Mason's hand was a bit broad, intentionally or not, when they shook hands, Mason increased his grip slightly.
Caspian silently laughed in his heart.
Slightly narrowing his eyes, he t the man's indifferent yet intensely penetrating eyes.
"What happened?" Mason released Caspian's hand, turned and asked Uncle Zhao.
Uncle Zhao felt guilty, still wallowing in self-bla, recalling last night's events brought another wave of remorse, "It's all my fault for drinking too much and not noticing what was happening here..."
"Drinking too much?" Mason frowned, "How could there be alcohol in a place keeping vigil?"
Over the years, Uncle Zhao had been diligent; although he would nap a bit at night, there wouldn't be any alcohol, which could cause mistakes.
Uncle Zhao said, "It was when the second miss ca to pay respects to madam yesterday; she brought it, saying I was working hard at night and could have a drink to relax."
Mason's eyes narrowed sharply.
