Unfortunately, Kujo Yua was in a eting and her phone was off, so she had to call Fujimura-kun.

"What about you? Where are you? Didn’t we faint in the basent? How did we get ho..."

Minamoto Tamako rubbed her temples as she spoke, mimicking the way Ikkyu-san thought, trying to recall what exactly happened.

She quickly rembered that in the dream, Fushimi Roku played her childhood tutor, telling her to go out and play but not to help with her howork, even accusing her of not studying well...

Minamoto Tamako’s little eyebrows shot up. She didn’t rember what she did in Fushimi Roku’s dream, but whatever it was, it was surely good, definitely not as bad as what Fujimura-kun did!

She was about to open her mouth to criticize, but soon recalled what happened later: Teacher Fushimi held a family eting to diate the conflicts between her dad and mom, miraculously making them stop quarreling and reconcile, turning the ho back into a harmonious atmosphere.

Minamoto Tamako felt a warmth in her heart. As a child, there were only two things she cared deeply about: making friends and the endless fights between her parents.

She had thought she let it go long ago, didn’t care at all, and hadn’t even thought of those things for a long ti.

Until this mont, Minamoto Tamako realized she truly didn’t care anymore.

Fujimura-kun had untied her emotional knots; had she untied Fujimura-kun’s?

With this question in mind, Minamoto Tamako wanted to ask but was a bit too shy, wondering if she perford poorly in Fujimura-kun’s dream.

anwhile, Fushimi Roku explained the situation, omitting the matters of Miyazaki Shizuka and Uesugi Shion, pretending he woke up back at ho.

He spoke while also thinking.

Why wasn’t Minamoto Tamako caught? Did Uesugi Shion deliberately let her go, or was there an accident that prevented her capture?

Fushimi Roku couldn’t figure it out, so he decided to stop dwelling on it, telling Minamoto Tamako to stay safely at Kujo Yua’s place, as it was definitely safer.

Minamoto Tamako didn’t think deeply, focusing only on the events in the dream, probing curiously: "Do you rember what happened after the hypnosis?"

Fushimi Roku laughed it off: "You an what happened in the basent? I’m not too sure either, not knowing what went on in the middle..."

"No, I an the things that happened in the dream. Do you rember?" Minamoto Tamako had to clarify.

"I rember a bit." Fushimi Roku was a bit reluctant to speak.

"So, what did I do in your dream?" Minamoto Tamako was very curious: "How did I perform? Did I help you untie your knots?"

"Most of them, I suppose."

This ti, Fushimi Roku was telling the truth.

"Eh... So that ans there are still other knots not untied? What are they? By the way, what emotional knots do you have, Fujimura-kun? Why not just tell directly?" Minamoto Tamako lay on the sofa, swinging her legs.

"You tell first, then I’ll tell you."

Fushimi Roku planned to get Minamoto Tamako to talk first as he was curious about his performance in her dream.

"No way, you go first!" Minamoto Tamako knew Fujimura-kun too well; if she spoke first, Fujimura-kun would surely go back on his word: "You say it first then I’ll say it, I won’t lie!"

"Do you think I would lie?" Fushimi Roku countered.

"Of course!" Minamoto Tamako said confidently.

"See, that’s my knot. You, as my girlfriend, don’t trust one bit." Fushimi Roku shook his head and sighed: "In the end, our relationship is all about appearances with no substance! It feels like a ga, completely lacking any sense of security, and I still rember you having more than a dozen backup boyfriends!"

Minamoto Tamako panicked a bit. She sat up straight on the sofa but then thought Fujimura-kun was ssing with her. She was the one who confessed first back then, and Fujimura-kun even recorded it. How could he claim he had no sense of security?

Outrageous!

"So what do you want?" Minamoto Tamako’s tone had a hint of young Kujo Yua.

Before Fushimi Roku could speak, Demon Kawai popped out and loudly said: "I want to go to third base! I want to go to third base! I want to make you a cream puff—"

Angel An Shuyao appeared with a halo, delivering a flying kick and knocking Kawai down. The halo atop her head was actually an orange tabby cat curled up, and this cat could glow.

Fushimi Roku waved his hand to disperse the two, casually saying: "Now’s not the ti to discuss this, let rest first, we’ll talk in a couple of days."

"Why? I’m going ho soon, let’s talk in person." Minamoto Tamako got up, put on her slippers, intending to leave a note for her mom.

"No!"

Fushimi Roku glanced at the communications operator working diligently and said: "You should stay at Chief Kujo’s place for a few days and co back in a couple of days."

"Why though?" Minamoto Tamako was puzzled: "I haven’t seen Sakurako for so long, she must miss ."

"You’ve only been asleep for about ten hours, the sa as when you’re at work or on a job, how could Sakurako possibly miss you? She doesn’t even know we were trapped in the basent!" Fushimi Roku reminded her.

"I miss her though. Doesn’t it feel like I’ve been gone for a long ti? It feels like it’s been at least a year in the dream. Either way, there’s a sense of long-awaited reunion."

Minamoto Tamako responded: "You still haven’t told why I can’t go back in the next two days?"

Fushimi Roku’s crafty mind quickly turned, smoothly lying without a hint of fluster: "Because there’s a little issue with Jun."

"What’s wrong with him?" Minamoto Tamako was quite fond of Jun, often taking him out for walks.

"He’s having diarrhea everywhere, it’s really serious, and we’ve already sent him to the pet hospital. The house slls completely horrendous, so Shizuka had to stay at Mai’s place... You should rember Mai, Sakurako’s classmate from elentary school."

Fushimi Roku added so details to explain why Taira Sakurako wasn’t ho either.

Given Minamoto Tamako’s sensitive sense of sll, a house reeking of dog poop attacked her weak spot, making her hesitant to return ho and confirm.

"Oh... really? There’s a lot of ss?" Minamoto Tamako hesitated.

"The ceiling’s covered," Fushimi Roku said while rubbing the sofa to mimic cleaning sounds: "I’m cleaning it now, wait a few days for the sll to dissipate before coming back."

Minamoto Tamako initially believed it since Jun had a sensitive stomach, but upon hearing Fushimi Roku claim he was cleaning up the dog poop, her truth-seeking sense went off.

"Really?" she asked skeptically: "Why don’t I co help?"

Fushimi Roku realized his lie had a flaw and quickly filled it in: "Sure, if you want to clean, I can go rest. I was planning to thank you for helping untie my knots, but now that you’re so proactive, let ..."

"Uh, my stomach suddenly feels a bit off, I probably can’t make it." Minamoto Tamako lay back on the sofa: "If you really can’t handle it, just call a cleaning service, don’t just leave it halfway done, letting the dog poop dry on the ceiling."

Fujimura-kun is still Fujimura-kun, lazy and occasionally putting on a front as a cheerful and bright young man, which soon fell apart.

The familiar sll of familiarity.

"Okay then, I’ll call a cleaning service."

With that, Fushimi Roku hung up the phone.

Minamoto Tamako, suspecting nothing, turned onto her back on the sofa. She was now wide awake and couldn’t sleep, her mind drifting back to Fujimura-kun’s issues.

What kind of knots does Fujimura-kun have?

And there was a small knot left unresolved, what exactly was that about?

It’s really botherso to think about...

Minamoto Tamako’s stomach growled, her stomach finally reacting after not eating for over ten hours and feeling hungry.

She was about to go to a convenience store to buy a bento when her phone suddenly rang with a text ssage.
