It had only been three days and Hu Ruixue had completed all of the paperwork for their company. She pushed an agreent in front of Shu Yan and said, “Okay, sign this.”
Shu Yan did not sign it right away but flipped through it quickly. It said register capital was 5 million yuan, 2.5 million yuan from each of them and they would be equal partners.

Even if she didn’t spend a penny before, she still couldn’t have co up with 2.5 million yuan.
“That’s just the register capital. We don’t need to co up with that right away. For start up purposes, I think $2 million will be enough.” Hu Ruixue already had finance did the budgeting. Factoring in Shu Yan’s financial ability, this was the best she could do.
“$2 million is not going to be enough. Advertising is not cheap.” Their plan was to have s on all television channels. Hu Ruixue even wanted to have longer comrcials during pri ti. No way 2 million yuan would be enough.
“We don’t need to pay for imdiately,” said Hu Ruixue with a smile. “Don’t worry. I am telling you that that will be enough. $2 million total. $1 million from each of us. If you don’t have enough, I can cover you for the ti being.”
“Just know that I am emptying out my saving for you.” Shu Yan signed her illegible na and headed over to the bank to transfer 1 million yuan to the company’s account.
The office for their company was Hu Ruixue’s personal property and they rented the entire building under the company’s na. She provided another rental agreent to Shu Yan for her storefront on West City Nan Road, paying her 1,000 yuan a month for the company’s use.
Shu Yan thought that their company was just an empty shell for the ti being, but there were already 7 ~ 8 employees in the office.
Hu Ruixue clapped her hands and said to everyone there, “This is my partner and the other boss of this company, Boss Shu. Boss Shu, is there anything that you want to say to them?”
“Hi, Boss Shu.” The employees had always known that there were two bosses but this was the first ti they have t the other one of them.
“Hi everyone. I am not an articulate person so I will take you all out to lunch today,” said Shu Yan, feeling uncomfortable being stared at by 7 ~ 8 pairs of eyes.
“What’s up with that? How did you hire so many people in just three days’ ti?” Shu Yan let out a sigh of relief after she walked inside of Hu Ruixue’s office.
Shu Yan’s look made Hu Ruixue chuckle. “Of course not. I hired them in the past. They have been working in the office of the factory. I just moved them here. You haven’t even seen your office yet. C’mon, let show you.”
Shu Yan’s office was right next to Hu Ruixue’s. It looked more or less the sa as Hu Ruixue’s.
“If you have any specific request, we can have it redone.” Hu Ruixue opened up the window and felt liked they were looking down from high above.
“No need. This is pretty good.” Shu Yan felt that she wouldn’t be there too often so she didn’t have a lot of requirents for her office. Besides, it was pretty nice already.
Even tough Shu Yan was the one that said she’d take everyone out to lunch, but Hu Ruixue was the one who booked a place and placed the order.
The employees, dining with their bosses, were a little bit awkward at the beginning but they were more relaxed after they’ve had toasted.
Shu Yan needed to go back to her shop after lunch. Business was a little slow today. They’ve only done 400 yuan of business by 2 in the afternoon. Shu Yan peeked outside the front door and noticed that there weren’t a lot of people on the street; aning this was not just an issue with her shop and felt more relieved. She have Zhang Huaxiu to do inventory with her.
