Chapter 394: Chapter 240 There are too many problems with this ga! (First update)_2

“`

These blessings should also be obtainable in the ga, but the difficulty would probably not be low.

Moreover, the worse the character’s initial attributes are, the stronger the effect of the blessing.

If a player creates a character that is strong, beautiful, and smart, then they would randomly receive a negative blessing. The higher the initial attributes, the more evil the negative blessing.

Just seeing this initial interface made Huang Ping think of two different starting schools, wondering what kind of gaplay would follow.

After discovering this, Huang Ping reworked his character and took a look at the character creation strategies of other planners.

Monkey chose the ugliest start, creating a character so hideous that it would make one’s sanity plumt at a re glance, receiving the powerful “Double” blessing, which grants an extra copy of any item received.

Xiao Douzi, on the other hand, chose a balanced start by adjusting the character to balance out its initial attributes and thus starting with a relatively weak blessing.

Lin Nan and Wang Xiaoying went for a negative blessing start, it seems female players care more about their character’s appearance in the ga.

Huang Ping also chose a balanced start, coming with a “Patience” blessing, which would allow him to sowhat endure hunger and thirst in the ga.

Having carefully read the character’s attribute description, Huang Ping felt that this ga probably wasn’t a horror ga.

After all, it’s rare to see so many types of blessings in a horror ga, let alone one that has detailed settings for attribute values.

Of course, it can’t be ruled out that the boss is trying sothing very new, after all, the boss is still the boss.

After character creation, Huang Ping tensed up and entered the ga, then he discovered that the in-ga landscape was exquisitely detailed.

Players could choose one of over a dozen towns as their starting point, each town having its own unique features, and later players could build cities anywhere on the planet and place their resurrection points in different areas.

The town where Huang Ping was born is called the City of Judgnt, and he found himself in the town’s temple, where the Priest just gave him one look and then ignored him, leaving him to fend for himself.

Outside of the town, Huang Ping noticed an obvious fantasy style in the passersby, a mix of humans and Demi-Humans, making the place seem very unique.

Just as Huang Ping was getting ready to appreciate the area, he heard a cry, “Murder!”

“Damn! Just as expected!”

Huang Ping muttered to himself that it was just as he suspected!

The boss’s “education” was coming!

He imdiately gripped the starting dagger in his hand, noticing that the bystanders had already encircled the victim.

The victim was attacked by sothing unknown and had turned into a blur of pixels.

Although he couldn’t see clearly what had happened, Huang Ping still felt that the death looked quite grueso.

As Huang Ping was pondering what could have killed the person, the Priest from the temple lazily walked over, then reached into the pixelated ss, which made Huang Ping feel nauseous.

It wasn’t long before the Priest pulled out several bloodied Gold Coins and slipped them into his pocket, then chanted sothing.

A flash of white light passed, and the pixelated guy stood up again.

Only, the resurrected victim still bore a pained expression on his face and made strange “Yii~Yah~” noises.

Based on his gaming experience, Huang Ping could roughly determine that the person had likely turned into a zombie.

The Priest also realized this, but did nothing more than place one of the Gold Coins back into the pockets of the resurrected being before returning to the temple to continue his nap.

The pedestrians at the roadside began to disperse, leaving only the mindless zombie to wander alone, which frightened Huang Ping.

The worldview of this ga was so bizarre.

The situation just now didn’t seem like a bug, but rather it seed intentional, which indicated that in the ga, death and resurrection wasn’t impossible, and resurrection as a zombie wasn’t impossible either.

This setting made the ga not scary, but it did create an intense sense of strangeness and absurdity.

“The boss’s education ga is indeed problematic.”

After wandering around the City of Judgnt for a while, Huang Ping realized that this ga was a vast open world.

Every building could be entered, and every NPC could be interacted with; moreover, the NPCs’ attitudes were very realistic. For example, when Huang Ping struck up a conversation with them, they would chat with him for a bit, thanks to his decent appearance.

