"What should we do?" That was the question on everyone’s mind, but only ca out of Anyssa’s mouth.

"Well, we stay hidden, of course. There’s no way Jin should give himself up, right? I know we all agree on that." Oculia at least hoped everyone agreed on that.

Thankfully, they all shared the sa sentint and didn’t wish to give Jin up to the authorities.

"Actually, maybe I should give myself up." Jin suggested

"Okay, now I’m going to punch you in the face." Angela could not believe Jin would say such a thing.

"Absolutely not! We have finally reunited after nearly a decade. I won’t lose you again!" Jessa was firmly against this idea. The last thing she wanted was to be separated from Jin again.

Lacena shook her head. "Honestly, Jin, that is a very stupid idea."

"Yeah, I know, but think about it. If Eve is pulling the strings, the war will happen anyway, and I bet she’s counting on to stay hidden. So if I turn myself in, then she would have to play around that."

"Oh. If the other governnts are given what they want and still start a war, then the rest of the nations wouldn’t be on their side." Addison understood what Jin was trying to do.

"Exactly. Also, this could bring closer to Eve. If I can learn who she is, then I could learn how to beat her. If I’m lucky, I could just kill her outright."

"You sure?" Angela asked. "Last ti you confronted her, your arm was nearly blown off, and you’re way stronger than the Láspi in your current state."

"Yeah, she’s tough, but I’ve beaten tougher opponents."

"Heh. Mr. Hero over here, fighting against gods and monsters."

"I’ve beaten both before." He admitted.

"Yeah, but you still haven’t beaten in..." Angela paused, feeling sick again, then she ran to the bathroom to puke.

"Ahh, so it is true, huh?" Lacena sighed while smiling.

"Yup, she has the symptoms." Anyssa nodded.

"God dammit. How is she still poisoned? I swear I handled that." Jin got up to help her out.

"Jin, sweetie, it’s okay. She’s not poisoned." Jessa smiled. "Congrats, by the way."

"On what? Turning myself in? That’s not sothing to congratulate about."

"Wow, and I thought won were the oblivious ones!" Oculia busted out laughing.

Jerrica walked over to Jin, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Angela isn’t poisoned anymore. She’s...pregnant."

An explosion went off in Jin’s head. He did NOT expect that to be the case. In fact, he made sure that Addison, Brittany, and Angela wouldn’t get pregnant for the ti being. So what they were saying was impossible.

"Nah, you all are ssing with . She probably ate so of Brittany’s cooking or sothing."

"Dick!"

"Jin, she’s showing the symptoms, and we used the scanner; she’s pregnant."

"No, no, no! That shouldn’t be possible. I made sure that wouldn’t happen. Hell, if Angela’s pregnant, then so are Brittany and Addison. But are they? No!"

"For soone as smart as you, I’m surprised that you’re trying to use that as a comparison." Jessa shook her head.

"I’m just coping, Mom."

"Oh. Okay."

"But are you guys sure? I an, I’m happy, don’t get wrong, but like...now of all tis? And again, how the fuck did she...ohhh." He rembered when Angela was breaking through and draining the life out of him.

"So that’s why she was draining my mana like that. She was nurturing our child."

"Jin, you fucker! You put a baby in ! Now I won’t be able to fight!"

"Hey! It takes two to tango! Besides, you’re the one who always wants to have sex! When I’m working, when I’m bathing, when I’m sleeping, or even when we’re on a mission together."

"Excuse for being attracted to you, jeez!"

Before continuing, Jin took a deep breath and relaxed his mind. He walked over to Angela and gave her a hug.

"Angie, I’m happy that we’re having a child together. You’re going to be a great mother."

Her expression softened, and she hugged Jin back. "Thanks."

"Dammit. How co she got first!" Brittany vowed to get second place.

"I’ll be second." Addison stood her ground.

"You little rat! Don’t get ahead of !"

"I can’t believe it, I’m going to be a grandmother. My little boy is growing up so fast." Jessa had to pull herself away so she didn’t start sobbing uncontrollably.

"Oh, I’m still turning myself in, by the way."

"Oh my gosh."

"Ugh!"

"Seriously?"

"Jin, bad timing."

"You just HAD to ruin the mont, huh?"

"What? This is serious. Having a child is great and all, but that’s like, nine months from now. We have to focus on the current situation."

"He’s right." Lacena agreed with him. "Jin, while you turn yourself in, we’ll be on standby to aid you in any way we can."

"Sounds good. But if I encounter Eve, then I want all of you to be as far away from that situation as possible. I won’t be able to protect you. Ever since learning how to use mana, I’m sure you all figured out how cracked that shit is compared to your powers. Even you, Mrs Horton, who has the power of creation, can barely contend against mana."

She lowered her head.

"Also, Angela, you’re officially benched."

"What?!"

"You’re pregnant, so I won’t risk you being in danger. In fact, let do this." Jin touched her belly and injected a bunch of mana into her body.

"What did you just do?"

"I cast a spell on your womb to protect our child. I learned it from my friend Kai. He used it a ton since he had like...I don’t even know how many kids he had. So of you might be his kids or descendants."

"Thanks, but how can I help if I’m benched?" Angela was now feeling useless.

"Don’t worry, you’re on ’guy in the chair’ duty now."

"Ohhh! Like in the movies and TV shows?"

"Yup! Just like that."

"Sweet, okay, I’ll accept that."

"So, when are you turning yourself in?" Jerrica asked

"Now."
