Connet reverted from his Genetic True Form back to human shape, entering a liberated state, not knowing which Genetic Sequence he activated.
His forehead bore a dazzling blue crystal, and behind him gathered a pair of blue wings made not of substance, but energy.
"What on earth are you two doing!?" Connet rebuked.
"What are we doing? You ask him..." Sandro forcefully stomped on the ground with his big feet, causing a roaring sound and forming a huge hole accompanied by intense fireworks, and suddenly jumped in front of Connet.
The flas rushing towards his face were fanned out by Connet, who looked resolutely at Ulrich, slowly descending from mid-air, a little farther from him, his face cold: "I can’t be bothered to argue with this idiot."
"You old fool, always squawking. If you’re capable, kill , stop pretending to be tough with your words," Sandro cursed.
Connet’s temples throbbed, his voice chillingly cold: "A re verbal dispute and you resort to fighting?"
"This is a base of the Torch Organization! Do you realize how many innocents have been affected by this!?"
"Innocents?" Sandro glared, "Your Torch Organization has innocents? Oh, you an those who you tricked into coming here as free labor?"
"Aren’t they all in the laboratory behind?"
Ulrich silently stepped back, unavoidably admiring Sandro a bit.
Connet’s glare was frosty, veins on his forehead throbbing, eventually suppressing his rage, he quietly spoke: "We’re not too far from the Land of Stars. If we make too much noise, if Asimara discovers us, it could be very troubleso."
"I’ll stop it," Sandro grunted, "but you need to make this guy apologize to , he tricked into getting involved in the confrontation between Theo and Azure Dragon last ti, nearly getting killed."
"I don’t understand what he’s talking about," Ulrich’s expression was indifferent.
How could Connet play the diator, he coldly snorted: "I don’t care what your conflicts are, but if because of this..."
Before he could finish his sentence, his expression suddenly changed and turned to look, only to see a dazzling purple light beam soaring from the base.
"Dinsion Crystal!"
Connet’s pupils dilated, sparks firing in his mind, seeming to understand it all, his face twisted, furiously exclaid: "Seeking your own death!"
But just as the words fell, he suddenly clutched his own chest, feeling an extre stabbing pain piercing through his heart, then quickly spreading through his body, half of his body convulsing.
The intense pain even made it difficult for him to think.
"Kewis?" he looked towards the direction of the light column, unable to restrain the surging killing intent anymore.
He couldn’t hold back any longer!
"Ha!" Suddenly, a booming sound ca from beside his ear, and as he looked up, a red hand as large as a millstone rapidly enlarged in his pupils.
"Sandro!" Connet’s voice almost squeezed out of his throat.
Ulrich’s face changed slightly, damn, this fool really isn’t afraid of dying.
Sandro was quite exhilarated, getting close to Connet just for this punch.
However, before the punch could land, a trendous force burst from all directions, causing his body to uncontrollably fly backwards, getting further away from Connet.
"Ulrich..." Sandro was furious, just a little bit closer.
But the next mont, the figure of Connet standing in place suddenly disappeared, already appearing beside Sandro, his palm sculpting into an arc, from high above, fiercely chopping down, creating a sharp arc of light.
PFFT!
Sandro’s arm was severed at the elbow, his deep red blood like magma spurted out, his legs plowing a deep furrow in the ground.
Sandro was scared out of his wits, if Ulrich hadn’t pushed him aside, Connet might have split his head open.
"...Thanks..." He was still shaken, his legs forcefully pushing back more and more distance, but Connet didn’t have ti to deal with them.
He only wanted to find those two guys.
As he turned to leave, a streak of purple light attacked, like a purple cot, dragging a series of purple trails behind it like the tail of a teor.
The space around it twisted slightly, continuously squeezed the area behind, creating a tidal-like phenonon.
Following that, a beam of light shot out from that person’s body, in an instant like a clustered missile head, breaking open, turning into hundreds of tiny purple streams of light, curving around, surrounding Connet from all directions.
