The Golden Horse Riders Departnt was established for Diwu Qing Rou’s own interest. However, if they were not benefitting him in anyway, wouldn’t they have lost their purpose for existing in the first place? What would then beco their purpose? To waste money?
While King level masters were important, were they as comparable to a powerful army? Could they aid him in his quest to conquer the world? No! Since they couldn’t and were not capable of giving him any benefit, then what would be the point of keeping them?
This was all part of Diwu Qing Rou’s analysis. Moreover, through his analysis, he had strictly outlined his requirents for the Golden Horse Riders Departnt! This was sothing that he had not done before!
At the sa ti, he had also put forward this point: It was possible for the Golden Horse Riders Departnt to be absolved!

He had been avoiding this topic and refused to let anyone of them ntion it. However, once he knew that he had completely repressed their ideas of getting revenge, he then brought it up. This was because Diwu Qing Rou knew that the habits of Jiang Hu remained ingrained in them!
