765: Chapter 769: The Third Test 2
This movent caught the attention of several other cat-beast people.
Instantly transforming into their beast forms, they were all fighting and squeezed their way toward Su Tang.
Being surrounded by all these fluffy creatures made Su Tang feel as if her heart had been imrsed in a pot of honey.
She knew they were all beastn in their fluffy forms, but she simply could not control the urge of her hands wanting to touch them.
With a cat teaser stick in her hand, she would play with one fluffy creature, then switch to another, and she was having a blast.
Gaiyin quickly realised sothing was off, seeing that Su Tang’s attention was not solely focused on him anymore.
He was surprised to find all these beast bodies suddenly crowded around him.
Most importantly, the little female was now touching one, then touching another, showing no attempt to hide the affection in her eyes.
Gaiyin was jealous!
Pushing his way to Su Tang, he brushed all the beastn aside.
Yet so oblivious beastn still tried to push their way forward.
Gaiyin’s face darkened, releasing his superpower of suppression in a small radius, leaving those beastn gasping for air.
However exciting the cat teaser stick is, it can’t compare to the importance of their own lives!
The beastn all scattered “whoosh” in the blink of an eye.
Su Tang, puzzled, turned around just to see Gaiyin’s dark eyes, as if he was capable of absorbing ink.
She quickly gave a sheepish laugh.
Acting as if nothing had happened, she secretly put the cat teaser stick back into her bag.
“What is this place?
It’s so hot and uncomfortable.” Qiu Mo wiped the sweat off her forehead, her face filled with worry.
Su Tang looked at Qiu Mo with so surprise.
Although she felt slightly hot, she was not sweating profusely like Mo.
It seed that this trial was not very friendly to the rmaid Clan.
Xi had a troubled look on his face too, “No hints on what this test might be about.”
Just as Xi finished speaking,
the others were also teleported in.
Compared to Xi, Bai Que and Bai Ling reacted with a trace of satisfaction across their faces.
Clearly, they adapted well to this environnt.
Xi’en noticed Bai Que instantly and greeted him with a friendly smile.
He was just about to walk up to greet him when he felt sothing off.
Xi’en lowered his head, lifted his foot, and looked at a round white pearl in the sand pit, letting out a curious grunt.
“What’s this?”
Xi’en picked up the pearl, holding it against the sun.
The pearl was sowhat transparent under the sunlight, radiating a faint milky-white halo.
More and more people began finding these white pearls in the sand pits.
They seemingly appeared out of nowhere, scattered all over the golden sand.
Su Tang also picked up and held one.
The pearl had a matte surface but felt smooth in her hand, about the size of a one Yuan coin.
Su Tang stared at the white pearl with a serious face, “There’s definitely sothing wrong with these white pearls, we must be careful…”
Before she could finish her sentence,
a crisp “crack” sound was heard.
Su Tang turned her head, and saw that Gaiyin had crushed one of the white pearls at so point.
The white pearl was not solid; it had a thin outer shell and was filled with water on the inside.
It was colourless and odorless, at least it looked just like water.
Su Tang: “…”
She quickly asked Qiu Mo to make a small water ball to clean Gaiyin’s hands.
“Are you okay?
Do you feel anything unusual on your hand?”
Gaiyin shook his head, “I’m fine.”
