Xiahou Qingyi and Li Chong led Lin Tian to a room, telling him that the Dragon Emperor was inside, waiting for him.

The Dragon Emperor said, "We've recruited many new people into Nidhogg, so are just at the level of special forces. I will gather them imdiately. First, use your Ability Stone to help them awaken their superpowers. At seven o'clock tonight, go et the old chief. The old chief has sothing very important to discuss with you."
Seeing the serious look on the Dragon Emperor's face, Lin Tian put away any underestimation he might have had. He nodded earnestly, took out the Ability Stone, and left.
Of the new recruits, about six hundred, less than a hundred possessed superpowers, but they still hoped to use the Ability Stone to stimulate them, in case there were dual superpowers hidden in their bodies.

This was a mber of the special forces, an all-around talent within the scout troops, and he was very proud to be selected for Nidhogg.
After being stimulated by the Ability Stone, he awakened a Fire Elent superpower.
"Very good, keep it up," he said.

It took a whole afternoon, but Lin Tian finally stimulated over six hundred people with the Ability Stone. Over two hundred of them awakened their superpowers, while the remaining four hundred must cultivate the Cultivation Technique to enhance their abilities. However, the cultivation techniques are rare; their future path depends on their own efforts and the arrangents of the Dragon Emperor.
At seven in the evening, after dinner, Lin Tian arrived at the old chief's door.

The old chief nodded and looked towards the Dragon Emperor.
The Dragon Emperor began, "Currently in Huaxia, although there is no warfare and it seems peaceful, hidden assassination threats exist. Even a slight misstep could lead to the annihilation of our nation."

The Dragon Emperor nodded.
