"And who might you be?" I folded my arms and watched him, narrowing them to slits when he took a step towards .

"You don’t have to sound so hostile with , Oga." He took a step towards , sniffed the air and scrunched his nose. "Why the hell do you sll like him?"

The way he said the ’him’ made it seem like he ate bile.

"Who?"

I tried to act like I didn’t know who he was talking about. It can only be Storm. There is no one I can sll like in the entire world.

"Theo."

I froze at the sound of the na of the person I have been tirelessly looking for since I ca over.

"Theo?"

I sniffed my armpits before I narrowed my eyes at the prince. How the hell will he claim that I sll like soone I haven’t t before?

"Mmm." He took a step towards , sniffed the air, and scrunched his nose. "Did you step into the forbidden wing?" He asked once more, with his face still scrunched up in a frown, glaring darkly at .

"Forbidden wing? What the hell is that? And why do you think I went there?" I tried to understand what this insane wolf here is blabbing about.

"Oh!" He chuckled, "I guess you don’t know?" He closed the distance between us and leaned down to sniff my neck.

I clenched my fists, ready to give him a god-damned punch should he try anything funny with . And luckily for him, he did nothing of that sort. He just sniffed my neck and that was all.

"Okay, you don’t sll like him. But I think you went through the North wing." He pointed in the direction I just ca out from.

North wing? The sa place Ray told about? Is the wing solely kept for the dark prince?

"Is his na Theo?" I asked as dread filled my heart. I silently prayed for him to shake his head at my question, but my prayers weren’t answered because he nodded.

My heart sank at those words.

Theo was the one who tried to harm Storm? How the hell did things get to turn this way? Why is this damned comic so sadist?

"That’s the na of the eldest prince." He pursed his lips, "I don’t know why the others don’t speak his na out, but I do."

"Have you seen him?"

"Who? Theo?" He furrowed his brows at , looking like he was trying to understand what I’m saying.

"Mmm. Theo. Have you seen him before?" I asked once more, opting not to snap at him since he’s the only one who seems to know about Theo AKA the dark prince.

"Of course... Not. I’ve not seen him before," he shrugged, looking less concerned about that. "The only one in the family that has seen him before is Storm, but he won’t tell us how he looks."

"Why is that? What —"

"Shh." He placed his left index between my lips, to stop from speaking. "Co on, we need to sit for to tell you the great stories of this Palace!"

Before I knew what was happening, he had already opened the nearest door, and tugged inside, banging the door shut.

"Make yourself at ho, guest," he gestured around his room as my eyes took everything in.

"Wow."

Just like his hall, his receiving room is decorated the sa way.

Three white couches with heart designs on them took over the entire room. Everything here looked so modern, it shocked to the core.

This was the first ti, since I arrived in this world, that I saw sothing modern. Let’s not forget the TV on the wall. The 64 inches of TV took over half of the wall.

Beside his glass table are ga consoles, and on the table are stacks of books. To say I was stunned will be an understatent. It looked like I was in a modern sitting room back on Earth.

"Stunned?" He giggled at the expression on my face.

"How the hell did you get all these?" I was stunned by the presence of the modern things around .

"I believe you are the sa as ." He sat on the couch nearest to where he was standing.

"Sa as you? How? Are you gay? What does that have to do with how you got such things in your sitting room?" I continued to glance around, awed by this.

I didn’t know how much I missed life on Earth until I saw those ga consoles. It reminded of the nights Phillip and I spent playing video gas.

He chuckled, taking my thoughts out from the past and back to the present. "I don’t know about the gay part, but you are the sa as . I believe you are also a transmigrator. No?"

Shocked, I took a step back. "How the hell did you know that?" I stared hard at the man, who just shrugged without saying a word. The smug expression on his face showed how pleased he was to make look so stunned, it rendered partially speechless.

"As I said, I’m the sa as you. Just like you, I was transmigrated into this world." He smiled, "we are the sa."

"You? A transmigrator? How the hell is that possible? Who is your system? How did you get here?" I asked, not taking a breath at all.

He tilted his head to the side as a smile graced his face, "I was a second-year dicine student when I got into an accident and found myself in this world." He sighed, looking a bit hosick. "I have been stuck in this damned place, with no idea of how to progress. That was why I was shocked when I heard from the maids about a man who returned with the last prince, wearing odd clothes."

"Oh."

I took a seat on the couch opposite his, and watched him, too stunned to say a word. It’s not every day that you get to et soone in almost the sa predicant as you.

"You are from Earth, right?"

"Yes, I was there until a few months ago, when I got into an accident and found myself in the last comic I read."

"That’s almost the sa thing that happened to . So far, this is my third world," he glanced around the place and sighed.

"This is my second world."

And like that, I found another friend. He told of how he ca to this place, but not what his mission was. He only told how demanding his system is and all that trash.

"Why are you stuck in the body of the prince?" I suddenly asked, trying to know how long he had been in this kingdom.

"Close to two years now." He shrugged, making it seem like it was no big deal.

"Two years? Are you stuck?"

"You can say that." He sighed once more, "I don’t even know what my system wishes for to do in this world, and I have never bothered about that. My life on earth isn’t as opulent as this one. That’s why I’m not that bothered about leaving, not just yet."

"What of your family back on Earth? What if you get stuck here forever?"

I can’t imagine staying in this place for longer than three months. I have a mission to complete and my kids to get back to.

"I don’t have a family. I grew up in an orphanage." He rose from the couch and strode over to his window, "I’m in a place where I’m accepted and treated like a prince. It’s far better than the two worlds I left behind."

"How bad were they?"

"Too bad." He turned to with a smirk, "co on, enough of talking about . What the hell is your mission here? How long have you been here?"

"Not too long. I think a week." I vaguely answered, sohow feeling not too comfortable with him.

Though he’s a fellow transmigrator and a brother from Earth, I can’t help but feel weary of him because of how vague he is about his mission.

"Wow! You are still a newbie. Don’t worry, big brother is here for you." He winked at , "so, what is your mission?"

I shrugged, "in my next world, I was asked to rewrite the plot of the comic at the last mont, but in this world, I’m neither I’m a comic, and I don’t know the damned plot. As for my system, he hardly schedules an appointnt."

I lied, not really on board with telling him about my mission. I need to know who he is before I tell him anything about .

"Wow, it’s almost the sa as mine. Co, let’s form a group of transmigrators who got stuck with no idea of what their mission and fate is."

"That sounds like a great idea!" I brought my right hand out and shook his outstretched one. "Brothers in a strange land."
