“Stop making trouble.” Grabbing Chen Erke, Chen Yu revealed an evil smirk as he pulled out a dozen small paper boxes from his pocket. He then threw them onto the snow and said, “We can’t just have a normal snowball fight on New Year’s Day. It needs to be sothing special.”
“What’s this?” Chen Yike wondered as she bent over and picked up a box. Imdiately afterward, she widened her eyes in shock, “Firecrackers?!”
“Yes, firecrackers.” Tearing open a box, Chen Yu pulled out a firecracker from the box, lit its fuse, stuffed it into a snowball he made and threw the snowball into the sky.
Whoosh—
Bang!
Before the snowball could even succumb to gravity, the firecracker within it exploded, shredding it.
“Wow!” Chen Erke clapped her hands joyfully. “How fun!”
“Brother…” Frowning, Chen Yike asked, “Is it alright to let little children play such a dangerous ga?”
“I chose the firecrackers specifically for this occasion.
