"Evelyn, the Luvrela region is a bad place for your growth. Go to Flugux region imdiately." Aurelia didn’t help her disciple because it would create internal problems.

There was even a high possibility that Nathalie would betray their organization if she granted Evelyn’s wish because losing one’s family was enough to drive anyone to madness.

"But master, I still want to be here." Evelyn had just t Ren, so she refused to leave imdiately.

"Evelyn, there is no room for negotiation on this matter." Aurelia didn’t want Nathalie to hate Evelyn, so the best decision was to send her away from the battlefield. "Leave the camp tomorrow morning."

"But mas-" Evelyn could not finish her words because Aurelia had cut off the connection.

’Ren, I’m sorry. I can’t help you.’

Both Ren and her master were really important to her.

Ren saved her when her senior sister and junior sister poisoned her, but her master had been taking care of her since she was little, so she could not go against her master’s words because she regarded her master as her family.

At the sa ti, Nathalie was talking with King Aldric using a communication tool in the communication tent.

Nathalie could not suppress the anger within her, so she told King Aldric that she would attack the Veneian Kingdom once her disciple had recovered.

"Aunt, should I send reinforcents for you?" King Aldric could not say no when he saw her furious expression, so he decided to just support her.

"That won’t be necessary," She refused. "The soldiers we have now are enough."

"Then, please be careful, aunt." King Aldric said.

"Un." After nodding, Nathalie cut off the connection and headed to Nolan’s chamber.

"Master, what’s going on?" Nolan, who was lying on the bed, asked.

"Nothing. We will attack them the day after tomorrow." Nolan would fully recover by tomorrow, so she decided there was no need to delay the assault on the Veneian Kingdom.

"Great!" he was happy with the news because he could not wait to torture Ren.

"You should rest now. I will go back to my chamber." She uttered.

"Alright." He responded.

----

Next Morning, Dining Room.

"First Elder, I will leave Luvrela region after breakfast." Evelyn went straight to the point.

Nolan turned to Evelyn in surprise. "Fairy Evelyn, why do you suddenly want to leave?"

"Last night, my master told that this place was not good for my growth, so she instructed to go to Flugux region imdiately." Evelyn could not answer honestly because it would make her look like a traitor.

"If it’s the Palace Mistress’s order, then you should follow it." Nathalie didn’t force her to stay for two reasons.

First, it was for her disciple’s own good and lastly, she sensed there was sothing between her and Ren.

When she attacked Ren in the arena yesterday, she noticed a change in Evelyn’s expression.

She believed the reason the Palace Mistress suddenly ordered Evelyn to leave the camp was related to Ren, so she agreed to her master’s decision imdiately.

Nolan tried to stop Evelyn from leaving. "But master, she just arr-"

Before he had finished his words, Nathalie interrupted him. "Nolan, it’s her master’s decision. Do you want to go against Palace Mistress’ order?"

"No." he slowly lowered his head in sadness.

"Then, I will take my leave now." After rising from her chair, Evelyn headed to her chamber.

Nolan rose to his feet and lifted his right hand forward, trying to stop her again. "Fairy Evely..."

"Nolan, stop it!" Nathalie said. "You can chase her again later, but for now, let’s focus on the problem in front of us first."

He sat on his chair again.

"Once we conquer the Veneian Kingdom, I will train you harder, so that when she returns, you can impress her with your new power." She believed this was the best decision because all won liked powerful n.

"Understood, master." He replied.

’Fairy Evelyn, I will make you mine for sure.’

He added in his mind.

Once Evelyn stepped into her tent, she lted into water.

Yes!

She was not the real Evelyn!

The real Evelyn had gone to Ren’s place.

She didn’t have much ti left, so she created Ice Clone and ordered it to et Nathalie and Nolan.

"Why do you suddenly want to leave?" Ren was shocked by the news.

Ren and Evelyn were currently in his tent.

After having breakfast together, she told him the reason why she ca to his place so early in the morning.

She didn’t want to disappear without a proper farewell, so she ca to say goodbye in person.

"I asked my master for help last night, but she refused and ordered to go to the Flugux region imdiately." She answered honestly.

Ren let out a deep sigh because Evelyn didn’t believe in him.

But even so, he could not bring himself to be angry with her.

After all, she did it because she cared about him, so he swallowed his disappointnt and let it go.

"How should I find you later?" he asked.

"I will go to Nightshire City right after finishing my training." She told him not to look for her in Misty Palace because they would make things difficult for him.

"Then, I will wait for you in Nightshire City." He actually wanted to disagree, but he could not be selfish because he had to understand her situation, too. "I just hope I won’t have to wait another two years to see you again."

"No, it won’t take that long. I promise." After saying that, she removed her bracelet and placed it in his hand. "This is a defensive artifact. It will protect you in a life-and-death situation."

He would be facing the First Elder and many enemies, so she handed him the defensive artifact her master had given her because she didn’t want sothing bad to happen to him.

"Thank you." He accepted it imdiately because rejecting her good intentions would only hurt her feelings.

Evelyn rose to her feet and said, "Ren, I will leave now."

Without giving a warning, Ren embraced her and said, "Be careful."

Her surprised face turned into a soft smile.

"You also need to be careful." She said as she wrapped her arms around him.

Once he stopped the hug, he gently held her hands and looked at her with a sorrowful gaze.

They had only just reunited after two years apart, so her sudden departure filled him with sadness.

"Stay alive, Ren. I will return as quickly as possible." She also felt the sa, but she could not do anything about it.

"Un. I will be waiting for you here." He said as he smiled.

Once they were out of his tent, a pair of beautiful ice wings appeared on her back.

"I’m leaving now," she said softly.

"Don’t do anything reckless, alright?" he told her to stay out of danger indirectly.

After nodding, Evelyn flew into the sky, heading toward the Flugux region.

*Sigh...

He let out a deep sigh after she disappeared into the distance.

’This world is so cruel to us.’

He let out a sigh again.

"Why didn’t you kiss her before she left?" Lexie’s voice rang out from his left.

"Lexie?" his sad face instantly turned into a smile.

"Do you want to cheer you up?" she asked with a playful grin.

"Yes. Please save from this sadness," he said dramatically.

She took his right hand before finally dragging him into his tent. "Co here. This big sister will take the sadness out of your heart now."

"Great!" he replied.
