Several children’s daring deeds quickly spread throughout the circle, and everyone knew that the kids from Yun Mansion were not to be ssed with, and their parents even less so, entirely unreasonable. Didn’t you see that ti at the kindergarten when the daughters-in-law from the Tang and the Jin Families got beaten and scolded miserably!

Although the Jins were unhappy about their children being beaten, Old Sir Jin commanded that they should not provoke Yun Mansion again, so they had to hold back.

But the won of the Tang Family were not comfortable with it; of the six kids who got beaten last ti, two were from the Tang Family. The won of the Tang Family were extrely protective of their children, especially Old Mrs. Tang, who was the most irkso of all. Seeing her great-grandsons, great-granddaughters, and daughter-in-law beaten like that, she couldn’t swallow her pride and kept saying she wanted to settle the score with Shangguan and Sisi.

Luckily, the n of the Tang Family were wise. After understanding the causes and consequences, they were speechless about their own children’s poor fighting abilities.

A four-year-old couldn’t beat a two-year-old baby?

And still had the face to seek revenge?

Mr. Tang and Tang Anzhi were not confused, they scolded their wives respectively, and sternly warned them not to cause trouble, which prevented Granny Tang from coming to make a fuss, otherwise, Capital City would have another joke!

This weekend, Sisi and Shangguan planned to take the kids out for fun, generally speaking, the weekends were their ti to be ’kings’ with the kids, no choice because other parents were out of town except for them in Capital City, and you can forget about relying on the old folks, definitely didn’t want to tire them.

Although He Chengsi and Kang Mianhua, the couple, were in Capital City, they had to go on missions, always elusive, often out of sight. If it weren’t for Sisi always showing Mao Dou photos of He Chengsi and Kang Mianhua, the little guy might forget what his parents even looked like.

She and Shangguan planned to take the kids for a picnic in the wilderness, the place had already been chosen, it was a mountain in the suburbs, the exact mountain where Song Xiaowei and Tong Bing had their field battle.

Although the incidents that happened on the mountain weren’t very pleasant, the scenery was indeed lovely and the height was just right for the kids to play around.

Also going were the three mbers of Tian Shouhua’s family and a certain Mr. Big Tree, naturally, the two n were in charge of carrying things.

Sisi planned to have a barbecue for lunch, the materials were prepared long ago, as per Shangguan and the kids’ requests, she prepared a lot of at, three big bags full.

There were quite a few families doing open-air cooking on the mountain, so were small families, so were gatherings of young friends, and so were like Sisi’s group, several households together, but they all had cold food. Seeing Sisi taking out charcoal and a barbecue grill, they all looked suddenly enlightened, regretting why they hadn’t thought of bringing those.

Sisi’s prepared materials were very ample - chicken legs, chicken wings, beef balls, fish balls, corn on the cob, vegetables like green peppers and eggplants, and also beef, lamb, pork tenderloin. Sisi was in charge of the grilling, Mo Xiaomi and Shangguan were in charge of skewering.

In no ti, Sisi had grilled six deliciously aromatic chicken wings, she spread the sauce on them and handed six wings to the six kids.

Beside her, Shangguan swallowed a mouthful of saliva; those chicken wings slled so good, she wanted to eat them too!

But Shangguan, brazen as she was, knew it was wrong to fight over food with children, so she just stared hungrily at Sisi, her intention very clear.

Sisi seed to see again the Shangguan from their school days, drawn by the allure of fried pork, that sa covetous look, particularly cute!

She couldn’t help but pinch Shangguan’s face and said with a smile, "I will grill it for you right away!"

Shangguan revealed a satisfied smile, strung several skewers of beef, and handed them to Sisi, then threaded several chicken wings and filled up the barbecue grill.

Yang Shu and Tian Shouhua set up another barbecue grill, and once the fire was strong, both of them also started grilling. Their skills were not bad; although not as proficient as Sisi’s, the food they grilled was full of color, fragrance, and flavor. The children and Shangguan were not picky at all and enjoyed the food imnsely.

The spices Sisi used were grown in Space, naturally giving off a very rich aroma that made everyone nearby drool.

The adults were okay; no matter how much they craved, they could hold back, but the children couldn’t. They kept clamoring for grilled at, making several adults feel awkward and embarrassed.

Sisi smiled and waved at the children, "Kids, co over and eat together!"

The children’s eyes lit up and they ran over excitedly, eagerly watching the grilled skewers that were ready. However, they were well-mannered; they didn’t reach out to take any until the host gave permission, which spoke well of their upbringing.

"You guys eat here, take whatever you want, don’t be shy." Sisi said to the children with a warm smile.

"Thank you, auntie!" The children cheered happily, grabbing the skewers they wanted and began to eat. Soon, they were playing together with Du Du.

The adults felt quite embarrassed, they walked over to thank Sisi and also shared the snacks and drinks they brought for Du Du and the others, reciprocating the hospitality.

Tian Shouhua and Yang Shu simply invited those families to bring their equipnt over. Since there was plenty of space, it was livelier for everyone to be together. Those families, being straightforward, gathered their things openly and shared the table with Sisi and her group.

With many people, there’s great strength. Sisi initially thought she might have leftovers, but in the end, everything was eaten up, not just the at, but even the vegetables were all gone. The children all had their bellies full, burping continuously.

Sisi poured so digestive tea she had prepared for the kids, and the other children weren’t left out either, which made their parents incessantly praise Sisi for her thoughtful considerations.

Sisi pursed her lips with a smile, having lived two lifetis, if she wasn’t thoughtful, wouldn’t it all be in vain?

Ti always flies when having fun; unknowingly, the sun was about to set, and those families had already said their goodbyes and descended the mountain. Sisi’s group also prepared to head down.

Since all the food was gone, their descent was quite easy; Huahua and Mao Dou, being young, had already fallen asleep on Tian Shouhua and Yang Shu’s backs, while Du Du and the older children still seed tirelessly energetic.

At this ti, there were fewer people on the mountain. The trail was not as crowded as in the morning. Sisi slowly walked down, while Du Du was restlessly dashing about here and there. One mont he ran to the middle of the trail, the next mont he climbed onto a nearby rock, just like a monkey.

"Mommy, I see Aunt Li," Du Du suddenly pointed to the side while standing on a big rock.

Following where Du Du was pointing, at a pavilion halfway up the hill, a man and a woman were nestled together, their intimate deanor suggesting they were a couple.