"Jesaya!" Connet exploded an Energy Ring, forming a protective barrier.
Silently, those purple streams of light didn’t explode, but like a festering sore, aid to drill into his Energy Shield.
Ulrich looked astounded, Jesaya stepping in wasn’t part of the plan.
The turbine-style energy engine on his chest slowly rotated, slting a glow like purple flas, as the tal armor all over his body completely unfolded.
The face armor covered, making it impossible to see his expression, only a cold voice spoke: "Connet, please stay here for now."
Ulrich, Sandro, and Jesaya ford a triangular position.
"Big hunk of tal, you actually got on board too?" Sandro had already recovered his own arms. Since they were chopped off not long ago, leveraging the cellular vitality of a Level A life form, the wounds had gradually healed.
"Good, good, very good..." Connet laughed angrily, "Since that’s the case, then no one shall live!"
"Warning, base damage has exceeded 70%, please evacuate as soon as possible."
"Warning..."
Deep inside the laboratory, there was chaos, this area belonging to the core region, yet untouched by the battle’s fluctuations.
The sealed laboratory door had been torn open by Jesaya, everyone huddled together, more bewildered than anything.
What has happened again?
Benny, looking at the gap of the torn iron door by Jesaya, suddenly woke up, hurriedly looked at the Sublimator on the control platform.
After being scared by Li Ming before, this ti he learned his lesson, imdiately taking the Sublimator from the control platform and placing it into a tal box that had been custom-made in advance.
Slightly relieved, he was about to leave, but then he heard a spine-chilling voice.
"Lord Benny, perhaps you should put down what you’re holding." Theo’s figure had erged in the laboratory unknowingly, a faint oppressive feeling instantly swept over everyone’s hearts.
"Theo?" Benny was taken aback, his face squeezing out a forced smile, "Lord Grey Eyes, why are you here? What happened outside?"
"What happened outside has nothing to do with you, hand over the items first." Theo extended his hand, his voice calm.
Benny’s cheek twitched, resisting subconsciously, but he was well aware of who Theo was.
"Okay, okay!" He replied tremblingly, carefully handing over the box.
"Theo!"
Suddenly, there was a roar from behind, the laboratory’s tal door being torn apart in an instant, a brutal black-red energy surged forth, transforming into a fist as large as a sandbag, heading straight for Theo’s back.
However, a figure shot out diagonally, swift as lightning, after accumulating for a long ti, emitting tangible arcs of lightning, with a red blaze emanating from the tal fist as if waiting for this single strike.
Fernand’s angry and fierce expression suddenly mixed with a touch of horror.
"Azure Dragon!"
Boom!
The tal fist fell, releasing a terrifying power imdiately upon impact with Fernand.
After having witnessed the confrontation between Azure Dragon and Theo, Fernand had also fantasized nurous tis about what to do if those iron fists fell on him.
However, predicting a thousand tis in his mind was not like really facing it once in reality.
And this ti, he only felt one thing: unavoidable, inescapable.
Bang!
His left ribs broke instantly, the rampaging power surged out, mingled with the force of lightning, almost piercing through his body in an instant.
In mid-air, his complexion turned the color of a liver, as the horrendous power tore his muscle fibers and he didn’t even get blown away; he was blown into chunks right where he was.
The tangible Thunder Ring expanded, and the many lab personnel in the corners turned pale, unstoppable retreating, but then, the escaping arcs of lightning bent back again, rging into the pale gold cha.
The nurous lab personnel already unable to escape instantly breathed a sigh of relief.
Benny looked stunned, staring at the chunks of flesh all over the floor; Fernand had been... punched into pieces!?
Even though he had heard about the confrontation between Theo and Azure Dragon from others and knew the rough situation from Connet’s mouth.
But hearing is still just hearing, nowhere near as impactful as witnessing with one’s own eyes.
Was Fernand, a Level A life form with nearly 60% developnt progress, possessing a certain status within an advanced civilization, just dead like this?
