Morgan rounded the corner as the church ca into view, but it wasn't just the church that was right in front of him but also roughly twenty to thirty bandits that seed to have ford a periter around it. they opened fire, but Morgan's guns were faster as the chanoid wolf shredded through their formation, killing seven in record ti and leaving quite a few of them injured. Cole used [Shadow Dance] jumping out of the way of a lightning strike that shoo Morgan and seed deactivate the chanoid Direwolf.
Cole appeared behind on of the bandits, specifically the one responsible for the lightning. The woman was still holding on to a white staff that had glowing runes on top of it. He gave the staff a cursory look then pulled Blue Obsidian's trigger blasting the back of her head open as he drew attention to himself.

The bandit that the shot to the chest had obsidian spikes explode out of him, stabbing into the next person and repeating the sa motion as the trail of destruction continued. Cole stumbled to the left, reeling from a kick to the spine, but he had better stats than the person, and since all of his stats were already in the iron rank, he was a lot stronger now and could match or outmatch the higher level of strength on this world.
It was one thing to get a stat to the iron rank, but when all of your main stats were iron rank, it gave you a degree of power that frankly speaking could not be matched by any other person in the iron rank. Hell people in the silver rank who only had a stat or two in the silver rank would find it hard to be able to defend themselves against Cole, as he had a more rounded base and his arsenal of abilities made him extrely efficient and dangerous even against higher leveled and ranked enemies.
He whipped around, making sure the stock of his revolver slamd into the jaw of the person who just kicked him. While a gun was not a lee weapon, the hit was still powerful enough to gouge out the flesh on the man's check, cracking his jaw and leaving his bloody teeth and tongue exposed for all to see. He screeched in pain and shock, but a bullet to the throat put an end to that.

These were bandits, robbers! That ant they had absolutely no sort of idea or an inkling about tactics. At best they know how to spread themselves out and take the higher vantage point in order to have an advantage during a fight, however they just did not know how bad it was to keep themselves so clustered when there was an enemy that could get behind and in between them.
The ensuing explosion was extrely powerful, it ripped the church doors off its hinges as Cole appeared in the bell tower and used [fade] completely erasing his presence from the Duo who were busy turning around trying to locate him so that they could put a bullet in his body.
Cole shrugged as he pushed the massive bronze bell, letting it sway with a massive gong from left to right as it smashed into both bandits and threw them off the 20 foot tall bell tower. He heard their screams as they went down, but the fall would not be enough to kill them, it was just twenty foot drop after all… not un less they landed on their heads that is. But they would be left with bruised and broken bones.
The bandits had scattered, quite a few of them were loyal enough that they had ran into the church, it reaffird Cole's hunch that his target was in this church… well both of his targets any ways. But now the bell tower was vacated and even with the bell still swaying left and right and releasing a cacophony of sounds, he was still well hidden and now he had the vantage point.,
*Bang!*
A bandit went down with a hole in the middle of his back, bringing own three other bandit with him as his body had fallen directly in their path. purple fog began spreading out from his body as the trio of bandits that got tangled with him began to choke and cough, their pallor changing as sore burst out of their skin. Cole had already moved on to the next targets by then.
Multiple shots rang out, and each ti a shot was fired it brought down a person. It didn't matter whether they were fleeing or fighting back as by this point the sheer number of aspirants and the fact that so of them had lives to spare had completely overwheld the town and the bandits fighting within it. Cole felt his sense tingle as his [Sin Seeking Eyes] showed him an imaged of a bloody flower slashing through his neck and ending his otherwise epic rampage.
Cole jumped off the bell tower, turning around and taking aim. [Eagle Sight] [Double Rap] [Spiral shot] and he had used all of these skills along with the fire explosion bullets. The bullets t the lotuses that were after him, destroying them as he flipped over and landed right on the back of a heavily injured bandit, one of those he had thrown off the bell tower. Cole looked up just as he squeezed the trigger of his rifle again, putting a hole in the bandits head as his body crashed to the ground, blood spreading underneath his feet.
He looked up at the person who had just attacked him, and had to raise his eyebrows up in shock as he recognized the individual. Even the voice that ca out of the man's mouth was sothing he recognized as an Asian man dropped down and laded with a thud, creating a small crater as he did so. His appearance was so significant that all of the bandits stopped fighting and started cheering.
The ruined doors of the church was pushed open and a woman along with a couple of other bandits ca out dragging the mayor along with them. The quick flash of green over his head before it faded away was enough proof to Cole that this was his bounty, and the green that flashed over the head of the man in front of him, let him know that this wasn't just his bounty… this was his quest target.
"It is good to see you again boy! I have to thank you for freeing my spirit from that bloody wine house… or sothing I can't rember what it is called. But then again I did thank you… I let you live didn't I? Now here you are once again after ruining all of my operations….. I don't like it, I don't like that at all."
Cole blinked his eyes, and then started laughing out loud, feeling such a fool, but at the sa ti being absolutely amused. He had his target in front of him earlier on, and in a weakened state for that matter. He just had to g and get himself knocked out, Cole shook his head as he said.
"So I'm guessing you're Izanagi Surugi, the Sanguine Lotus who is the Leader of the Blood Lotus Gang…. That's just a lazy naming sense man, there's no difference with your nickna and your gang's na." The man furrowed his eyebrow as he took a nacing step towards Cole and asked.
"How do you know that na?" Cole knew for a fact that he wasn't talking about the stupid nick and gang na."
"Well apart from the fact you have a system sanctioned hit on your head, brother we share a common ancestry… well not exactly. But you and are from the sa place, and I'm Japanese from my paternal grandmother's side…. Aweso right…. And as far as Isekai MCs go…. Even the villains… you just… suck."
Izanagi had his eyes widen to epic proportions as he finally took in the look of the aspirants that were also gathered behind Cole. With the bandits stopping their attacks on account of their leader making his entrance, the aspirants could do nothing else but stand still and watch.
"You are from earth? All of you? My earth? Not so twisted abomination of it out in this cursed marriage of different universes I call my reality." Cole shrugged.
"I an it could be a different earth, but that guy Bob says it's the sa earth and the system said the sa thing to too." Izanagi narrowed his eyes at the ntion of Bob as he asked again.
"And what did the thrice cursed system tell you?" Cole shrugged again, a small smile on his face, but still not seen on account of his mask covering his face.
"That you were lost and that you were dangerous, and that whatever the fuck it is you are up to right now, it's causing chaos and you need to be stopped." Izanagi scoffed at that as his shoulders shook with Mirth.
"Well I am causing Chaos that's true, but it's for the good of al. you see I've recently gotten my hands on a spell that would unravel the system and give access to its core directives… do you know what that ans?" at Cole's blank Izanagi scoffed and shook his head.
"It ans that I can rewrite reality as I choose and please. I could control the rewards a person gets from a quest of if a person would even get a quest. I would beco more than those ever elusive moderators and administrators… I will beco the system itself… join boy! You have true grit and your power is unlike anything I have ever seen of experienced…. You would do well by my side, join ." Cole raised an eyebrow at that and said.
"Sorry, but I get a literal atmospheric base for killing your ass… do you know how many chicks I can get with that, I can get laid every hour. You accent to system godhood just doesn't count much when I have to stack it up against a life ti of debaucheries lifestyles." Cole said to him as he holster his gun and let his rifle hang behind him. Then he placed his hand on his sword, looking up at Izanagi who was still quite taller than him even though he was now about 5 foot 5, gaining five more inches after his racial refinent.
"Is that so? Well then, I guess you can just die NOW!"
