Chapter 831: Had Soone In Mind
Yvonne had been busy with her business and also with her other classes, hence she had been pushing back this decision for a while now.
A few weeks had passed but she still had not co up with a na.
When this topic was first ntioned, she had a few options but they had all been vetoed by the dance instructor.
Since Howard was not a viable option then it was obvious that she could not ask the assistance of her sworn brother as well so she had thought of soone else who could be of use in this matter.
Therefore, her next choice had been Jax but once again it had been rejected right away.
The butler was too tall for her and not to ntion that her partner needed to be soone from nobility so this choice had been declined for logical reasons.
Once she attended her coming-of-age ceremony, the other ladies would surely question her about who her dance partner had been so she needed to be careful lest she got targeted by so vile rumors later on.

Unable to deny those claims, Yvonne had co up with the next nas she thought would be great.
The twins were next on the list but sadly, they too had been rejected by the tutor due to their heights.
Not knowing any other person who could be of help in this situation, she had asked for so ti from her dance tutor and now it appeared that an appropriate response was expected from her.
However, who was she supposed to na when she had not given it much thought in the week that had passed since their last class.
“Who does Mrs. Belophane suggest?” She questioned her tutor instead of answering the one posed earlier.
Mrs. Belophane was the wife of a Baron’s son who had not yet attained any title so Yvonne could only address her by the family na she had married into.
She had decided to not waste her ti in looking for the perfect partner as every na she had suggested had been tossed aside.
Though she had only co up with four nas, that was already the limit for the young girl.
As soon as her words ca to an end, the look of satisfaction and relief that had appeared on the tutor’s face led her to wonder what it could an.
Lady Belophane had been waiting to move along to the next step of their classes which was practicing with a partner but the young child’s inability to pick a na had delayed them for a few weeks already.
First, it was the Earl who was hard to convince and now it was Yvonne who had not been able to make up her mind.
Therefore, the Lady had been adamant about gaining an answer from the child today.
When she heard Yvonne placing this task into her capable hands, she was more than willing to take up the responsibility to find the perfect partner for her.
“If Miss St. Claire is alright with it, I would like to introduce you to another pupil of mine.” She explained in a gentle tone, implying that she already had soone in mind for this role.
As cautious and skeptical as Yvonne was, she did not agree right away.
“May I know who it would be?” She inquired as she tried to figure out the identity of this pupil.
Most of the boys would be heading back to the Academy after next week so who could she be talking about?
However, Lady Belophane remained tight-lipped and asked her to concentrate on the class they would be beginning soon.
Yvonne was left with no choice but to do as she was told but was planning on what to do if she did not feel comfortable with this mysterious student of her tutor’s.
‘Just let Papa know that I don’t like him.’ She snickered as that much would be enough for her father to intervene and help her out.
She still did not know why her father had even approved her having a dance partner in the first place but she was confident that he would be of aid in such situations.
Lady Belophane was already used to this young child snickering and chuckling sotis and despite how eerie they sounded, that face was still adorable.
Therefore, this ti too, just like all the previous tis, she ignored Miss St. Claire’s odd behavior and began teaching her.
Yvonne had not yet realized that she had been tagged as ‘Cute but bizarre’ by her trainer and even if she did, she would not have minded it all that much.
In no ti, Lady Belophane first tested the child’s endurance to hold a straight posture before making her repeat the stances she had been taught in the past.
The tutor had already admitted in her heart that Yvonne was an excellent pupil who only needed to be taught sothing new just a few tis and she would do her best to perfect it.
However, she still would not allow these classes to end, not unless she was sure that Miss St. Claire would be just as perfect while dancing with soone else and did an excellent job then as well.
Till that ti, she would ensure that through her training, her pupil would be able to hold her head high once she entered the noble society as an adult.

Yvonne’s class with her tutor carried on for two whole hours before she was finally allowed to leave.
The high heels and the heavy dress she was wearing along with the tightly tied hair were a hassle for her to deal with.
However, her instructor had insisted on practicing with these as it would help her discern how dancing before a crowd and in one of those heavy and elaborate attires would feel.
Wearing simple and lightweight clothing while practicing only to suffer the embarrassnt of not being able to dance in grandiose clothing on the main day was not sothing she wished her pupils to face.
Therefore, for each child she ntored, she used these sa thods which had already been proven to work.
Yvonne too had not bothered to argue too much with her logic and did everything to ensure that she could end these classes once she gained the approval of her dance tutor.
However, as soon as her classes for the day would co to an end, she would often rush back to her room and slip out of these clothes which she still found to be too uncomfortable to roam around in.
Once she grew older and attended her coming-of-age ceremony, avoiding such clothing would be difficult but until then, she would rather stick with the lightweight dresses her mother had gotten stitched for her.
As Yvonne walked towards her room, she found Jax who must have completed his chores and was now waiting for her outside her room.
“Brother and the rest?” She inquired about the whereabouts of the four boys who had been in the Parlor.
In response, Jax explained that the boys of the Tanner family and Damien had returned a while ago whereas Howard was with the Earl in the office.
Since Yvonne assud that her father must be discussing sothing serious with Howard, she did not head their way but entered her room instead.
The butler remained outside but Roselie accompanied her inside to help her out of her dress.
She had worked up quite a sweat during her dance class so she would like to wash up and rest for a while before lunch could be served.
Her conversation with Howard, Taylor, and Topher had been interrupted midway by her father but they would get many chances to et during the two weeks that they would remain in the Capital.
Therefore, she wasn’t too bothered about it and stepped into the bathroom after Roselie revealed that everything had been prepared for her.
With the help of the maid, her clothes dropped to the floor and she soon stepped into the bathtub, relaxing her muscles which were stiff but not yet sore.
Roselie left the room, intending to give her Miss so privacy which also gave Yvonne so ti to herself as she soaked in the tub.
‘Will I get to et him again?’ She pouted as she was disappointed about not being able to spend more ti with one of the visitors who had co by today.
