*RAPHAEL*

A line which should never have crossed was crossed tonight!

How do I face Lorenzo when he cos back?

I had co in his wife’s mouth?

Even if I was still a horny ss right now, I felt like shit.

“Even with the drug, you still won’t give it?!” Mona looked very pissed now. “So you an you want a sexless marriage?”

I swallowed and nodded.

Until Lorenzo returned, this marriage has to be sexless.

“You should have said this to before the wedding! You...ugh!” She got out of the bed and stord out of the bedroom.

I laid flat on the bed, my dick already hard again, the drug dealing with my body but I have to get through this.

I have to.

***************

In a small town, Vinic, far, far away.

*DANICA*

Vinic was a cool city to live and I happen to live downtown...I couldn’t wish for a better environnt for my child.

It was peaceful and the people are so nice.

"Mommy, if Anna gets to the beach before I do...she’s gonna pick all the seashells." Lucia grumbled, tying up her shoe laces.

"I’m fully dressed, sweetheart and I’m waiting for you."

I co here seven years ago and I bought a house with the money soone had given to .

It wasn’t a big house but it was comfy.

Lucia and I occupied the rooms upstairs while I opened up a small restaurant downstairs.

I have three employees but today, I didn’t open up the restaurant and I gave them the day off.

Lucy wants to visit the beach, no matter how important it was to make money and take care of her, I also loved being a playful mom and doing what she wanted from ti to ti.

When we headed out, she was bouncing along, sotis, walking...sotis, running and greeting everyone she t on the way.

They returned her greetings too with sweet words of how beautiful and lovely she looked today.

I couldn’t help but smile as I watched her go.

The only light in my life.

When we got to the beach, I helped her in picking up the seashells and then we went over to build sand castles together.

Just few people were on the beach and soon, they all started leaving when the weather indicated an incoming rainfall.

"Lucy...let’s head back now"

"Mom...hide and seek...just for a few minutes, please."

"We...."

Before I could finish, she chuckled and I watched her hide behind a rock.

I laughed...kids...

How was this hiding when I could clearly see you?

"MOMMY!" She suddenly, scread.

I raced towards there to find her looking terrified and pointing at the ground.

"What..."

I swallowed seeing a man, he had bruises and sand all over his body.

I couldn’t tell if he was dead or not.

My first instinct was to check if he was still breathing and call for help.

I went on my knees and felt his pulse, it was very weak and unsteady.

Placing my hand on his chest, it was so hard to get an heartbeat.

Yeah, I had a lot of experience in treating people, before I fell pregnant with Lucy, I was in Nursing school and what I had learnt is still stuck with .

I had a first aid box which contained so dical equipnt.

My neighbours do co to for ergencies and they sotis tell to consider finishing up my studies.

Well, I haven’t really given much thoughts into that because all I was focused on was taking care of my daughter.

"Was he going to be okay?"Lucy’s scared voice sounded behind .

"I don’t know, honey." I replied and checked if he was breathing.

I interlocked my fingers and started performing CPR on him...giving him chest compressions.

I felt his chest slowly rose and fell.

God!

He was barely breathing.

I noticed he had a big wound too.

Does he live around here or sothing?

"Lucy, co clean his face, let’s see if we can identify him.” I said, as I continued to compress his chest.

She took out an handkerchief and cleaned his face.

My jaw dropped and my hands halted imdiately.

No...it can’t be.

I an, this person might be a lookalike.

I shook my head.

Silly .

Almighty Lorenzo Moretti couldn’t be lying on the beach half dead.

"Why did you stop?"Lucy asked so I had to continue.

"We have to get soone to help us lift him." I told her.

She nodded and hurried off.

She ca back with two boys, Jas and Donico.

They lived around here and they always co by my restaurant.

"Is he alive?"Donico asked.

"Barely.” I replied.

"We could help you get him to town or call an ambulance but before help is brought to him...do you think he can make it?"Jas asked.

This place was technically far from the hospital and we had the weather to consider.

We don’t even know how traffic is at the mont.

He needs help...like right now.

"Let’s take him to my house, if I can revive him and make him gain consciousness...then I could take him to the hospital"I heard myself saying.

They nodded in agreent and helped in carrying the stranger.

**********

When we got to my house, they placed him on my bed and the boys stayed behind to help while I told Lucy to go play after assuring her that the stranger would be okay.

She always cares for people in her own little way.

I got down the dical equipnts I have with and we started treating him.

We managed to get the bullet out and treat the big wound on his head. After a while, Donico and Jas left.

I rushed down to a pharmacy where I bought injections and drips.

After a while, he started responding...he got a fair pulse and though, his breathing was still labored, he was doing better than he was when I found him at the beach.

He looks just like Lorenzo.

I still refused to believe this.

They just can’t be the sa person.

Lorenzo can’t be the man in my house right now.

The man whose life was in my hands.

No...he was just a lookalike.
