The day is the next day after Floor 2 colleagues took a rest after the long trip.
Everyone has reached Eria. 1000 tons of cargo is pre-stored in the City warehouse.
Eria knew the Floor 2 colleagues would be coming. So they had prepared a plan and building for the Floor 2 colleagues to be their new ho.
But Eria did not expect there would be 500 people who co.
Therefore, adjustnts must be made to the planning of the new population that is coming.
It is a job the Civil Service does.
anwhile, the King of Eria would hold a conference with the King of Floor 2.

"Who is he?"
Beca the first question Ars asked as he arrived at the eting room.
Arlene wanted to scold Ars, but she was also curious. Who was the big fat man sitting in the middle of the eting table?
"I am sorry. No clue either."
Frida knew almost everything about Eria. Yet she answered with an ignorant expression.
"I am Titanus Behemoth! King of Eria!"
The big-fat man introducing himself.
Just like he said, Titanus Behemoth sitting in a Kingly seat that fit his size. With a small table of food and two maids by his side.
Every minute, his right hand grabbed the food on the small table, then devoured the food in one swallow.
"I am sorry, Mr. Big man. Did you see a muscular man with long yellow hair down to his feet who looks like a Saiyan?"
"That's , you fool!"
Ars was made to narrow his eyes.
He ca for a eting with a muscular man with long hair. But what appeared was a big fat man who liked to eat.
"I rember!" Arlene suddenly realized sothing. "Troy's Gluttony blessing is to convert his fat to energy! Ars, he is Troy!"
The yesterday muscular man is Troy who converts his fat into energy. Now he is currently activating his ability.
Such a simple ability, yet so powerful. Troy yesterday form even stronger than Ars' Super Weapon Mode.
Accepting that fact, Ars finally could sit at the eting table.
"To think that your [Body Changing] ability could make you to beco a very different person," said Ars.
"You can actually recognize , right?"
Yes, but Ars chose to not because of a little cody scene.
There are four eting participants at the table.
The first person is the King of Eria, Troy. On his side is his assistant plus the moderator of eting, Frida.
On the next side is the King of Floor 1 and 2, Ars. On his side is his assistant and minute eting writer, Arlene.
Two maids stood by the door. In case the leaders wanted to make so orders.
"Alright, let's begin the eting."
Frida starts the eting.
The first agenda of the eting is the exchange of information data held by the two parties.
Ars gives the data information about anything about Floor 2. Starts from every event that happened. All developnts that Ars has made on Floor 2. The last was about Yamato and Echidna.
On the other side, Troy gives data information about anything that they passed during their living in Floor 3.
All information data is written briefly and is more like a summary.
This was done by both parties because the trust had not yet been ford. Unford trust will result in suspicion and bad cooperation in the future.
Ars was newly born Sin in the group. But he is the one who has the most power among the seven. He even did sothing crazy, naly buying Floor 1 and Floor 2, which the Saint Staff had actually forbidden.
Troy was the second Sin after Yamato. But after Yamato's betrayal, he beca the leader of the group that led the two strong Sin, Frida the owner of Golden Eyes, and Shiva who was the strongest among the seven surpassing Yamato.
After reading all the data information, the second agenda would be done.
"On this agenda, would you mind if we were the questioners first?"
The data information was incomplete. So they need further explanation from the data giver.
Troy's party asked to beco the first to give question to Ars' party.
As the party trapped on Floor 3 for three years (Floor 2 ti), Troy wanted to get a chance to judge, 'Can they believe Ars?'
Because considering that Ars can go and return to Floor 2 whenever he wants, he could just bring a large army to replace Troy's strength.
"Sure."
Ars' Greed could dangerous their party before they knew it.
"How did you find this Ocean Floor 3 Abyss Pit on Northwest Region?"
"Huxian's guardian, Hera told about it. It is in Fisherman Village. You won't know that place because the Northwest Region fully opened up in the 8th year. But, as you may read, the Abyss Pit location is literally inside the Ocean. We were able to enter it because of the Great Tornado Event which occurs once a year which causes the ocean water to recede by 300m."
Frida's Golden Eyes could easily see soone's true intention, and Ars told the truth without showing any hidden intentions or lies.
Ars being very honest in this collaboration.
Even so, Frida still couldn't trust Ars completely until the eting ended.
"I believe, with your power, you could easily go up and down from this Floor back to Floor 2. Then how do you plan to get people back up to Floor 2 when Ocean Abyss Pit only opened once a year?"
"I'm going to build a station at the Ocean Abyss Pit. Ocean Abyss Pit is inside a cave in the Ocean. But that doesn't an it can't be achieved. In our original world, you still know the na submarine, right?"

"Maybe that could work."
"What could work?"
Frida could imdiately know what Ars ant by submarine. But Troy, and even Arlene just heard about that.
"By riding a submarine, we can reach Ocean Abyss Pit whenever we want. Of course, a station still needed to transport us up and down to Floor 2 to Floor 3."
That still was hard for Troy to understand. But if Frida said that could work, then that would work.
"So, when are you going to start building the station?"
"It already started when the Great Tornado event ended. That an, this day is the first day of the project had started."
Without them thinking, Ars had planned that far.
He ca with all the ideas without even showing any hidden intention. All his doing is purely to develop the life of Abyssal Terra.
"Considering it being built inside a cave under ocean, it would take quite a long ti."
"That does not matter. As long as it done and work well."
Frida and Troy sincerely put their trust in Ars.
Being 4.5 years in Floor 3 has made them bored. Because there was nothing other than sand and desert on Floor 3.
"Is that all you wanted to ask?"
If they don't have any questions, then it's Ars' turn to ask.
"One last thing. What is your real intention to buy Floor 1 and 2? Just to satisfy your Greed?"
That was the most important question that even Virtue was curious about.
If Ars' answer is purely because of his 'Greed', then they don't need to place big suspicions on Ars.
However, if he answered with sothing else, that could make them suspicious, then there will be a possibility that they will make Ars an enemy.
Because they don't want the sa incident as Yamato to happen again.
"God's Challenger. Have you heard about that achievent?"
