Upon hearing Iris Crawford describe herself this way, Seraphina Colbert burst into laughter, "Who talks like that? But that’s human nature. Maybe one day you won’t love Lachlan Wyatt anymore, and he’ll co groveling to you~"

Iris laughed along with her, "I can look forward to that day."

From afar, Lachlan Wyatt sneezed violently.

However, he didn’t know that Iris Crawford and Seraphina Colbert were talking about him behind his back, and he was just alone at ho feeling irritated.

At this ti, Iris should usually be back, maybe soaking in the bath, or wearing a bathrobe and holding a wine glass as she walked around the house. She’s so bright and beautiful; when he lived with her, Lachlan felt that his visual needs were highly satisfied.

But now, Iris seems to be drifting further away from him.

Or perhaps, she is still stunningly radiant; it’s just that the light no longer shines on him.

A woman he clearly saved two years ago, it was obvious there was nothing to gain from rescuing her, so why now... does he feel reluctant to let go?

Running a hand through his hair, Lachlan opened up the photo album on his phone.

As he flipped through it, he was taken aback.

There were secretly taken photos of Iris Crawford that he didn’t know when they were taken.

Frowning and hesitating for quite a while, Lachlan chose to delete them. When it ca to confirming the deletion, he hesitated.

At this mont, Iris was completely unaware. She was still at The Hawthorne Dojo, drinking wine with Seraphina Colbert. Knowing that Iris was in a bad mood, Seraphina only mixed light fruit wine, which wasn’t intoxicating. Iris was enjoying herself when Jude Hawthorne arrived.

He looked unfriendly as he said, "You should head back."

"Why?"

"Lachlan Wyatt is looking for you."

"Not interested."

Upon hearing Lachlan’s na, Iris didn’t even lift her eyelids, "He’s looking for ? Clearly, he’s just lonely and needs soone to keep him company."

"Can’t he call you when he’s feeling empty and lonely?"

Jude Hawthorne, always sharp with his words, said, "Aren’t you guys in such a relationship? What other reason would be needed for him to call you?"

"..." Iris’s hand trembled as she put down her wine glass, and her voice was already shaky, "When he misses ..."

Seraphina Colbert looked at her and felt a bit sad, "Why not call your brother then."

"I’m glad I have a brother."

Iris leaned against Seraphina, "Thankfully, I’m still able to hold my own against him, or else I wouldn’t even know how I died."

If she weren’t the eldest daughter of the Crawford Family, she might have died two years ago because she lacked value. Just because she was Iris Crawford, Lachlan Wyatt intervened to save her.

So from the beginning, he was sure this was a transaction, and transactions shouldn’t involve emotions.

The one who feels emotional first is definitely the loser.

Iris lowered her eyes. Despite the wine not being intoxicating, she felt her mind was dizzy.

Clutching onto Seraphina, she said, "I, I’ll go find a man and see if it helps ... forget Lachlan Wyatt?"

Jude thought to himself, "Well, be careful that Lachlan doesn’t split you in half."

The next mont, he heard Seraphina say, "Yeah, once you find a new fla, how can you care about an old one? Find a handso one who performs well; wouldn’t that be wonderful?"

Jude was shocked; he couldn’t believe Seraphina, who seed so ta around him, had these thoughts in mind!

Iris heard this and thought it was feasible, imdiately hiccuping and saying, "Then, who should I look for!"

Seraphina’s first reaction was, "Jas Chesterton!"

"..." Iris waved her hand, "Too familiar, it’s hard to make a move."

"Patrick Pierce? He’s so handso."

"He’s a big star with too many fans, it’s really annoying."

Seraphina then said, "Martin Hawthorne? Saw him last ti at the office having hotpot, what a muscular guy."

Iris laughed out loud, pointing at Jude, "Should I beco his sister-in-law? That would kill him!"

Jude’s forehead throbbed with veins, "My brother doesn’t like won, give up on it!"

"..."

Seraphina seed disappointed for a mont, but then perked up again, "Then anyone new in your circle?"

"Hector Sutton..." Seraphina mumbled a few nas, "Dane Rivers... Jeremy Carter..."

Jude shook his head at these nas on the side, "None of them compares to Lachlan Wyatt. Think again."

Seraphina’s internal thought: ...why are you so actively involved?

Iris rolled her eyes, "I can’t think of anyone! Should I ask Lois Lawson to lend Francis Lockwood!"

Seraphina’s face instantly changed, "Can’t, can’t, that’s Francis Lockwood! How about we pick one from the previous list, a fresh one, a young puppy..."

Iris slapped her thigh, "Dane Rivers!"
