The sunlight pierced through the clouds, stirring the slumbering Beastn from their sleep.

Sitting next to a large rock used as a dining table, Su Tang ladled up the porridge.
The breakfast this morning was Mushroom Lean at Porridge.
After rehydrating the mushrooms and dicing them, she sliced off a small piece of lean at, sautéed them in pig oil to bring out the aroma, added a bit of salt, then water.
When the water was boiling, she put in the rice and simred on low heat.
Once the porridge was simred until it was thick and full of the aroma of mushrooms and at, she garnished it with a sprinkle of crispy green onions right before serving, which looked very appetizing.
