When did William Thorne infiltrate their team?
Could it be that William Thorne had noticed from the very beginning?
"Trying to run?"
He pulled the suitcase behind him, and soon footsteps sounded from behind, "Stop!"
From the sound, William Thorne recognized it was Lachlan Wyatt. It seed Lachlan wasn’t easy to handle either, as he quickly caught on. He dashed forward, stepped off the wall, and delivered a flying kick, sending the leading man in black flying a short distance away, tumbling twice and barely getting up. He coughs, props himself on the ground, and shouts, "Run! Their people are coming!"
"Thinking of running after kidnapping us?"
Lachlan Wyatt swiftly followed and grabbed the enormous suitcase. Peach scread, opening it to find Sarah Shaw lying inside with her hands and feet tied together. She had lost consciousness, seemingly from inhaling too much sedative and passing out, yet her face was covered in cold sweat and tears, indicating how fiercely she resisted and struggled before. If they had arrived even a little later...
Iris Crawford didn’t dare to think about the consequences; had they arrived any later, Sarah might have been taken abroad!
At that point, even if they wanted to help, they would be powerless!
Martin Hawthorne lifted Peach out of the suitcase. Gritting his teeth as he looked at the huge suitcase, he said, "They were ready to use this suitcase to pack her!"
Treating won as goods to be rcilessly stuffed into a suitcase, these n in black were worse than beasts!
"We can’t let them get away!"
Iris Crawford, enraged by Sarah Shaw’s unconscious form leaning against Martin Hawthorne’s arms, said, "Lachlan, I feel there must be soone behind all this, orchestrating this group..."
Lachlan Wyatt clenched his fingers, "You an we shouldn’t hand them over so quickly, right?"
"Yes." Iris Crawford nodded, "So private grudges need to be settled, surround them all!"
In an instant, the bodyguards they brought surrounded the five n in black robes. The leader, pinned down by Lachlan, shouted, "Our boss won’t let you off!"
"Dare to steal the goods the boss wants; you’re courting death!"
"Still acting tough!" Lachlan kicked the man’s face again, cracking his goggles, with shards cutting into his face. The pain made him grimace.
William Thorne said coolly from the side, "Just these five people?"
"Yeah, probably not too many people; it would attract our attention." Lachlan furrowed his brows, pondering sothing, "You have the final say here, William. We need to borrow your territory."
"I need to take Sarah for a check-up!" Peach said anxiously, "Lachlan, we need to move quickly, or we won’t make it in ti if they have reinforcents coming!"
"Let’s go now!"
Lachlan decisively said, "Take all five of them with us!"
"You want to enforce private punishnt first?" William Thorne’s voice was cold, "If found out, you might not be able to protect yourself."
Lachlan paused, then his brows frosted over with gloom, "Don’t worry, I won’t dirty your hands."
******
An hour later, in the dim underground parking garage, Lachlan Wyatt threw all five people in, their hands bound behind their backs. Iris Crawford entered with him, followed closely by the rest of the office crew. The garage door closed slowly behind them, cutting off the world and seemingly severing the last hope of the group of n in black.
"Speak, who sent you?"
"Ha ha!"
The man in black looked at Lachlan and didn’t answer, "You look sowhat familiar."
Familiar?
Iris Crawford instinctively thought of Jonas Kingsley, who looked remarkably similar to Lachlan, "Is your employer Mr. J?"
"Yes, and no."
The man in black showed no fear, as if they had already adopted a reckless attitude, "Our employer is greed and desire."
"Cut the bullshit!"
Lachlan slapped the man on the face, "Kidnapping and trafficking won, daring to earn this dirty money; aren’t you afraid you won’t live to spend it?!"
"Our families were trafficked long ago, I have no heirs, no mother or wife; why should I care about the life and death of others?"
The man in black revealed a vicious expression, even though he was tied up and had been hit by Lachlan Wyatt, he grew increasingly desperate and ferocious. He defiantly told Lachlan Wyatt, "I’ve long known this, isn’t this world all about the law of the jungle? If you can’t protect people, you deserve to be kidnapped!"
"How can you say sothing like that!" Jas Chesterton roared.
"Precisely because I’m human, I can do this kind of thing, hahaha." The man in black seed to know he couldn’t be saved this ti, so he revealed his true nature. "Look, who else with such ideas and ntality would do such things to their own kind? Haha! Only humans would do this because humans have gained intelligence, have ambition, and desire. Look at a dog on the road, would it think of trafficking its kind? Hahaha, this malice is precisely proof of my humanity!"
"You’re crazy!"
