Wen Jue put a finger to his lips, motioning to be silent and then pointed to the distant jungle.
Ye Qiao quickly understood, holding his breath and gazing watchfully at the jungle.
Soon, rustling sounds could be heard from the jungle.
The first to enter Ye Qiao’s line of sight was Lini.
He was holding about seven or eight Gugu Beasts in each hand and had a large basket on his back.
His stern expression and wary eyes were more than enough to warn that he was not to be trifled with.
Shortly after, two younger females also erged from behind him, each carrying a basket as well.
One of the females held a large white mushroom in her hand.
“Look at all these mushrooms in the forest after the rain!
Perfect timing, we’re almost out of our stored mushrooms.
Let’s collect all the forest mushrooms now!
