An Zhichen had been looking for Zhou Shu’s whereabouts all day, but Zhou Shu seed to have vanished from Haikou, not even leaving a shadow to trace, which made An Zhichen sowhat irritable. Haikou has a population of over a million, and if soone intentionally hides, it’s very hard to find them.

An Zhichen led people to search one place after another, but even when night fell, they hadn’t found anything. An Zhichen said viciously, "Even if you have to dig three feet into the ground, get Zhou Shu out for ."

That tone of hatred made the few generals nearby feel a chill in their hearts. They muttered to themselves, wondering if their General had so deep-seated enmity with Zhou Shu.

Ah Kai said, "Junior General, there’s no need to worry. Haikou’s port has been blocked, and all the places leading to the sea have been sealed. All the boats, big and small, have been detained. Zhou Shu won’t be able to fly away even if he has wings."

An Zhichen was contemplating if there were any oversights when Da Tong ca in and handed him a letter: "Sir, a child delivered this at the door just now."

An Zhichen opened the envelope and saw an address, in the sa handwriting as the last letter that told him where Yueyao was. Without any hesitation, An Zhichen imdiately gathered 500 soldiers and headed straight for the destination.

From afar, Zhou Shu heard the sound of many footsteps and knew without thinking that soldiers were coming. A murderous intent flashed in his eyes: "Who leaked the information?" This place was extrely concealed; the other party couldn’t have found it unless soone on his side leaked it.

Ah Er’s face also looked grim: "Master, now’s not the ti to pursue this. We need to hurry and leave here, or it will be too late."

Zhou Shu, observing Ah Er’s expression, asked, "Who? Tell ."

Ah Er said, "Sir, it’s Zhao Man." Zhou Shu had six close confidants, and only those six knew about this hidden location. Now, three were not in Haikou, and Ah Er had always been by his side, leaving only Zhao Man.

This Zhao Man, whom Zhou Shu had taken in when he was begging around, had unexpectedly betrayed him.

Ah Er nodded slightly: "Master, we need to leave this place quickly." Because Zhou Shu feared that the Zhou Family might turn on him after using him, all the money they earned was stored in a hidden place, known only to Zhou Shu. No one else, not even Ah San, knew about it. Now, even if they were being hunted, with that money, they could live well in any country.

Zhou Shu snorted coldly: "Let’s go!"

An Zhichen arrived at the house, confronted more than ten people, and after dealing with the ones outside, the interior was already empty.

An Zhichen made a decisive decision: "Pursue."

Ah Er noticed that Zhou Shu was taking a different route than they had originally planned and quickly said, "Master, this is not the right path."

Zhou Shu replied expressionlessly, "Zhao Man has already betrayed us, so we can’t use the old route. You don’t need to worry. We can definitely leave here before dawn." Zhou Shu had hidden a boat in a very concealed place known only to him and Ah San. Ah Er only knew there was a boat but didn’t know where it was.

Ah Er didn’t know what Zhou Shu intended to do, but he knew that once Zhou Shu made a decision, no one could stop him.

Zhou Shu didn’t let Ah Er follow: "So many people are too conspicuous. We’ll split into two groups and regroup at Pengzi Mouth."

Ah Er’s heart skipped a beat.

Zhou Shu instructed Ah Er to lead a group of n ahead. After Ah Er left, Zhou Shu split his remaining six n into two small teams; one headed for Pengzi Mouth, and he took two n towards Zhou Ji Comrcial Firm.

Ah Er waited at Pengzi Mouth for quite a while. Seeing it was nearing midnight, and with dawn approaching and still no sign of anyone, a bad feeling grew in Ah Er’s heart: "Quick, check nearby for any boats." He might have been tricked by Zhou Shu.

Ah Er’s n searched for a long ti but couldn’t find any boats. Zhou Shu had tricked him; the hidden boat wasn’t at Pengzi Mouth.

At this mont, Ah Er’s subordinate pointed towards the direction of Zhou Ji Comrcial Firm: "Second Shopkeeper, there’s thick smoke over there, it looks like there’s a fire." Could it be their comrcial firm that’s on fire?

Not only Zhou Ji Comrcial Firm and the warehouse were on fire, but many other places were also burning. That night, ruffians and hooligans seed to have coordinated, launching a full-scale robbery of well-off rchants’ hos, succeeding with every attempt.
