900: Chapter 905: Silver Wolf Tribe

Beastn of the Beastman Continent, after experiencing ten great seasons, would hold a coming-of-age ceremony.

On the day of the ceremony, Beastn needed to hunt a prey on their own and offer it to the priest for prayers.

Rumors said, the stronger the hunted prey, the better the effect of the priest’s prayer, and the higher the chance of the Beastn awakening their superpowers.

In Su Tang’s view, however, this claim didn’t hold up.

If one could hunt strong prey, it ant that the Beastman was already strong, so naturally, their chances of awakening would be correspondingly high.

But she only thought this in her heart, because the priests in the Beast World indeed had their own remarkable abilities; perhaps their prayers were truly effective?

Moreover, not all tribes possessed a priest; generally speaking, only those tribes that were relatively sizeable and had considerable strength had one.

For example, the Winged Tiger Tribe previously in the wilderness, before Gaiyin rescued Yadang, didn’t have a priest.

So, looking at it from another angle, the tribes that did have a priest generally wouldn’t be weak.

This also put Su Tang’s mind at ease sowhat.

After all, compared to surviving alone in the forest, finding a reliable tribe to stay with for a while would more likely ensure her safety.

It wasn’t long before Yin Zhe had led her out of the forest, and after walking a short distance, they saw so figures.

“Azhe, why are you out so early?

Huh?

Where did this little female co from?”

Yin Zhe had a sowhat sour expression, “Picked her up in the forest, she said she got separated from her tribesn, so I brought her out.”

Su Tang gave a faint smile to those few Beastn, “Hello, I am Su Tang.

I got separated from my tribespeople and would like to temporarily reside in your tribe, if it’s not too much trouble.”

These Beastn appeared to be sowhat older, all barefoot with brownish beast skins tied around their waists.

The leading Beastman sized Su Tang up and down, and when his gaze briefly passed over her fair fingers, he paused slightly, then nodded.

“Alright, my na is Yin Zhi.

Follow , and I’ll take you to et the Tribal Chief.”

Su Tang nodded, “Please wait for

for a mont.”

She turned, walked two steps towards Yin Zhe, and then handed over the dagger in her hand, “Thank you.”

Yin Zhe, holding the dagger that still retained warmth in his hand, watched Su Tang’s retreating figure and sowhat foolishly scratched his head, then turned and re-entered the forest.

The Silver Wolf Tribe was located on a cliff; the rocky cliff was covered with large and small stone caves, and beside the tribe was a quite wide stream, where many little females were currently washing beast skins by the water.

When they saw Su Tang being escorted back and surrounded by Yin Zhi and others, many stopped their work and whispered to those next to them.

Because of the distance, Su Tang couldn’t clearly hear what they were saying, but she intuitively felt it related to herself.

Next to the cliff was a steep slope with several branches spreading out at different heights, all leading to various caves.

One path, steep and straight, led directly to a large cave at the top of the cliff, and Su Tang thought that must be where the Tribal Chief of the Silver Wolf Tribe resided.

Arriving at the cave entrance, Yin Zhi stopped, respectfully called into the cave, “Tribal Chief, Yin Zhi seeks an audience.”

Soon, a clear and cool voice floated out, “Enter.”

Entering the cave, Su Tang found the lighting inside was not as dim as she had expected, and wondered if it was because her improved physique made a difference.

Su Tang cast her gaze towards the Beastman sitting on a stone covered with a yellow-patterned tiger skin.
