The waiting ti felt particularly long. By midnight, the child was still not born. The midwife ca out of the delivery room and asked Tingzheng whether to save the mother or the child. Tingzheng was so cold he couldn’t speak.
Yueyao, however, said without any hesitation: "Save the mother." A child can be conceived again, but if the mother is lost, everything is lost.
Hearing Yueyao’s words, Tingzheng seed to co back to his senses and shouted: "I want both the mother and the child." He didn’t want to lose either his wife or his child.
Yueyao said nothing more.
The midwife hesitated as she looked at Yueyao. Yueyao said, "Do as he says." Yueyao actually understood that if they saved the mother, Lin Qinghan would surely be fine. But if they wanted to save both the mother and the child, both would bear enormous risks. One mistake, and they might not be able to save either the mother or the child.
Yueyao murmured to herself, "Let’s hope everything goes smoothly!" Even though she didn’t like Lin Qinghan, she never wanted Lin Qinghan to die.
The midwife hesitated and said: "If you want to save both mother and child, extraordinary asures must be used. If by any chance..."

The midwife finally responded: "Since the master says so, I will try the last thod." If this thod didn’t work, it could only be said to be fate.
Fortunately, the thod used by the midwife worked. The child was born, and Lin Qinghan was fine, mother and daughter safe and sound.
Tingzheng was sowhat disappointed when he saw his daughter at the door. Kexin was born beautiful, but his daughter was wrinkled, not even as good looking as Brother Sheng when he was born!
Upon hearing that the mother and daughter were safe, Yueyao returned to her own ho. After the last incident, Yueyao no longer interfered in any matters of the mansion.
Yueyao returned ho and saw her three sons sleeping soundly. She whispered like a mosquito: "Speaking of which, I really am lucky." While others find it so difficult to give birth to one child, she gave birth to three smoothly, truly a great blessing.
Xiang Wei exclaid helplessly: "You just realized this now? If you weren’t so at ease, would Mingzhu’s side be so resentful? While others are stepping into the gates of hell with one foot to give birth, giving birth for Yueyao is as simple as eating, I’ve never seen soone so blessed."
Yueyao thought that maybe in her past life she lived too miserably, and the heavens pitied her, so in this life she suffers less.
The next day after handling the matters in her residence, Yueyao heard that Lin Qinghan had woken up. Besides sending so dicinal herbs over, she did not personally visit Lin Qinghan.
Lady Lin was very dissatisfied with Yueyao’s cold attitude and even went to complain about Yueyao in front of Tingzheng.
Tingzheng said plainly: "My sister ca over early in the morning and stayed until midnight, without going back to see her children, and only left after ensuring the safety of Qinghan and her daughter. She didn’t co today, not because she didn’t want to, but surely because she was exhausted."
Lady Lin felt very uneasy after hearing this. Yueyao was said to have worked hard from morning till midnight, but she had been worrying since Qinghan’s due date and had not been less hardworking. Lady Lin was smarter than Lin Qinghan in that she wouldn’t vent her dissatisfaction, keeping it inward, and said with so care on her face: "You’ve also been up for two days, go get so rest! I’ll take care of Qinghan, you don’t need to worry."
Tingzheng nodded: "Alright, mother-in-law, if anything cos up please call for ."
