Forfeit? When a woman is being enslaved in your ho?

Koul’s gaze squinted, anger rising within him as he lifted his gaze toward the knight.

"Tsk! You talk too much for a re knight, you know."

Not that I know the qualities of a knight.

The knight’s grin disappeared instantly, his face turning rigid.

"I guess you still haven’t learned your lesson. Pick up your sword!" He egged heatedly.

Hmph!

Koul crouched down, picking up his sword. Just as he rose, the knight’s strike ca whipping from the side.

Before Koul could react, the wooden sword ramd into his side with brutal force, launching him off his feet and sending him crashing to the ground.

This ti, unlike when they all laughed, a deafening silence was all that followed from the audience. They simply watched quietly.

The only noise and cheers were from the knight’s companions.

Koul landed on the ground, rippling dirt. His eyes were spread wide with mouth hanging open as he gasped to breathe.

That attack couldn’t be denied as severe. The impact dealt a huge damage to him.

My ribs! He broke my ribs! His nerves thrumd with panic, his mouth open and gasping for air as he laid sideways on the ground.

As the dust settled, Koul saw the knight’s step getting closer by the second. He hadn’t even recovered from the blow yet the man was already approaching again.

Fuck!

He sat up with difficulty, his breaths heavy and labored, each sending excruciating waves of pain through him, whether light or heavy.

Every puff of breath he took ignited the cracks in his ribs, chiding him with pains.

With severe strain, he struggled to his feet. Unable to stand straight at first until he adjusted.

He didn’t want to easily give up the match. He didn’t want to let the knight who had not only defied him in his ho but disrespected his title, win.

One thing he knew was that he may lack the strength, but his stamina was no joke.

A small smile blossod on his lips as he thought back to all the tis in his previous life when he would f#&k throughout the whole day and rarely feel fatigue.

Yeah, not just anyone can pull that. It’s almost impossible to so people, he smugged.

Unbeknownst to him, his little smile, although for a brief mont, had ignited fury within the knight.

King Sestrus himself and so other kings were confused. As well as Koul’s knights.

They wondered what had him still smiling when he was awfully losing and procuring injuries.

The knight was utterly confused, but more than that, he felt enraged by it.

With one hand wrapped around himself, Koul put pressure on his injury. On the other, he held tight his sword, ready to continue the fight.

"Why doesn’t he just give up already?"

"He seems awfully injured."

"He always makes foolish decisions that never yield good results but still always persists."

Their murmurs drifted gently to Koul’s ears. The opposing knight himself was not deaf to them.

But Koul didn’t care. His resolve was steeled.

And for that, the knight was grateful. Because he had vowed to teach him a heavier lesson than he had earlier promised himself.

"What do you hope to do with just one hand?" The knight asked sternly, his expression rigid but unreadable.

"Just shut up and co at ," Koul huffed.

Don’t underestimate the resolve of a husband trying to save his wife.
