The teacher had send so books to her class. According to her, there will be a competition between the Alphas and Ogas in the school.

Thankfully, it was more of a book competition. I guess they are aware that should it be a competition to show our prowess, the Ogas will be disadvantaged—

I collided with soone. The force caused to fall back. However, instead of feeling the familiar arms that always catch , I fell on my damned arse.

"Shit!"

I glared up at the person who collided with , only to find Storm grinning like a fool.

"Why? Can't an oga wedge his fall? Were you expecting to catch you?" He pursed his lips.

"Go to hell!" I gritted under my teeth.

Though my arse hurts from the fall, there was no way in hell that I will allow him to know my pain.

"Oh, he's still feisty enough to shout?" He snickered.

I slowly rose from the ground and dusted my arse before I made to pick up the fallen books.

"Why do you even bother to help?" He placed his foot on the book I tried to pick up. "You Ogas are no match for us Alphas. When it cos to brains and brawns, we are capable."

I tugged on the book, but he matched hard on it.

"What's wrong with you?" I angrily faced him. "Do you think being an Alpha is an achievent? You guys are just bullies who exert your dominance on others because you are pathetic!" I pointed at him. "If you know what's best for you, you will avoid !"

Storm scoffed. "You are quite interesting for an Oga. I've never seen one with as much fire as you."

"And you will never see." I folded my arms.

"Cocky, are we?" His lips quirked to a side. "I love your fire." He winked at , "See you later, Oga."

He turned to leave, but at the last minute, he turned and kicked the books. "It will give you much to do now, sweetie." He laughed to himself as he slowly turned the corner.

"Cocky fool!" I clenched my fists.

How can soone be as arrogant as him?

Yet, I didn't allow him to bother much. I turned and started picking the books. The teacher might be worried should I waste much ti.

"Hurry, Brys! You have gotten another assignnt!" Fan instantly appeared.

"What's it this ti?" I glared at him as I tried to pack the books Storm kicked all over the place. "Don't tell you want to piss the stupid Alpha off, and get him to punch ?" I pursed my lips.

"No! That's not it. So Betas bullied an Oga by throwing her into a ditch. She was lucky enough that she held on to a tree branch.

You need to save her, and—"

I dropped the books.

"Where is she?"

"Wait a minute, I'm not even through! You have to save her and fall into a ditch. Storm will pass there fifteen minutes later. You can call him, and he will save—"

"Where is the damned girl!" I growled at him. "Tell , where is she?"

"At the back of the Alpha's hostel. The hole is close to the garden—"

I didn't wait for him to complete his words before I took off towards the Alphas' dorms. Though this never happened in the comic I read, there was no way I will allow an Oga to perish when I can help her.

I ran to the scene. And just like Fan said, a girl was hanging by a branch which seed like it was going to break any mont.

"Help!"

She shrieked out.

"Hold on, I'm going to help you out of there." I lay on the ground and stretched my hand towards her. "Hold on to . I will pull you out of there!"

"That's not how this is going to happen, Brys. You need to fall in there, in a bid to save her. Storm will be the one to save you! That should be the start of your love for him!" Fan shrieked.

"Love?"

I scoffed at his words.

Only a fool will like a person who bullies him without feeling an ounce of remorse.

Storm is a bully who should be killed!

"Hold on to !" I ordered the scared girl. "I won't hurt you, okay?"

Her mouth shook a bit.

"Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you. I only want to save you, so give your hand before it's too late."

She peered at with her blue eyes which seed to be filled with fear, before she gave her right hand.

"Good."

I slowly dragged her out of the pit without falling in like Fan asked to do.

"Thank you."

The girl's shoulders quivered from fear.

"You are safe now, okay?" I gently placed my hand on her back. "It's okay. They won't bully you any more. You are safe with ."

"Thank you." She sobbed. "Without you..." She trailed off as her body continued to shake.

"You are a fool! Why didn't you fall into the pit? You were supposed to be saved by Storm, but no! Now, you are going to get the punishnt you so deserved for breaking the rules!" Fan shrieked.

"Rules—"

"My, my, my, who do we have here?"

At the sound of the unfamiliar voice, I turned to see five Alphas and three Betas. They stood not too far from us, with predatory smirks on their faces.

"Oh, my. Is he trying to act like a knight in shining armour?" A beta scoffed.

The girl shrieked.

And from her reactions, I can tell that they were the ones who bullied her.

"What do you guys want?" I rose from my sitting position and folded my arms.

"Oh, isn't he acting brash for an Oga?" One of the Alphas stepped forward. "You are too cute for an Oga." He gave a once over, "I will let your actions and words slide if you will Just leave that Oga behind, and —"

"I will never do that! She's now under my care. If you dare to hurt her, I will send my wrath out on you!" I growled.

Though I was quite aware that there was no way I could defeat them should they co after at once, I'm aware that backing down without a fight makes a coward. And I'm no weakling. I won't allow others to bully .

"Brys, you need to stop! You are digging a grave for yourself." Fan tried to warn , but I tuned his words out.

"Seems like you want to be beaten, don't you?" The Beta next to the Alpha growled.

"Let's see who gets beaten," I smirked, sounding more confident than I felt.
