"[You say that a third Ghost God is about to appear, perhaps we should really join them, otherwise we might not even get a sip of soup in the end.]" Fu Zhu communicated telepathically.

ng Huai sat in the midst of the sea of fire, head hung low, motionless: [Certainly we must join, but not now.]

[Why?] Fu Zhu asked.

[Do you even need to ask? The positions for the inner sect disciples haven't been distributed yet, even if we succeed as outer sect mbers, the treatnt we get wouldn't compare.]

[Moreover, I see it clearly now, if you can't let go, you won't be able to walk the path of the Ghost Gods.]

ng Huai saw through it very clearly, those who could enter the inner sect were really devoted to the path of the Ghost Gods.

The two of them had too many thoughts, although they shouted slogans the loudest and seed to cooperate actively, they weren't genuinely planning to serve the Netherworld.

The others in the Outer Universe were no different, full of sches, none of them good.

In that case, how could they possibly succeed?

When the ti cos, let alone turning into a ghost, it might be more likely that they'd turn into Dao itself.

[Let's just wait for the Sect Hierarch's arrangents then, we aren't going to die anyti soon, perhaps there might be a turn of events waiting?]

[Not so sure about that, don't forget, the Sect Hierarch recently imprisoned another Demon God.]

Fu Zhu was fraught with worry: [This ti thankfully the third Demon God didn't leave any corpse behind, if it had been like the last ti providing the Sect Hierarch with a batch of artifact refining materials, could we have endured it?]

[If we can't endure, then we'll really have to join them, sigh, I'll study the Fengdu Decree Book more to see if there's any thod to break it,] ng Huai said.

Fu Zhu was just about to nod in agreent, then suddenly he realized sothing.

[You're playing again, aren't you?] His eyes widened in anger as he glared at ng Huai.

[Studying the Decree Book for a breaking thod? Are you really looking for a breaking thod? You're just trying to turn into a Ghost God!]

[You're saying all this just to play , then reap the last benefits of acting and the feedback from the Great Dao, aren't you?]

[You scoundrel, fuck!]

Fu Zhu sat up with renewed vigor, imrsing himself wholeheartedly in the cultivation of the Fengdu Decree Book, determined not to be outdone by ng Huai!!

"Ah, I've been found out." ng Huai's lowered head lifted a bit, a smile curling up at the corners of his mouth.

Well, since Fu Zhu has realized it, let it be.

After all, he had already played those in the Outer Universe, and the feedback from the Great Dao was negligible.

Indeed, the low spirits of the receptacles in the Outer Universe had sothing to do with him, ng Huai.

"If we recruit ng Huai into the Chan Sect, it probably wouldn't be peaceful."

Xuanqing retracted his gaze.

"It seems Yu Ding looks more carefree." He noticed Feimo Zhenjun.

Compared to the burden-bearing Guang Chengzi, Feimo Zhenjun appeared much more carefree.

Xuanqing said that Taisha Heavenly Palace doesn't restrict their freedom, and Feimo Zhenjun agreed readily.

After visiting ng Wuyou and receiving the Earthly Hell Set and the Daoist Collection, he went to the Blood Sea to visit Ming River.

Now, he is comparing swords with Ming River!

"It looks like he's not too worry-free after all."

Seeing the overwhelming sword qi at the Blood Sea Mansion, Xuanqing smiled and watched with interest for a while.

Suddenly, the Inner Universe surged with a mighty Ghost God aura, and an entity transcended from the Water and Fire Hell, breaking through the void and appearing before Xuanqing as a beam of light.

"Chi Jingzi pays respects to the Sect Hierarch!"

Chi Jingzi was impeccably composed, hair as dark as somber clouds, dressed in a vermilion Daoist robe that was proper and depicted images of water and fire intermingling, the supre aura of Ghost Gods being refined into a vast halo of light, appearing transcendent.

In his left hand, he held a Grotto Heaven, transford from the Water and Fire Hell; in his right hand, he held a Divine Sword, a tool for punishnt in Hell — the Water and Fire Blade.

"Dispense with the formalities!" Xuanqing lifted him up.

After encouraging him a bit, Xuanqing presented a certification for ergence — King Qinguang's Big Seal.

The King Qinguang set had been prepared, accompanied by the Chan Sect Secret Talisman and the respective Daoist Collection.

"Chi Jingzi thanks 谢教主!

Chi Jingzi took the Big Seal, filled with joy.

The rest of the inner sect followers congratulated him: "Congratulations, Daoist Brother, on achieving the true fruit!"

Chi Jingzi returned the gesture: "I am rely a step ahead by chance; Chi Jingzi will quietly await my Daoist friends' return!"

"Words of fortune from Daoist Brother!"

With the three elder brothers ahead, the followers were even more confident.

Xuanqing, taking advantage of the mood, lectured for a while on the Fengdu Decree Book in the Inner Universe.

He even specifically called back Feimo Zhenjun, who was involved in a fight.

In countless years past, Xuanqing had lectured many tis in the Heavenly Palace, but back then, no one really wanted to listen.

Now, the followers were engrossed, intoxicated by his teachings.

The outer sect disciples also benefited, getting to hear the Hierarch's teachings again.

Although they couldn't comprehend the profound mysteries of the Great Dao directly like the inner sect disciples, they still genuinely gained so insights.

"Humph, Prison Chief, we will not submit."

So receptacles grumbled with a few mumbles, yet their hearts and bodies were quite honest.

Every one of them listened attentively, fearing missing even the slightest detail.

For seven consecutive days, both the Inner and Outer Universes were imrsed in the endless profound sounds of the Great Dao.

Within Universe A, the Dark Demon God sensed the activity and wished to listen as well.

Unfortunately, he couldn't hear anything.

"Stingy!"

The Dark Demon God twisted his mouth, "I dare you to convert into the Chan Sect, watch haunt your disciples, I guarantee to make each one darker than the last!"

He endured the tornt of the sizzling Hell, turning his attention toward the other two Demon Gods.

The Divine Hidden Demon God's remnant was constantly covering his head and wailing, probably haunted by Pangu's shadow.

The Destruction Demon God's remnant had a lifeless gaze as if he were trapped in eternal desolation.

The Dark Demon God tried to communicate with them in every way possible.
