An hour later, before dinner, the two of them left the room, with Youji walking sowhat awkwardly.

After all, Aoyama Xiu Xin was a rough man.

"Youji, what happened to you?" It was hard for Neitian Mama not to notice her daughter’s awkward walk.

Youji replied, "Didn’t I just kick my foot against the bed fra? It still hurts."

"Is it that bad? Sit on the sofa, and I’ll have a look," Neitian Mama hastily said.

"Ah!" Youji recoiled in shock, the area under her skirt now a complete ss, nervously waving her hands in refusal, "Mom, I’m fine."

"Really?" Neitian Mama looked at her suspiciously.

"Really, I’m truly fine," Youji nodded, and to prove she was alright, she endured the pain and hopped twice, imdiately regretting the action as soup spilled.

Aoyama Xiu Xin had fed her too much.

She could only eat what she couldn’t carry away.

Fortunately, she was wearing white knee-high socks, and Neitian Mama did not notice anything amiss. "Okay, okay, as long as you’re fine. Go wash your hands, and let’s eat. You must be hungry."

"Okay!" Youji breathed a sigh of relief, sneaking a glance at Aoyama Xiu Xin and winking at him.

..........

The next day, November 19th.

Big Back Head’s body was found at a garbage dump in Kanagawa Prefecture, and the police were alerted.

That morning, identified by the tight-cropped short man and the round-faced middle-aged man, they confird that the deceased was their boss.

Upon hearing the news, Dongye Jie Cheng imdiately thought of what Aoyama Xiu Xin had said about "silencing" the day before.

The only leader who knew the identity of the employer behind the scenes had died a mysterious death the day after escaping; could it really be such a coincidence?

He was even more convinced that the murderer of his father was Sankai Seichiro, and perhaps his family’s one hundred million US dollars were in his hands.

Feeling depressed, he spent the day binge-drinking at ho.

When he woke up, it was already evening. As he opened his eyes, he saw Sankai Seichiro sitting on the sofa with a dark expression, smoking a cigarette.

"You’re awake," Sankai Seichiro said coldly and without waiting for a response, he suddenly beca furious, smashing the cigarette onto the floor, sparks flying everywhere, as he angrily shouted, "Look at what a ss you’ve beco! You didn’t even help with your father’s funeral, just drinking all day long. Do you know that the company’s folks are demanding a eting next week to choose a new chairman!"

He had expected that after the death of his old friend, Jie Cheng would mature and, under his protection, take over his friend’s business.

However, he had not expected him to seem so utterly devastated. Well, he had never really thrived before, but now he was clearly worse than ever, perpetually drunk!

This made Sankai Seichiro infuriated by his lack of ambition.

Watching Sankai Seichiro, who spoke about it with great righteousness, Jie Cheng just felt nauseous and disgusted with the hypocrisy. Yet he couldn’t expose him, which only added to his inner turmoil and agony.

"I’m sorry, Uncle Sankai, when I’m sober, all I can think about is my father’s tragic death. Only when I’m drunk can I sleep. I will try to adjust as soon as possible."

Dongye Yuusei grimaced, pretending to be well-behaved despite his disgust.

When Sankai Seichiro heard this, he could only sigh helplessly, turn around, and leave. As he reached the door, he suddenly rembered he had forgotten to ntion sothing important. Without turning back, he said, "About letting hold the shares and exercise the rights that we discussed yesterday, you better think it over soon."

Hearing this, Dongye Yuusei watched his retreating figure with a sneer, thinking to himself that, after all his talk, he just wanted to be the president. Ha, I just won’t let you get your way!

He casually grabbed a bottle of alcohol to continue drowning his sorrows, but discovered it was empty. He grabbed another bottle, but it too was empty. Annoyed, he threw it away and headed out to a bar to continue drinking.

Oblivious and determined to get drunk, he didn’t notice that from the mont his car rged into the bustling main road, a sports car was following him at a distance. A woman about his age with reckless blue dyed hair, who was remarkably beautiful, was inside.

At the bar, the blue-haired woman followed Dongye Yuusei closely and walked in right behind him. Without hesitation, she summoned the bartender, handed him a stack of US Dollar bills, and whispered sothing to him.

The bartender then nodded and bowed before walking away.

Suddenly, the music stopped. Amid everyone’s confusion, the DJ on stage grabbed the microphone and shouted in an exaggerated voice, "Tonight, all expenses in the venue will be covered by this beautiful lady here! Let’s hear so screams!"

In an instant, the lights went out, and the only spotlight shone on the blue-haired woman. She laughed loudly and raised her hands, shouting, "Everyone, have fun tonight!"

"Ah!""Roar!""Woo!"

Hearing that the night was on the house, everyone went wild: screams and cheers rose in waves, and all the n who thought they were good-looking eagerly pressed closer to the blue-haired woman.

Eager to take advantage of the situation.

Dongye Yuusei couldn’t help but look over his shoulder at this generous young beauty, but that was it. He just glanced blandly and headed straight for the bar.

He had just sat down when soone patted his shoulder. Annoyed, he looked back and saw it was the blue-haired woman.

"Everyone’s having a great ti tonight, except you," she said with a smile, her arms crossed. "What’s wrong? Are you upset about footing the bill, or do you feel like I’m stealing your lilight?"

Dongye Yuusei replied, "Boring. I don’t need you to treat, so please, don’t bother anymore."

Although the woman was attractive and had a hot body, probably a rich beauty, he really wasn’t in the mood to flirt with her.

"Wow, such personality! Give a chance to get to know you. My na is Suzuki Yuki." The blue-haired woman extended a hand, her expression saying "well done, you’ve caught my attention."

Dongye Yuusei continued to drink and ignored her.

Suzuki Yuki wasn’t embarrassed. She drew back her hand and sat down beside him, propping her chin with her hand and gazing at him with puppy-dog eyes. "You really are special, you know. You look like you’re troubled. Drinking isn’t going to help; are you interested in finding out about my way of relieving stress? It’s magical, works every ti."

"What way?" Dongye Yuusei couldn’t help but be intrigued. It was his first ti encountering such an extraordinary beauty. Since she kept initiating conversation, he decided to chat briefly.

Suzuki Yuki smiled slightly and suddenly grabbed his hand, starting to run outside, "Co with ."

"Wait, what are you doing!" Dongye Yuusei was dragged outside. He could have pulled away, but the touch of her hair against his cheek swayed his heart, and he chose not to. "Are we just leaving like this? I thought you were covering everyone’s tab."

"If I haven’t, then I haven’t. Let them pay for themselves, haha, well it’s because I found you, this interesting person, I can’t care less about them," Suzuki Yuki said, carefree and laughing.

Dongye Yuusei was infected by her mood and couldn’t help but smile himself, letting her lead him away.

Suzuki Yuki was a woman who not only acted generous but also seed affluent. To Dongye Yuusei, this ant she wasn’t short of money, which lowered his guard quite a bit. Plus, her beauty and uniqueness had completely disard him.

His mom obviously never told him an important life lesson: The prettier the woman, the more deceptive.
