with Nick's current pain.

"Shet! Sorry!" Juliana scread as she dropped to the floor, trying to grab the squirming hero.

If he had the ability to speak, he'd probably scream sothing like "Sorry? YOU HIT MY FUCKING BALLS!!!" Instead, all he could do was whimper.

[Warning: HP dropped to 1%]

Juliana's hands flew out in a fruitless attempt to provide so kind of comfort. She really hadn't ant to hit him that hard, especially not in such a sensitive area. So stupid!

To let emotions out that harshly...

But he scared her!

"Sorry! Shet Fluck Dam Fluck Shet!!! I really didn't an it! B-but don't startle , you idiot!" Her flushed red cheeks betrayed any attempt to hide her fear. Striking a man was no good...

So vague mory, a flashing smile from so blonde, entered her mind. That lesson was attached to that girl sohow...

'Losing your mory sucks!' She sat, pouting as Nick squird, crying, 'Getting your deck hit sucks!'

Luckily, the pain was finally beginning to subside. Still, it was a struggle for him to speak or even breathe. It still felt like soone had slamd a sledgehamr right into his balls. Who knew girls could hit that hard?!

Taking a few deep breaths to steel himself, Nick did his best to fight through the pain enveloping his nether regions.

"Wa wa da fo," Nick said, unable to say more than gibberish. Juliana twirled a strand of hair as she looked at him with a side glance, too embarrassed to look at him fully, and asked, "What?"

"Wh-what was that for?!" Nick managed to blurt out.

"I said I'm sorry!" Juliana exclaid as she buried her face in her hands. It's not like she ant to incapacitate the hero!

[Health critically low. Eat a peach to heal back to 30%?]

'A peach?' Nick thought as he rembered the random fruit in his inventory. Juliana looked away, even more embarrassed now.

'It would be kinda anticlimactic if I ate it now but... IFIT HELPS HEALMY BALLS!!'

Nick practically ate the peach before he even summoned it. Not only did it completely revitalize him, but it was also delicious. Unlike disgusting old fish, it actually had a nice texture and juicy goodness.

Truthfully, it was one of the best peaches he had ever eaten.

Juliana smiled as so of the juice fizzled out of his mouth and dripped down his chin. Now that Nick looked better, her earlier terror was already forgotten.

Leaning forward to wipe the excess juice from his chin, she whispered, "Hero, you're so ssy."

"ssy..." Nick droned with wide eyes. Did a girl just... touch him?!

He raised his hand in disbelief at the spot she had just touched, promising, 'I need to eat peaches more often!'

"Yes, ssy! Now, let's ignore that dam quest, ok? Hero?"

Nick was so lost in a daze he hadn't noticed her standing up. However, now that he was brought back to reality, he saw her wipe off her dress, as the cave had made it dirty.

Yeah, that was true. It wouldn't be a good idea to fight that primordial thing. Not yet, anyway.

'I specifically chose my skills so that they'd help level up faster. This boss was kinda a surprise. Hmm. Maybe I should've chosen one of those armor skills.'

Nick shook his head. Juliana sighed in relief, misinterpreting why he shook his head.

'No. Even then I wouldn't be able to face the boss. If it was an actual ga with save points and infinite respawns, sure I'd challenge it and win eventually. That's not really an option now though.'

Soft remnants of the pain still lingered. Just a C-rank boss was bad, let alone whatever a Primordial was. He didn't know what that was, and it sounded a lot more sinister than just so Desert Basilisk.

So, it would obviously be an even harder fight. One that could kill him.

Still, there was sothing he could do. If it was like other gas, the quest was triggered by him completing the tutorial. When he left, it would essentially end the tutorial—unless he left behind so item tied to him.

Leaving behind the [Fang of Finality] wasn't an option though.

'Maybe the tutorial weapon would work?' Nick summoned the tutorial sword to have a physical object to help anchor his thoughts.

Juliana's eyes imdiately grew wide, thinking he had changed his mind. "Hey, hey! Hero! A$$hole!!! The Fluck you doing!"

Her sudden voice made Nick jump, dropping the sword on the ground. It landed with a light clang, one small enough to match its weakness.

Instinctively covering his holy land, Nick leaped away from Juliana, fearing the worst. As he jumped back, he said, "Hey! Nice! Nice Juliana! I-I'm not facing the boss or anything!"

Juliana summoned her lightning, almost refusing to believe him. Nick gulped. Unlike in the previous battle, she could actually summon a respectable amount of lightning. Nothing close to what her ga counterpart could do, but still.

More than enough to shock his balls.

"How can I believe you!" Juliana demanded as more lightning collected around her hand.

'Shet!'

Raising his hands in defense, Nick exclaid, "Look, I just summoned the sword so I could think better! If I wanted to fight the boss, don't you think I'd summon the Fang of Finality instead? Y'know, the actually goo—AHH!"

A flash of lightning zipped across the cave and crashed into his chest, knocking him on his butt mid-sentence. 'At least it wasn't my balls this ti.' Nick chuckled as he fidgeted with his wrist.

[Warning: HP dropped to 25%]

Juliana's hand lowered in front of his face, offering assistance. This ti, she wasn't smiling, but he could tell she was still amused sohow. "Don't do that again, hero."

'Hero?' Nick thought, wondering whether the praise made him feel good or not. On one hand, it was almost like she was worshipping him. On the other, he did have a na.

It was best to wait until he was on his feet again to say anything either way.

Her hand was really soft and tender though. Even though she lifted him with ease, her strength was masked by an equal grace. If only her temperant matched that...

Why did beauty have to be so rough?

Juliana turned to the sword and pointed at it. "So, hero, if you're not going to be stupid and fight a flucking Primordial, why even summon that thing?"

Nick walked over to the sword and picked it up. Now that he had so confidence back, he said, "Well, I was hoping it would give an idea."

"And did it?"

Nick nodded, already preparing for what was about to happen. "Yeah, sadly. Uh, I'm going to need you to hit again."

A slight smile appeared on her face that she tried to hide but was far too confused to do so. At the sa ti, lightning crackled around her fingertips. "Ok? Is Mr. Hero suicidal now?"

'Not exactly.'

"Uh, my na's Nick."

Laughing, Juliana watched the last bit of lightning collect around her hands. Soon, her attack would be ready. "Nick, you know heroes only give their na like that right before they die?"

'DON'T HIT TOO HAR—'

A huge bolt of lightning, at least 50 centiters in height, crashed into him.

[Warning: HP reached 15%]

[Zone State: Emperor's Will activated]

Nick smiled, knowing his plan worked. Well, at least this part.

He hoped that he could place his aura into the tutorial weapon and then the ga would recognize that aura as him. Essentially, to the ga, it would be like he was still here the entire ti.

After he leveled up enough, he would return and kill whatever a Primordial was.

Or, y'know, that aura would just return to him after the Zone State ended and the entire plan would fail.

'No ti to worry about that.' Nick thought as he poured his aura into the sword. Juliana watched with ill-concealed intrigue, surprised that this hero—Nick—could actually be so intelligent.

After he finished putting his aura into the sword, he set it down and then turned to the blocked cave entrance.

One punch later, and their way out was cleared. The entire cave shook from its shockwave, but luckily it didn't collapse. That would be rather anti-climactic, wouldn't it?
