I wanted to share a quick update regarding Touchline Rebirth: From FIFA to Football.
This story was my very first webnovel, and it ans a lot to . From the start, I had a clear vision: a journey from the lower leagues to the top five European stages, built on realism, passion, and the love of football. It was always ant to be a slow-burn, character-driven ride—not a quick fix.
It hasn't been that long since I started writing this book, but thanks to your incredible support, we even made it into the Top 10 Power Ranking. That was unbelievably motivating, and I'm truly grateful for everyone who gave it a chance.
Unfortunately, my contract application was recently rejected. The feedback suggested that the story doesn't quite suit Webnovel's current market. That hurts, to be honest—but it also gave ti to reflect.
So for now, I'll be taking a break from updating the novel here. I'm not dropping it completely—just giving myself space to breathe, recharge, and decide the next step. I might return with a reworked version elsewhere (maybe Royal Road), or with a new story that better fits this platform.
