Vincent’s face was always adorned with a smile.

After all, given the current situation, Vincent was still the one holding the advantage.

But Justin Battleson, no matter what, would never let Vincent take Charlotte Thompson away.

Once they left the mariti jurisdiction of Druarus, it would be nearly impossible for Justin to recapture Vincent.

"Justin Battleson, you have no choice left," Vincent said as he pulled Charlotte even closer to him, seeing Justin’s silence.

"Unless... you want Charlotte to die here."

Perhaps it was because dusk was approaching, the sea breeze at the port blew fiercely, stirring the clothes to roar, carrying the salty dampness of the sea into their noses.

The slanted sunset scattered fragnted light on Justin Battleson’s body.

He looked at the Vincent in front of him, his cold voice swept through the sea breeze.

"As long as you let Charlotte go, I can agree to any condition."

But such words were indifferent to Vincent, who humd lightly in pleasure, "But what I want is only her."

Vincent tilted his cheek, gazing at the near and reachable Charlotte.

However, he found that Charlotte’s gaze was fixed on Justin Battleson, not moving away for even a second.

She seed to have devoted all her being to Justin Battleson.

No matter how urgent the current situation was, Charlotte appeared to unconditionally trust Justin.

She believed that he could resolve the current predicant.

Vincent’s expression suddenly turned grim.

He thought he would see shock, fear, or even disgust on Charlotte’s face as he did before.

But sohow, these emotions were directed at him, making Vincent feel that Charlotte’s eyes still contained him.

But Justin Battleson’s presence drew all of Charlotte’s attention.

That emotion, cloaked in jealousy, but already transford, began to spread wildly in Vincent’s heart, consuming all his sanity.

He tightly pinched Charlotte’s jaw, forcing her to turn her head, forcing her eyes to reflect his image.

"I’ve been by your side for so long, yet why did you choose to forgive Justin Battleson? Weren’t you separated? Why co back together again?"

Vincent questioned in utter unwillingness, finally revealing the long-repressed sinister look in front of Charlotte.

But facing the hysterical Vincent, Charlotte remained emotionally calm.

"Is what you call being by my side going after my daughter? Constantly scheming against in the dark?"

Vincent answered matter-of-factly, "But that’s not my child. What’s it got to do with ? I love you, but that doesn’t an I have to love everything about you."

Finally, Vincent grew tired of saying anything more and just turned to look at Justin Battleson.

"Justin Battleson, have you made your choice?"

Justin stood in place with a sullen face, veins bulging on his forehead.

Then he glanced at the attendant standing behind Vincent in a defensive posture, raising a hand to signal him to retreat.

Vincent smiled with satisfaction, amidst everyone’s attention, as he moved with Charlotte closer to the cruise ship.

"Daddy!"

At this mont, Cyrus Thompson shouted.

Bang!

The gunshot echoed as Justin Battleson dropped his hand to his side.