Monkey didn’t have that advantage.

“`

He had just left the factory when he scared the temple’s priest half to death, to the point where the priest even gave him an extra mask, just begging him not to frighten him anymore.

Even outside, the Monkey quickly found himself in a situation where both people and dogs detested him; even with the mask on, his off-putting charm was continuously oozing out, making everyone who saw him want to slaughter him.

Out of options, the Monkey could only flee to the wilds, where a group of passing Goblins were stunned by his ugliness.

They crowded around him, brought the Monkey back to their lair, and treated him as one of their own.

And it was at this ti the Monkey’s main quest appeared: “Educate this group of Goblins.”

After reading about the Monkey’s gaming experience, Huang Ping couldn’t hold back and laughed.

So this was a cody ga after all!

Sitting to the side, the Mysterious Mirror was also laughing so hard she was bending over backwards.

After having his laugh, he patted the Monkey on the shoulder and said, “Congratulations, you’ve found your kin.”

“Don’t make fun of ,” the Monkey said with a face flushed red.

“You’re still in good shape, thank goodness you’re not a girl, otherwise once you were in the Goblins’ lair, you couldn’t get out without contributing ten or so booklets. But your role… never mind, it’s too much for .”

“I said don’t make fun, and what booklets are you talking about?”

“Kids shouldn’t look at that stuff.”

“Then why bring it up!”

Huang Ping shook his head and returned to the ga.

He had yet to trigger a main quest, and according to his speculations, the ga’s main quests probably involved gaining a certain degree of recognition from a particular race.

Moreover, judging from the Monkey’s main quest and the the of the ga, the tasks in this ga likely involved educating a corresponding race.

The Monkey hadn’t triggered the subsequent content yet, but from the available intelligence, it seed that it would be necessary to elevate the culture and moral standards of a race to a certain level to succeed.

Without rushing to trigger the main quest, Huang Ping went to a bookstore and, with the few Gold Coins he had, bought a map and so beginners’ books.

The map showed the surrounding area; apart from nearby towns, Huang Ping also discovered that there were many dungeons around the town.

From the books he purchased, he found that the dungeons seed to be controlled by so mysterious force, altering their layout every ti one entered and respawning the monsters inside.

Various monsters road the dungeons, but they would drop decent items, which could greatly enhance a player’s strength, reminding Huang Ping of the old “Princess Dungeon.”

“The boss’s skill at reusing ga resources is getting more and more sophisticated.”

After lanting Fang Cheng’s capabilities, Huang Ping considered his own strength, checked his supplies, and then headed toward the nearest beginner dungeon.

Even though the main quest was to educate races, Huang Ping knew he wasn’t as lucky as the Monkey, who was dragged away by Goblins at the start assuming he was one of them.

So, he needed to test the influence of reputation, which ant he had to explore dungeons to secure so initial capital and then see if his deductions were correct.

Following the content in the beginners’ books, Huang Ping equipped a lantern, took up a weapon, and headed out of town to find the beginner dungeon outside of it.

Swallowing nervously, he entered the dimly lit dungeon, ready to begin his adventure, only to find a huge hunting dog guarding the entrance, eyeing him nacingly.

The Hyena dog looked like a small bull, its black body brimming with strength and wildness, and from its sharp, nacing teeth dripped endless saliva.

“Sorry, wrong turn.”

Just as he was about to back out, the hunting dog lunged at him, biting Huang Ping into a mosaic.

After dying, Huang Ping didn’t vanish but lingered in his Ghost form for a while.

Before completely dissipating, he saw the temple’s Priest co over, punch the gate-guarding dog to pieces, and then wonder, “Why is there a level ten hunting dog in the beginner dungeon, is there a bug?”

“And this guy didn’t even leave a sum to save his life, I’ll have to bury him, goodbye.”

Watching this scene, Huang Ping was speechless.