Iris Crawford wished she could kill these heartless beings, "You know they are your kind, why do you act, it’s a life!"
"Life?"
The man in black questioned Iris Crawford, "The one kidnapped is called Sarah Shaw, right? Didn’t she also try to escape her family’s arranged marriage? Those wealthy families don’t seem to treat her as human either. How do you know us kidnapping her isn’t saving her? Haha, are our actions excessive? It’s her relatives who are forcing her to marry soone she doesn’t love! It’s precisely her family that’s made her vulnerable! You say I’m not human, then what are they? Animals? Haha!"
"Stop absolving yourself of bla!"
Iris Crawford stepped forward and grabbed the man’s throat, "Tell who is behind you, otherwise I will kill you without rcy!"
"Tsk tsk..." The man in black shook his head, his smile laced with sarcasm, "You walk this road, don’t you deserve it?"
Iris Crawford’s pupils instantly tightened!
"In today’s society, aren’t you won just n’s accessories? Look at the won from noble families, aren’t they just the sa? Either forced into arranged marriages or too afraid to divorce. Two years ago, if you had recognized earlier that Jordan Jacobs didn’t love you and let go, would there have been a chance for that kidnapping case? Isn’t it all your own fault? You deserve it!"
Iris Crawford’s hand tightened suddenly, her nails almost sinking into the man’s skin.
"Say it again if you dare!"
"I said, you won are just n’s accessories. Early divorce would have avoided trouble, you’re just cheap, eagerly sticking to, making Jordan Jacobs increasingly dislike you, leading to a murderous situation, why always bla others? Then I heard about the money transfer behind the kidnapping case back then, from the Jacobs Family’s account!"
Iris Crawford trembled violently!
It was true...
Back then, her own husband, hired a killer to murder her...
"You know nothing!"
"Loving soone isn’t wrong, but loving soone brainlessly deserves it." The man in black said with a smile, "Strangle ."
Even if you deserve it, it shouldn’t bring murderous intent! The one who harbors murder is the real culprit!
"You think I don’t dare?"
Iris Crawford shouted, eyes full of hatred, why, why is the victim reversed as the perpetrator, why are they said to deserve it when they’ve done nothing wrong, must won be scrutinized to perfection with no loopholes?
Why... why...
"Iris Crawford!"
Nearby, Lachlan Wyatt shouted, "Be careful not to fall into his trap, he’s trying to brainwash you little by little to break down your ntal defenses for escape! Think carefully about how exaggerated and absurd his words are!"
Iris Crawford felt like soone hit her hard from behind, a wave of pain spread through her chest, regaining consciousness she lowered her head watching her gripping movent, the man in black was clearly desperate, angrily retorted to Lachlan Wyatt, "Shut up!"
Lachlan Wyatt stepped forward, forcefully pulled Iris Crawford’s hand away, "You cowardly bully just thinking of targeting Iris Crawford for her vulnerability, aren’t you?"
The man in black turned pale, he was found out... The cult had trained a skill in brainwashing, even manipulating emotions of targets they wanted control over, yet Lachlan Wyatt wasn’t swayed at all!
"For soone with no moral bottom line, I couldn’t care less what others think of ."
Lachlan Wyatt’s face was stunning, yet his words seed even more ruthless and cruel than the man in black, he twisted the man’s jaw straight out of place, leaving him speechless in pain, as a warning to the remaining four, "I see your mouth is quite capable, why not pull out your tongue?"
The remaining few broke into cold sweat, saying, "You dare! Our leader will send soone to rescue us..."
"Why wouldn’t I dare?"
Lachlan Wyatt said expressionlessly, "Peach, no anesthesia, cut off this man’s tongue for ! Do it now!"
Peach was silent for a long ti, anger building inside, hearing this command she coldly approached, a woman wielding a scalpel would ordinarily be a seductive image, but Peach’s face was filled with murderous intent. She used the dull side of the knife to pry open that man’s dislocated jaw, the sharp side aid at the tongue root, at this mont, death’s fear engulfed the man, tears and snot flowed as he pleaded, "Spare , I will talk! I will talk!"
"Where is the confidence from before?"
Lachlan Wyatt gave Peach a glance, and she released the man. Lachlan Wyatt chuckled coldly, "Blaming everything on won so you can wash your hands of it, you really are shaless! Another’s mistake isn’t an excuse for your cri, loving the wrong person isn’t your place to judge, demanding a perfect victim is your most filthy, disgusting thought as a perpetrator! Iris Crawford is doing well, don’t think of using Jordan Jacobs to kidnap her life again, and don’t damn think of using this to excuse your kidnapping of won, you should go to hell!"
