Lin Tian, accompanied by Xiahou Qingyi, swaggered to the second seat, making the faces of everyone present turn particularly ugly, especially the officials from Arica and Kenya, who seed as if they wanted to crush Lin Tian to death.

Lin Tian, for his part, wasn't bothered at all. Wasn't he just here to stir up trouble? The more infuriated everyone else beca, the happier he was.

An Arican official composed himself, then turned on the projector behind him. The first slide displayed a map showing the distribution of territories in the South China Sea belonging to Huaxia.

He began, "Several months ago, our military inadvertently discovered a special treasure in the South China Sea of Huaxia, a gemstone that is extraordinarily unique. Despite our modern technological ans, we have been unable to determine the material composition of this gemstone."

"Although we are unaware of the gemstone's composition, we discovered that it has a remarkable effect—it can greatly enhance the superpower within a person's body. To put it simply, if we get our hands on this gemstone, it ans we could have a constant influx of superpowered individuals."

As soon as the Arican official finished speaking, everyone present was utterly shocked. Among a million people, there might not even be one superpowered individual. Each superpowered individual is a core force in the military. If the potential of a superpowered individual can be maximized, sotis, just one of them could equate to the contribution of an entire army.

Let put it this way, in a country with a population of one hundred million, if it were to add a thousand superpowered individuals, in terms of warfare, the country's strength would double.

Take Nidhogg as an example. They might only be a group of a little over two hundred, but even an army well-equipped to besiege Nidhogg wouldn't necessarily have an advantage.

The Arican official continued, "Not only can the gemstone stimulate the superpowers within the body, but it also possesses a strange energy. It is precisely this energy that makes the South China Sea of Huaxia rich in oil and natural gas."

"The gemstone weighs a ton and lies deep under the sea floor. Our country alone would find it difficult to steal the Ability Stone, so several months ago, we began to harass the Huaxian navy in the South China Sea to divert their attention. Now, we have approached you with the hope that you will dispatch your superpowered individuals to join us in stealing the gemstone from the South China Sea of Huaxia. If we are discovered by Huaxia's military forces, we will take it by force. In any case, we must get our hands on that gemstone."

In just a few sentences, he summarized the main purpose of convening the eting: they were looking to borrow the expertise of others.

Whether between countries or individuals, there are no eternal friends, only eternal interests.

Once the Arican official stated his case, everyone began whispering among themselves, each with their own petty calculations.

What they were calculating was simply how to maximize their own benefits. Without any benefits, they wouldn't agree to cooperate.

By now, Lin Tian had learned the content of the eting, and his next move was to disrupt their alliance.

How to disrupt it? Start with the word "benefits."

The Arican official spoke out, "Any questions can be asked at any ti. If there are no questions, we can start to negotiate how we will proceed."

"I have no questions. I wholeheartedly agree. Let's go straight to discussing the next step!" Kenya, very cooperative, spoke out first. He represented a major power and was an ally of Arica, readily voicing support for the Arican stance.

Then, a leader from the country ranked fourteenth, looking sowhat uneasy, stood up and said, "Our country is in Africa and is relatively backward. In recent years, we've only managed to survive thanks to the food Huaxia sent us."

"They also built roads for us, introduced advanced technology, and now hundreds of thousands of laborers are helping us build our holand. If we were to help you steal treasures from Huaxia, then..."

"Then what?" Kenya cut in. "Huaxia helps you because they value the abundant resources you have. They give you sothing sweet first, then they exploit your resources. Once your resources are exhausted, they'll kick you away. If you can't see through Huaxia's clear intentions, it's wasteful that you're an official of your country. With such incompetent leaders, it's no wonder your country is so backward."

The man, humiliated, blushed and did not dare to retort. He sat down helplessly, sighing repeatedly.

Kenya continued, "In the future, if any of you have problems, just co to or Arica. We're all friends and will certainly help one another in difficult tis. But if anyone dares to hesitate or avoid taking action, don't bla us for our rciless actions."

His words carried a threatening tone. Several more national leaders were about to speak, but now they all lowered their heads, not daring to utter another word.

Witnessing the silence of the entire room, Kenya felt extrely pleased. Among the countries present, his nation and Arica were the strongest, and he believed that with the two major powers united, no one would dare to object further.

"Since no one has anything to say, I assu there are no problems. Let's go ahead and discuss the next steps," he declared.

The Arican official nodded in satisfaction, then announced, "Let's turn our attention to the big screen as I outline our next plan."

"I have a question."

At this mont, Lin Tian raised his hand high and called out loudly.

"Not him again!"

The Arican and Kenyan officials, who both had been wearing smug smiles, imdiately lost their grins as Lin Tian spoke up, their smiles replaced with anger.

Lin Tian ignored their expressions and continued, "The world clamors towards benefits! We could help you steal the gemstone, but, what will we get once the deed is done?"

This was the most sensitive yet realistic question. Arica had not brought this up because they wanted to monopolize the gemstone, and no one else had asked because they lacked the courage to do so.

Now that Lin Tian had posed the question, everyone, except the Arican and Kenyan officials who looked quite displeased, stared at the Arican official, eagerly anticipating his response.

The Arican official wanted the gemstone for himself but could not say so outright. Instead, he countered Lin Tian, "Then what do you suggest we do?"

"It's simple. Didn't you say the gemstone weighs a ton? After we steal it, we should divide it evenly based on the contribution each party made, distributing the gemstone jointly."

"Yeah, that's a good idea."

"I agree!"

"I'm also in favor. Let's distribute the gemstone based on our abilities."

Everyone except the Arican and Kenyan officials agreed with Lin Tian's suggestion.

This thod of distribution was exactly what these weaker nations had always desired but never dared to voice, and now that Lin Tian had brought it up, they echoed his sentint.

"Nonsense."

The Arican official firmly rejected the suggestion, then added, "The gemstone is an Exotic Treasure, not to be damaged in the slightest. If it were to be hard and lose its ability to enhance superpowers, even if we were to obtain the gemstone, what use would it be?"
