The people from the big crew spoke and simultaneously had the small crew’s props thrown outside.
Among them were many scripts, with one landing right in front of Shu Wan. She picked it up and flipped through it.
By then, the small crew’s staff had retrieved everything else. Seeing Shu Wan holding the script, one of the crew mbers approached, “Excuse us, that script is ours. Could you please return it?”
Shu Wan handed the script to the crew mber, “I see that the female lead has not been decided yet. Could I et your director?”
The crew mber was taken aback, finally noticing Shu Wan’s appearance and was instantly dazzled, “Ah, sure, sure, I will take you to our director right now.”
Contrary to Shu Wan’s expectations, most directors in Film and Television City were male, but the director of this school-thed movie was a female, quite young too.
When the crew mber was bringing Shu Wan to her, the director was wiping away tears while picking up scripts, “So untrustworthy, infuriating, thinking they’re everything because they have money. Well, having money is impressive indeed.”
Although the director felt aggrieved and still had tears in her eyes, she wiped them away after picking up the scripts, “Let it be, we can’t film here. We’ll find another place; luckily, I’m shooting a school movie and don’t rely much on the set.”
“Director, soone is here for an audition,” the crew mber reported as he approached the director.
“Who is it?”
The director turned around, and her eyes lit up the mont she saw Shu Wan.
But quickly, that light faded into disappointnt as she knew very well that such a beautiful woman would never co to audition for her low-budget film.
However, the next second, Shu Wan said, “I am here to audition.”
“Really?” Director Liu Qing was overjoyed, “Co this way, please.”
Shu Wan followed her to the side where Liu Qing explained the movie’s plot, “Actually, the story I want to tell is quite simple, as it’s a school movie. I mainly want to capture the essence of school life.”
Currently, there are many school-thed films and TV series on the market, most of which use the school setting rely as a backdrop for lodramatic romance.
These don’t capture the vibrant youthful spirit Liu Qing envisioned in her mind.
From the mont she entered the film industry, Liu Qing had wanted to create her perspective of a school-thed movie.
Five years after graduating from Qing University, Liu Qing had saved so money and wanted to fulfill this dream.

Liu Qing didn’t have Shu Wan read the script but asked her to perform a scene, “The most important thing in a school drama is the youthful vibe. Many people are beautiful, but they are adults and cannot bring out the feel of school.”

Just as Liu Qing was about to remind Shu Wan of a few details, she froze upon eting Shu Wan’s eyes.
Even though Shu Wan hadn’t changed her clothes or even her makeup, Liu Qing felt completely differently about her.
