iling looked at Kars's behavior, shaking her head slightly in an expression of amused helplessness, though she felt a little pleased inside.

“I’ll go inside now.” After satisfying his need to touch, Kars let go of iling and ran into the Scarlet Devil Mansion.

iling leaned back against the wall, resuming her usual routine.

“I’m starting to envy Sakuya a little bit.” Sakuya was now practically able to engage in certain activities with Kars at any ti, which was undeniably enviable. At least for iling, initiating such things with Kars felt a little embarrassing. Today’s situation was special; without that specific circumstance, she probably wouldn’t have been able to ask.

So, having Kars co to her would be a very welco thing.

anwhile, Kars entered the mansion hall and saw Remilia, who seed to have been waiting for so ti.

“Kars, next ti, please don’t let Sakuya attempt overly stimulating actions until you have a definite guarantee that she won’t collapse.” Remilia was frustrated after learning Sakuya had fainted again. She had hoped a few days would show so results, but it seed they hadn't reached the expected outco yet. It was truly disappointing.

Perhaps Kars should increase the intensity of his actions to help Sakuya adapt faster? Remilia considered this but worried that increasing the intensity might also overwhelm Sakuya.

“Ugh, this is really a troubleso issue…” She thought it was incredible that her most trusted confidante, who was otherwise an excellent choice, would have trouble in this one area.

“Auntie, this situation will get better eventually. There's no need to worry; we aren't short on ti, anyway.” Kars tried to comfort Remilia, seeing her sigh. There was no rush to accomplish this, and ti was sothing they had plenty of. Taking a little more ti was no problem.

“You’re right.” Remilia recovered, nodding in agreent. Ti was indeed plentiful. Kars wasn't worried, so as the elder, she shouldn’t show less composure than him.

Besides, Sakuya was just one of them. There was also Patchouli in the Great Library. Remilia thought of her friend. Undoubtedly, Patchouli would also bear Kars's children in the future, but Remilia was concerned about Patchouli’s health.

Given Patchouli’s delicate health, Remilia worried that letting her have children might have negative consequences. As for the child's health, that wasn't a concern; the vampire lineage wouldn't let the child’s body be like Patchouli’s, and she didn't need to worry about herself or Flandre either.

With that thought, Remilia’s internal conflict lessened. She truly didn't need to worry excessively over a minor issue with Sakuya.

But she felt she should contribute a little more to Sakuya’s problem. Instead of pretending to ignore the situation, should she start watching them directly?

“That might be worth a try.” She believed Sakuya needed to work on her ntal fortitude more than her physical adaptation. Or perhaps, should they use so magic to assist?

“Right! I completely forgot about that.” Magic was an option they could explore, and Patchouli was the obvious person to consult about it.

“Kars, go ask Patchouli what kind of magic would be suitable to assist Sakuya with her condition.”

“Oh, I’ll go right now.” Kars imdiately ran to the Great Library and found Patchouli, explaining Remilia’s request.

“Using magic, you say? Yes, that’s certainly possible…” Patchouli nodded, acknowledging the idea. However, she was a little surprised that Remilia was already planning to go public with this, otherwise, she wouldn't have sent Kars to discuss this matter with her.

“That’s great… But would I be able to use it? And would the effect be good?” Kars imdiately thought of this problem. He wasn’t particularly skilled in ntal magic, and he didn’t know how effective it would be on Sakuya.

“You don’t need to worry. I will cast the spell into your eyes and add an activation setting. You just need to say ‘Activate’ when you need to use it. The consumption isn't very high, and since Sakuya won't actively resist, the magic won’t consu any further energy.”

Hearing Patchouli’s explanation, Kars felt completely relieved. If Patchouli personally handled the magic, there would definitely be no problem.

“Alright, co here. I’ll apply the spell for you now.” When Kars stood before her, Patchouli extended her right hand toward his left eye. A pale blue magic circle glowed in her palm, quickly casting a faint blue sheen over Kars’s normally red eye, which then vanished.

“It’s done.” Kars instinctively touched his eyes. He didn’t feel any discomfort, just the sensation of sothing extra inside his eyes.

“Um, what are the effects of this spell?”

“Given Sakuya’s condition, she needs ntal self-control. So, the effect is to enhance her ntal resilience, allowing her restraint in that area to beco stronger. There is a slight side effect, but it’s not a major issue and could even be considered useful.”

Especially for Sakuya, it might not be a bad thing at all.

“What kind of side effect is it?” Kars was concerned and wanted to know everything to avoid causing any negative impact on Sakuya.

“It simply heightens sensory perception. In simple terms, the sensations she experiences will be greatly amplified.” This side effect was truly no problem for Sakuya’s situation. In fact, having her physical sensations amplified would likely make the experience more enjoyable for her.

“I see.” Understanding the situation, Kars felt much more at ease. It was just a sensory enhancent; that wasn't really a flaw at all. He could use it with confidence.

“But Patchouli, use it on once, so I can see the overall effect.”
