"That is the city where I live," Ren inford Cassian and Veylina.
Ren and the others were currently standing on the deck of the flying warship. He didn’t use the Void Steps skill because Diana and Scarlett wanted to enjoy their journey ho.

"Ren, what happened to your hair and eyes?" Captain Noah asked curiously.
Ren was not surprised by the question because he had guessed this. "Awakening my bloodline changed the color of my hair and eyes."
"Awakening a bloodline? What bloodline?"
"What? Humans have bloodlines too? I’ve never heard of that before."

The mont their gaze fell on Veylina, their bodies tightened, and their expressions turned serious.

They knew her race right away because a pair of dragon horns protruded from the crown of her head.
"She is Veylina, my concubine." Ren introduced them to avoid any misunderstandings. "Rest assured. She is a good dragon."
"A concubine?" Their eyes widened once more because they had never heard of any human having a spouse from the dragon race.
But since it was Ren, they found it believable because he was an extraordinary man and an amazing Aeris.
"Captain Noah, how was the city when I was away?" Scarlett changed the topic to protect Veylina.
"Everything was under control, City Mistress. No incidents occurred," Captain Noah replied.
"Inform General Viviana to co to my office tomorrow morning." Scarlett wanted a detailed report on the city guards’ activities and the progress of the city’s reconstruction in detail.
"Understood, City Mistress," Captain Noah answered.
"Let’s go ho." Scarlett wanted to rest because she was tired.
Ren and the others nodded before finally following her.
After they stepped into the city, Veylina kept checking her surroundings.
Even though Ren and Scarlett were with her, she still raised her guard because humans and magical beasts had long been at odds.
Ren, who noticed it, imdiately said, "Relax. They won’t attack you. The city guards are cautious around you because a dragon once attacked our city in the past."
"I see." Veylina finally understood the reason behind their behavior. "Then, should I hide my dragon horns?"

Dragons were proud beings, so most of them would refuse to hide their horns because that would be the sa as embarrassing their race.

"Thanks for your understanding." Ren was touched after she hid her dragon horns. "You can reveal them when we are alone. I like seeing you with your dragon horns because they are beautiful and make you look even more stunning."
A soft smile spread across her face as Veylina lowered her head.
It may have sounded like a small complint, but it ant a lot to her, especially when she rembered that he was her husband.
"Since you will be living with us from today onward, I will take you around the city tomorrow so you can get used to your new surroundings." It was already late in the afternoon, so he could not show her around right away.
"Alright." Veylina’s heart throbbed with happiness because he treated her the sa way he treated Scarlett and Diana.
Ten minutes later, they arrived at his ho.
Both Scarlett and Diana instantly sat on the couch, while Veylina and Cassian stood on Ren’s left side.

Scarlett and Diana wore happy expressions.

As they were chatting in the family room, Lexie was taking Luna to his house.

"Big brother..." Luna stopped holding Lexie’s right hand and began looking for Ren.

After she stepped into the family room, he dropped to one knee and smiled softly.
The mont she saw him spreading his arms, Luna rushed toward him before finally jumping into his embrace.

"Sister Lexie!" Diana and Scarlett approached her.
"Welco back, sister Diana, sister Scarlett." Lexie welcod them warmly.
Ren walked toward Lexie while carrying Luna. "I’m ho, Lexie."
"Welco ho, Ren." Lexie smiled gently.
After Ren introduced Veylina and Cassian to Lexie, the group spent the next ten minutes chatting happily.
As they were laughing happily, Ren felt sothing was missing.
Zaria and Althea were not with him, so his happiness was not complete.
He put Luna on the sofa and rose to his feet. "I will go pick up Zaria and Althea now."
Everyone nodded in understanding.
Once he was on the terrace, he used the Void Steps skill and appeared in front of the royal palace within three seconds.
"Who should I ask?" Ren touched his chin.
To his surprise, a familiar voice rang out from behind him.
"Ren!" Even though his hair color had changed, Zaria recognized him instantly.
"Zaria..." his lips curled up into a smile the mont he saw her.
Normally, Zaria always behaved in a shy manner, but this ti, she was bolder than usual.
She dashed toward him and jumped into his arms without hesitation.
The soldiers around them even opened their mouths in shock because they had never seen her act like that before.
"When did you return?" she asked.
"Ten minutes ago," he replied. "I ca to pick you and your mother up."
After he put her down, she imdiately said, "My mother is in her office. Go to her first. I’m going to the military headquarters for a mont."
"Alright," he nodded.
At the sa ti, Althea was reading a report at her desk. When the sound of soone opening the door reached her ears, she shifted her gaze instantly.
"Ren, you have returned?" She was pleasantly surprised when she saw her man.
But even so, she didn’t rush to him and only smiled softly at him.
"You look so busy right now." He closed the door and slowly approached her.
She placed the docunt onto the table and said, "A little."
"Let see what were you reading." He stood behind her and glanced at the report. "It’s quite difficult and complicated."

"What a naughty queen!" After saying that, he gently cupped her face and tilted her head back.

"It seems like you are the naughty one here." Even though she said this, she was thrilled deep inside her.
She hadn’t felt his kiss for more than a month, so the mont he pressed his lips against hers, a wave of happiness washed over her.

Shortly after that, Zaria stepped into the office.

Like Lexie, they were startled when they saw Cassian and Veylina.
He imdiately explained his adventure in detail. Zaria, Lexie, and Althea wore sad expressions as they listened to Veylina’s story.
After that, they enjoyed the food from the Virelya Continent together.
Even though they only spent ti talking, Ren was overwheld with happiness because he could finally be with his won again.
