"You still say that, running off to such a far mountain. If your father hadn’t gone up the mountain to find you, who knows you fainted."
Erniang’s face was filled with lingering fear: "Thank heavens, do you know you almost fell into the water."
If you had really fallen into the water, now...
Erniang quickly shook off those scary thoughts. No matter what, the child is okay now, and that’s what’s most important.
Jiang Hu ca to the bedside with a bowl of dicine: "Drink the dicine first, and then we’ll have the doctor co and check on you."
The bitter and stinky sll of herbal dicine went straight to her nose, making Xiaomiao scrunch up her entire face.

Just as she put down the bowl and wiped her mouth, she heard this sentence.

Seeing Xiaomiao really seed fine, her voice and expressions were just the sa as usual, Erniang finally breathed a sigh of relief and began to explain.
Xiaomiao finally understood the current situation.
It turned out that after she was completely exhausted and woke up from that space, a long ti had passed. And since her family hadn’t seen her return ho all day, they went to the mountain to find her.
Finally, they found Jiang Xiaomiao unconscious on a big rock by the pond.

Also her elder brother ca along, but because the parents said they had school tomorrow, they let them rest at Uncle Liu’s house, with only the three of them staying at the dicine shop with Xiaomiao.
"Mom, please let big brother know first, otherwise he’ll be worried and won’t sleep well tonight."
Xiaomiao felt a little ashad because her montary impulsiveness caused everyone to worry so much, it was truly too much.
Jiang Hu had not spoken much but was constantly observing Xiaomiao, and upon hearing this, he shook his head: "Don’t worry, your Aunt Liu has already sent soone to inform them."
"Ah? Dad, how do you know?" Xiaomiao asked in surprise.
Erniang also looked at him with confusion, they hadn’t gone out just now, so how did Hu figure this out?
It was Jiang Xiaoxue who explained: "Just now Aunt Liu ntioned it outside to others, Mom was busy talking to Xiaomiao, so she didn’t hear it."
Jiang Hu nodded, Madam Liu had spoken loudly earlier, probably on purpose for them to hear, to avoid worrying about the other kids.
"I see." Erniang remarked, then added: "We gave thanks to Liu Ze this ti, without him, we wouldn’t even know where the dicine shop was."
Imdiately after, she asked Xiaomiao: "You haven’t eaten all day, are you hungry? I’ll get you sothing to eat."
Before Xiaomiao could nod, Jiang Hu stood up: "I’ll go."
Before long, Jiang Hu returned with a bowl of plain porridge, nothing else.
However, Xiaomiao was indeed very hungry, she hadn’t eaten for an entire day, and when she took the porridge she devoured it ravenously, making Erniang’s heart ache.
During this ti, the doctor also ca over, after checking her pulse, the doctor said Xiaomiao was fine, just needed a night’s rest and could return ho tomorrow.
Only Xiaomiao herself felt sowhat weak, after eating, she soon beca sleepy and fell asleep as soon as she lay down.
Though she knew well, it wasn’t due to her body’s condition, but the exhaustion of her spirit. Only when she completely recovers spiritually can she return to her normal self.
This ordeal seed a bit too much, unclear of when she could truly fully recover.
