"Ohohoh," He stroked his beard; however, Klaus could tell he was smiling behind that huge beard, "I didn’t expect you to visit so soon; it’s only been two days."

"Headmaster sir, you already expected this though?" Klaus’s revelation made Marcus’s eyes twitch as he was lost for words.

"Instructor Bastian said you approved of attending senior classes, so that ans you are aware of my capabilities and my potential, which ans you already expected to possibly visit you."

’This child,’ Headmaster Marcus chuckled once, catching Klaus off guard with his reaction, "Yes, you’re precisely right; however, I thought it would take longer for you to pay a visit, dear Klaus."

"Well, Headmaster sir, I believe these two days were enough for to realise how useless the first year classes are..." He walked towards his desk with his hands in his pockets, "barely anything is being taught, and I feel like it’s a waste of ti."

"Well, yes, since they are introducing the new mages and martial artists to information beginners should know," Marcus’s argunt made sense; however, Klaus wasn’t having anything.

"Yes, they make sense for beginners for sure," His golden eyes shone under the sunlight reflecting through the ginormous window, "however, would you consider a beginner when I’ve bested a senior student and drew with the so-called genius Nina... whatever her last na is."

"!!!" Marcus’s eyes widened instantly; he hadn’t yet been reported back of what happened in the senior class, not from Bastian or Aurelion; however, not that he heard it, he was sure that the kid in front of him was a genius.

"You probably weren’t aware yet, professor, since I’ve just gotten out of the nursery," He pointed at the scar on his arm, which now was nearly fully healed, and the scar was starting to disappear.

"I see," Marcus analysed the scar then leaned back in his chair, "then so be it, I will allow you to take senior classes."

’Bingo—’

"However, there is a condition."

’What?’ Klaus beca flabbergasted as Marcus started reaching for so kind of paperstack at the end of the table.

"You have to deliver this paperwork for personally to King Vaelthar Ignivar Drayvok, and then deliver the paperwork given to you at the location back."

’Huh? Who the hell is that?’ Klaus looked at the stack of paper in front of him, not understanding why the headmaster would give a task like this to him.

’He has people with space magic and shit, why don’t they just teleport there and back?’ To him, this was slling fishy; however, if he rejected it, he would seem like a scaredy cat.

"And you must go alone," he looked at the door, probably being able to sense Jyrana outside after sensing her presence.

’Just beca even more fishy,’ he kept staring at the paperstack; however, he took it.

"Fine, I’ll do it." As soon as he said that, Marcus seed jolly all of a sudden.

"Good! Store that paper in your ring." He pointed at Klaus’s finger, which still had the ring on given by his mother.

’Oh right...how do I even do that?’ He slamd the paperwork against the ring, and it instantly got suctioned in.

’I guess that works,’

"So how long do I have until I leave?" Klaus was waiting for an answer; however, it never ca as Marcus just kept smiling then waved his hand.

"Good luck, son, make sure to show him your martial strength, wavering portal."

’Huh?’ Before Klaus could even make out the spell, the headmaster said a portal appeared below his feet, and he got sucked in.

He was thrown out of the portal as his head hit the ground with a thud.

"God fucking damn it," his vision was covered by dust as it had fully gone into his eyes and ears, making his ears ring from the impact of his big head.

He shook his head a couple of tis, then steadied his breathing.

"Okay, what the fuck?" In front of him were gigantic walls of obsidian, making it so that he couldn’t see anything past them.

As he tried to push himself up, his body felt fragile and weak.

"What the fuck?" It felt like he had lost all his strength, and whatever remained inside him was a fragnt of himself.

’Am I hallucinating or sothing?’ He slapped himself; however, he didn’t see any signs of hallucinations at all.

So he decided to go with it and forcefully push his body forward, whatever it took.

"Fuck," His legs shook for the first couple of steps; however, his body slowly started getting used to it.

"Almost like gravity is forcing down on ..." He slowly realised that it wasn’t his strength that went missing, but rather it was like the surrounding gravity had increased hundredfold.

Looking to the side, around a hundred tres away, he saw a gigantic wooden gate, where people were leaving in and out of the obsidian walls, or whatever was behind it.

"Let’s assu that the old man purposely threw out here, so I need to deliver those shitty papers inside," He took cautious steps as the gravity was still pressing his body down; he didn’t know what to do, so he just kept walking, trying to ignore it, hoping it would go away; however, it didn’t.

Instead, as he neared the gate, the pressure kept getting heavier and heavier.

"How am I ant to endure this?" It was true that he had his system and spells; however, those couldn’t exactly help him now.

’Maybe if I get there faster,’ So he did the thinnest thing he could possibly do.

’Mirror movent,’ Instantly he disappeared from the ground and started teleporting towards the gate; the pressure, however, kept slowing him down as he got closer and closer.

He was about to arrive in front of the gate; the people passing in and out were only a couple of tres away now.

Until, ’Ugh,’ He felt sothing land against his chest mid-teleportation; he was launched back as a fist landed against his chest, nearly breaking his torso into smithereens, making his body bash against a nearby tree, its leaves instantly falling down onto his head just to worsen his situation.

’What the hell?’ He clutched his stomach and lifted his eyes as he saw a man in a black knight’s armour standing a couple of tres in front of him; red eyes shone through his obsidian blank helt as red fur hung from the top of his helt as well.

"Identify yourself."
