544: Chapter 545: Is There A Traitor?

Yali kept his eyes riveted on the Basha that was in his arms.

He still couldn’t figure it out.

What was wrong?

Where exactly was sothing off?

Everything was off!

The Basha he rembered was cold and aloof; she would avoid him at all costs and certainly wouldn’t be this close to him.

Yali furrowed his brows tightly.

Could it be the Antelope Tribe already knew that his father was planning to drive them away, so they deliberately sent Basha to seduce him, hoping to change his father’s mind?

The Antelope Tribe had recently discovered a massive salt cave.

His father found out that the amount of salt in it could feed Upper Beast City for quite so ti!

Because of this, he started to be unsatisfied with the Antelope Tribe.

They were thin, small, and feeble; even their hunting skills were subpar and there were more of them.

Keeping them was simply a waste of food.

So his father wanted to drive them out of the Upper Beast City, even considering them too weak to keep as slaves.

But this thought hadn’t been long in his mind.

Only a few close to him knew.

So, how did the Antelope Tribe find out?

Could there be a traitor among his father’s ranks?!

This thought imdiately startled Yali.

Compared to a traitor erging amongst his father’s ranks, Basha’s seduction was simply nothing.

Because only when his father was the city lord, was he the young lord.

As long as he was the young lord, what small female beastn did he not have?

But if soone frad or murdered his father, without his father’s protection he would be nothing!

So when it ca to his father and Basha, Yali could definitely see the difference in importance.

Yali reached out and clasped Basha’s chin, “Tell , how did you get this information?

Who told you?”

Basha appeared to be in so pain from his grasp, her eyes were foggy, “Young lord…what’s…what’s wrong?

I don’t understand what you’re saying…”

Yali sneered, “What?

Is it not that your father learned your Antelope Tribe is about to be driven out of the Upper Beast City, and in desperation, sent you to seduce ?”

The smile on Basha’s face seed to be just as sweet, with no fluctuation, as if the tribe being driven out was not her own…

anwhile, in the small forest near the Upper Beast City–

The Beast Soldiers had been warily watching Yadang.

However, having heard Yadang’s and Yali’s conversation, everyone was dumbfounded.

Brothers?

These two are brothers?

But no one has ever seen this man in Upper Beast City!

The Beast Soldiers in this troop were just ordinary Beastn, looking physically stronger.

So were from the Zhaoying Tribe, the Antelope Tribe, or even from the Upper Beast City itself.

Because the city’s lord, Keli, was selfish and violent, and his son was a wastrel that enjoyed his hedonistic lifestyle and took delight in harassing the tribe’s young females, everyone was quite unimpressed with this father and son duo.

Initially, they thought Yadang was an intruder.

They would’ve undoubtedly tried to capture him, after all, their loved ones, brethren, and significant others lived within the city.

But as it turned out the two were brothers, they decided to turn a blind eye, as if they hadn’t noticed.

What?

There seems to be so intense conflict between them?

So what if there is?

What does it have to do with them?

And so they watched as the Young Lord Yali, who had just been knocked down, suddenly sat up.

There was no panic in his eyes, and acting as if they were not there, he walked straight toward a tree.

Like a wild beast in estrus, he kissed, hugged, and caressed that tree, enthusiastically whispering Basha’s na.

For a mont, besides the two Antelope Beastn in the troop looking angry…
