These are so philosophies of the Twelve Gods of Taiwei regarding the enlightennt of all living beings.
The content of the sixth volu of this plan emphasizes the importance of unifying the postnatal script.
Taiyi slowly spoke: "Literature can carry the Dao; Innate Taoist Text coexists with the Dao, containing the innate Dao and principles, which all cultivators must learn."
"Primordial Gods, born innately, coexist with the Dao, able to easily grasp the Three Thousand Great Dao; thus, they understand the Innate Taoist Text without learning it."
"However, postnatal spirits lack the foundation, making it difficult for them to directly learn the Innate Taoist Text and contact the Innate Dao."
"So, the Supre Saints of various races will annotate the Innate Taoist Text, thereby creating distinctive and more universal postnatal scripts for postnatal spirits to learn."
At this point, Taiyi looked at a Dragon God among the cabinet mbers and said: "For example, the Dragon Chapter of the Dragon Clan is a kind of postnatal script, crucial for passing down the Dragon Clan's Dao!"
"His Majesty is right. The Dragon Chapter of our clan, beginning with our Ancestor writing the character 'water,' has evolved into 129,600 postnatal characters, an important part of our clan's heritage." Said the Dragon God, proudly.
He continued: "If any spirit can learn 3,000 of the commonly used Dragon Chapter characters, it qualifies to transform into a dragon, enabling them to read most of our clan's texts and cultivate our clan's Dao."
This Dragon God also promoted the Dragon Clan's philosophy of "All Living Beings are Dragons."
Though the Ancestor Dragon is no longer present, the various inheritances left behind continue to bless the Dragon Clan.
Even now, among the Primordial Ten Thousand Clans, those of scale and armor are proud to learn the Dragon Clan's script.
After all, this is true Dao inheritance—learning it opens a path to evolution.
The Phoenix Seal of the Phoenix Clan, the Qilin Book of the Qilin Clan, are similar cases.
The Innate Three Clans once dominated the Primordial Land, rapidly advancing in all aspects, ahead of all major organizations.
"Just as Ao Ming Daoist remarked, postnatal scripts play a significant role in the dissemination of the Dao."
Taiyi spoke sternly: "But what situation does the current postnatal script present?"
"Chaotic!" Kunpeng replied.
"Yes, chaotic."
Taiyi said: "The sa Innate Taoist Text, when interpreted by different races and divine beings, creates different postnatal scripts due to differing perspectives."
"This might benefit the spirits of a particular race or world, but it's absolutely not conducive to communication among all postnatal spirits."
"Further, it's not conducive to the developnt of the Heavenly Court's great educational enterprise."
Taiyi looked at Dragon God Ao Ming: "Daoist, I ask you, can the Dragon Chapter spread the Dao, but can the Phoenix Clan and Qilin Clan learn it casually?"
Dragon God Ao Ming shook his head and said: "Our clan's script is called Dragon Chapter for a reason; naturally it is more convenient for Dragon Clan offspring or beings inclined towards the Dragon Clan to learn."
"They likely won't learn it; learning it ans transforming into a dragon."
He was very frank.
After all, this is a public secret.
"Then Water Elent Qilin Daoist, can your Qilin Book be learned by other races?" Taiyi asked again.
Water Elent Qilin shook his head: "To learn the Qilin Book, one must either belong to the category of beasts or have so study on auspicious thods, otherwise, it's like looking at flowers through a fog, hard to learn."
"Ordinary Dragon Clan and Phoenix Clan, if wishing to learn, the contents of the Qilin Book will automatically generate opposite anings."
Dragon God Ao Ming's expression remained unchanged, evidently knowing this.
"How about the Phoenix Seal?" Taiyi asked looking at a mber of the Phoenix Clan.
The current White Crane Clan Leader said: "It's easy for those of the avian category to learn, but ordinary Dragon Clan and Qilin Clan, if they learn it, it's of little consequence, just possibly causing the phenonon of script self-combustion."
"The more they learn, the more fiercely it burns."
"You see, this is another inconvenience of different postnatal scripts—a shackle."
Taiyi looked at his fellow Daoists and said: "When the Holy Heavenly Emperor was in power, he established and promoted the Heavenly Dao Academy, setting up top-level designs for disseminating the Dao across the Primordial and Ten Thousand Worlds."
"What we need to do now is continue to deepen the great educational enterprise of the Heavenly Court."
"Unifying postnatal script is the path that must be taken!"
Taiyi opened his arms, his eyes flashing with idealistic light: "A prosperous Primordial not only requires successive generations of extraordinary talents but also needs all living beings to strive upwards."
"If we can unify postnatal script, breaking barriers to communication among the major races and civilizations, the glory of the Three Thousand Great Dao can illuminate every corner of the world,"
"Gentlen, are you willing to join in advancing this great cause?"
Kunpeng was the first to step forward and declare: "I am willing to obey His Majesty's command!"
"We are willing!"
Most of the cabinet mbers looked excited.
Unifying postnatal script sounds very challenging.
Instead of shrinking back, everyone was eager to try.
This move carries great rit!
It's beneficial to the Primordial, beneficial to all living beings!
There's no reason to refuse.
Taiyi was very pleased.
[Finally, I've managed to fool you all.]
The Heavenly Emperor's retreat was unexpected; there was no major plan at all.
It all relied on copying the previous plan of the Taiwei Constellation.
"Additionally, I have another idea."
Taiyi continued: "Unifying postnatal script is just the first step; after this we need to create a concept to unify the major races!"
As soon as these words fell, the mbers of the Three Races in the cabinet suddenly stood up and unanimously advised.
"Your Majesty, absolutely not!"
"To unify all races under one, this was the old sche of Shen Ni, we must not walk this old path!"
Ao Ming and others spoke earnestly.
They were really startled, not knowing why the Heavenly Emperor would have this idea.
It can be imagined that the resistance to implenting this proposal would be considerably larger than that for unifying postnatal script.
However, Taiyi appeared indifferent.
He chuckled: "Though Shen Ni is a scourge of the Primordial, so of his ideas are still worth considering."
"If our Heavenly Court can promote this matter, it certainly can reduce friction between the major races and achieve great fusion of the Ten Thousand Races in the Primordial."
Nurous divine beings fell silent.
Even Kunpeng was silent for a mont.
He asked: "What concept does His Majesty intend to use to unify the Ten Thousand Races?"
"God!"
Taiyi said without hesitation: "A god, born with the Dao, is the innate aning."
"Among thousands of races, countless beings aspire to defy innate nature and beco a Daoist god."
"Using the na of the Divine Clan to unite all races, I think the resistance will be much reduced."
Everyone looked at each other in disbelief: "The Divine Clan?"
"Yes!"
Taiyi said: "I also wish to take this opportunity to establish the Divine Sect."
"Even the candidate for the Divine Sect Leader is determined."
"Who is it?"
"Naturally, Nuwa Daoist!"
Brush!
Multicolor glow flashed, Nuwa, who was experiencing gaplay in the 'Creator God' ga, suddenly swung a blade and then burst into the conference room.
"Does the Heavenly Emperor intend to appoint as the Divine Sect Leader?" Nuwa, holding the Heavenly Blade, looked calmly at Taiyi.
Such a huge responsibility, tossed over like that?
Not even a discussion with her?
Taiyi smiled and said: "Daoist, in the past you were the Sect Leader of the Star God Sect. Now forming the Divine Sect, it should be quite simple!"
